Pink Plumbing came to fix the toilet, water was continually running and it needed all new parts in the tank. The entire experience was outstanding! Horrendous service, complete lack of communication, cancelled appointment.  Then rescheduled appointment for following day said between 9-10, showed up at noon. Worked on the AC for an hour and we had to leave.  Came back and they were gone.  Figured it was fixed and it wasn't and left no note and no call. Won't answer their phones and haven't called back after leaving message with answering service.

How do they stay in business?

Very satisfied with punctuality & service. Eric called me back within 2 hours after contacting EH Plumbing through Yelp. Technician Robert arrived the next morning & took care of my issue. Robert fully communicated his plan to fix & estimated costs prior to starting the job.

Great company! Love the 24/7 service with no additional costs! We had an issue on Saturday and they were there within the hour no extra charge. Completed it quickly and efficiently. Explained all issues. Were Covid careful and invoiced easily. Took cc and a check. Not sure about Venmo. Really recommend this company.

Came to my home to verify what a plumber that I didn't really trust quoted me. First off, they were very responsive. At late hours of the night they would answer all my plumbing questions and clarified things the other plumber would tell me. Came to my home and looked at my sewer lines with his camera to confirm that the main sewer line was damaged. The entire time, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and was helpful. He advised me to wait until the main sewer line was dug up before going through with anything. His second opinion gave me peace of mind, and I definitely recommend Scottsdale rooter to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber.

My experience today with Lawson's plumbing was amazing. I've had multiple plumbers out over the last two years but this was the first time I really felt that I had people with true knowledge and good work ethics doing the job. Thank goodness for these guys! My stupid sink started backing up in my kitchen. Being a first time home owner is stressful and I wasnt prepared with a trusted plumber yet.  Got referred to Element and am so happy to have a plumber that i can trust. Michael worked around my work schedule and even gave me info about how to maximize my hot water tank output. He let me know that my leaky faucets in my shower could be fixed with a few quick adjustments (and that I didn't have to get new fixtures) and that my drain being plugged.... was from 12 feet under my unit. Cool to know the dirty details.

He was very clean, respected my house, didn't make a bunch of noise and disrupt my space. Even sanitized my sink after clearing the clog.

Justin was recommended by a co-worker who got his name from an electrician he goes to church with. Now, normally I don't like recommendations from people who haven't used someone before, but I had one plumber I didn't like and the other that was too expensive. So I wanted a 3rd quote.

Justin was actually the cheapest, but still a professional and very helpful. So much so I gave him additional work that was easy enough to DIY, but my laziness overcame my cheapness. He'll be back to do more work that I can DIY, but I'm at that point of... why?

I do all my mechanical and car detailing work on a professional level. I build wood furniture and cabinets. We've installed floors and done some minor electrical. The plumbing work we need isn't too difficult, either.

So, I rarely pay anyone to do something I can, but today I wrote a check, didn't throw any tools and I didn't break anything, not even a sweat. Worth it... they'll be back soon to do even more work because they were much more reasonable than the other companies.

This is the only plumbing company I use. Honest straight forward approach. Today Nick came out today and simply tightened the leaking faucet. Recommend replacement in the future with an explanation to help me understand the value.

Every time we have an issue I call Hays! Almost 100% of the time they can make it out same day and if not, it's the next day. All of their employees I've met so far have been professional and friendly.
