We had a leak that needed immediate attention and I found them on Yelp due to their previous reviews.  They were able to come out right away.   They were friendly and efficient and assessed the problem right away.  Definitely would recommend them and I will be using them again!  Thank you!

Never received call back on request for plumber to inspect outside drain in next 24-48 hours. called at 11 AM. Spoke with J---. took my name, number request for service and no return call.

We had 2 sink drains replaced and 6 new drop lines installed. Unfortunately, the job was really sloppy and below my expectations. Dave left with 3 leaks (3!!!!) on 2 separate occasions, and left a lot of dirt and trash at the site. I wasn't home to supervise the issue but it really shouldn't need me to do quality check on each part! Ultimately, Hansen plumbing came back and did all of the job and they were willing to work to my satisfaction, but this was below average.

I had a dreaded drip leak somewhere inside the walls/floor/basement ceiling.  My wife and I struggled to find a source and knew we needed a plumbing expert to track it down without tearing our whole house apart.  Enter Mike Bonner from Lawson Family Plumbing.  He listened, considered a variety of sources, and began his detective work.  After a thorough review, we all agreed we simply had to cut into our basement ceiling and see what we could see inside.  After cutting an opening in a best-guess location, Mike immediately found the pinhole leak in a copper water line merely 8-12 inches away!  He was able to repair the pipe thus stopping the leak and did it with just one small drywall hole that was easily repaired.  Amazing!  We are so thankful for Mike The Water Line Whisperer Bonner's help.  5-STAR!

Chris was quick to respond to my problem, and very responsive and professional. Will definitely use him for any plumbing needs in the future!

Had bumble bee's A team out this morning ,Jeffery and Alex to install a pair of new Moen faucets faucets and drains in our master bath replacing a pretty much worn out pair of faucets we were never really pleased with .they also correctly reconfigured the A/C drain line at no charge.
Moving on to the kitchen they installed a new Delta kitchen faucet ,oh and they also installed new shutoffs under all the sinks also.
Took about 4 hours to do what would of taken me 3 days lol.
Sooo, was quite pleased with the whole job.

Very helpful.  On-time, professional, explained the situation when it turned out what we thought was a simple clog turned out to be a sewer collapse.  After hearing our story about previous collapses, he looked at the work another plumbing company had performed and discovered that the other company was at fault for not fully repairing our sewer line.  He thoroughly documented the issue, including giving us a copy of the camera footage.

These guys are awesome! I called about some electrical to dos and they were able to get a tech out the next day. I was scheduled the day after that for the repairs after being happy with my quote. The tech that came out was fabulous! He was so friendly and never let his frustration show when dealing with a stubborn oven issue that took forever. He even showed up 4 hours early, but he did call first to ask if he could some early. I was happy about that. They were prompt and didn't upsell unneeded parts. We will use them at our new home. I appreciate good, honest, reasonably priced work by competent technicians

Elete sent 2 professionals over a few days ago and took care of the blockage in a very thorough manor. Sent a camera diwn the pipe and i saw what was going on. They spent a solid 2 hours here making sure the job was perfect. I believe the tech was Michael Chavez. A real pro. No surprises, they honered the special advertised price. Honest, very professional, courteous, clean and thorough. I highly recommend tbic company, they are tops. Hope I dont need them again, but if i need the service, they will be the inly ines company I call.

Thes guys are the best!  They came out today on short notice to repair a leaky water line in our crawl space.  They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge!  They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out. I would highly recommend hiring these guys for any plumbing needs. Thanks Michael!

Yes, I did have issues with Rooter Ranger Plumbing. Several people reached out to understand the issues and to make things right. I was assured that all the issues were addressed with the technicians that were involved. I sincerely believe the service call and subsequent issues were an anomaly and don't reflect their normal business practices.

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

A representative came to my house to give me a free quote for replacing a 1970s shower insert with a bathtub. The guy was very professional and efficient. He also asked about a water softener, which we don't currently have, but it was plumbed for one a long time ago (and we removed a very old non-functional water softener when I bought the house last year). He got all the information he needed and sent me a quote from his van immediately after the appointment.
The quote was $3000 to remove the insert & install a bathtub & move the drain (labor only, no tub or fixtures included, no drywall repair or anything).
The quote for the water softener was also $3000, which I believe included the water softener & labor to to replace the existing drain and old plumbing. These quotes seemed high so I am still shopping around. However, I have no doubt that this is a great company that does quality work.

Technician went to my property to diagnose a potential leak. The tenants were not there, so the technician couldn't enter the house to diagnose. He spent an hour (or more) to check everything he can check outside the house, running water, check sprinklers, etc. He gave me very professional recommendations and possible reasons for the leak, and explained things very well. Good manner, professional, and complimentary first visit.

Loved that they showed up with in a mask, as safety is number one right now. We had new AC's back in April, and since then, they have come back 2X already to check to see everything works. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. They do work with another party, if they need to put a hole in your wall to change the thermostat.

We had a very positive experience.  They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues.  We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.
