I reached out to Chris, the owner, directly through Yelp while trying to get various quotes. He was prompt and straightforward. His pricing beat the competition and he showed up right on time. He did a great job with our hot water heater and I will definitely be giving him a call for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Chris!

When I called the woman was so helpful and nice! Steven helped me get my leak to shut off so the rest of the house had water! Then tony came out and fixed it fast and for a decent good price.

These guys were great. Did an amazing job on fixing a small leak we were dealing with as well as helped us get a water line set up to our fridge. Would use them for any other needs we have.

Too much sparkle, not enough substance.

I asked for an emergency leak repair on a Friday. On Saturday, I couldn't answer the technicians on site call before it went to voice mail.  My Saturday return call went to thier voice mail and went unreturned, and the leak was not repaired.

At my request, my sister called. She was not able to have a substantive conversation, but  a a supervisor was going to get back to her.  When a supervisor called, he told her a quote had been by emaIl, he forwarded it to her and she called me baffled. Neither of us understood why they had provided a quote a $3,600 to replace a watersoftener.  There was no quote for leak repair, which I had hope to have done on Saturday emergency appointment.

I speculated that perhaps the $250 portion of the total quote, SVC4420-RET Hard Bypass, might be a quote to repair the leak.

We attempted to conference call with a field supervisor three times.  Each time, thier phone system dropped our call.  

I declined thier emailed quote and returned their email to ask if the $250 hard bypass was a quote to repair the leak.

After multiple failed attempts to communicate and get leak repaired by Lawson, another company came out and fixed it for $225.  Thier phone system dropped my calls three times.  If you have difficulty communicating with them, they notice email and yelp.  They are very polite.

This was meant to be an edit of the origonal review, but yelp policy replaces original rather than update.

If you want to be unsold instead of getting a  repair, some people do, this company will not disappoint.  However, if you are not a credit card quick-draw, perhaps a smaller company would suit you.  Blessings to the Lawson Family and thier employees.

Super easy to deal with. Plumber arrived within two hours of the first contact on a Saturday. Prices were quoted upfront and remained firm throughout the transaction. Would use again and would certainly recommend to anyone.

Bumble bee is a great company. They assessed my water heater and were really flexible and quick to respond!!  Joel is a great asset to the company!

Ok - so the owner has stepped in and found the part that was needed, so now we'll have hot water tonight. I was impressed that the complaints went up the chain and the owner reacted. Things happen that are out of their control but I believe they went the extra mile to get this taken care of without having make a band aid and then come back in a day or two. Pleased.

Quoted $79 to clear main drain from clean out in the front yard.  Without any prior notice, end up charging $149.  Then the drain was clogged again 2 days later.  The guy keep asking if my rental was insured and I should claim with insurance.  Suggest hydro blast, quoted $1200, no warranty.  I said I was going to think about it.  Then he mentioned a small unit for $550???   End up going with another company.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Absolutely the best! Got right down to the problem and fixed plugged kitchen sink. Fast, efficient and reasonable. Couldn't ask more than that!

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

Oh my gosh we are so thrilled with our experience. My husband called when he got home from work because our tub had a leak that was leaking into the wall. Even though they were closing for the day the scheduler/dispatch turned her computer back on and routed someone to us after their last job for the day since we had to turn the water off. Eddie texted when he was on his way. Way very friendly and efficient (wore a mask the whole time) and fixed our problem with minimal work. So, so thankful for this company for going above and beyond at the last minute.

No hot water at 11 am, new water heater installed and heating water at 4:30 pm. Super tech, Eloy! Great office support from David. Will call them again!

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

Spent Saturday afternoon trying to fix a rusted cap that the builder had installed on the outside house spicket.  Couldn't quite get it soldered correctly and had a leak.  With the main water line to the house turned off, we needed someone out on a Sunday.  Called a couple other plumbers who couldn't come until Monday.  Got a hold of Melinda at Lawson and she had technician David out within 30 mins.  David showed up and not only fixed the solder issue in 10 mins, but also talked me through why we had an issue.  To make it even better, he only charged me their standard trip charge even though it was a Sunday.  My whole experience was fantastic and I would recommend Lawson to anyone who needs a professional plumber.  Thanks Lawson!

I needed a quote to run a gas line to my kitchen.  After getting several quotes I opted not to have the work done.  Option one did come to the house and their technician was friendly, thorough and professional.  Had I gone through with the work I would have chosen Option One.

Mightily impressed with Hays Cooling from 1st phone call about our 13-year old malfunctioning A/C unit August 20!  Jerry came to the house within a few hours and diagnosed the problem!  Then Jack discovered that due to the old configuration on the roof and it being a Thursday night (in the middle of a lightening storm) he promised us a new unit on the roof and operational by Monday morning.  IT IS DONE - Monday 9:00am!  This company came as a word-of-mouth recommendation and I will continue to spread the word about this excellent business!! I had them move my washer and dryer hookups from the kitchen pantry to the garage. Their rates were fantastic, I did get multiple quotes, and the tech was very knowledgeable. They were able to schedule quickly and paying the invoice via apple pay was very convenient. I am very pleased with their service and quality of work. They'll definitely be the first call for future plumbing issues.
