My HOA has used this company several times in the past with good results, for some reason this time they decided that they all needed a Christmas bonus and decided to nearly double the charges for a near identical repair from several months prior. When asked why the double charge the HOA was told it took much longer and was much more difficult than the previous repair which was nothing near the truth, both jobs were done in the same amount of time. Claims that there were rocks and impossible digging to be done were far from the truth as the home owner was present during the digging and repair and saw NO such difficulties. It was a one man team for the most part of the day only later did extra help show up when nearly all of the digging had been completed. Will definately consider using other companies for future repair work, getting multiple quotes in writing and evaluating the results after completion.

Emmanuel was responsive, reasonable and communicative. Called with a late project requiring my exterior bib to be replaced as it was leaking pretty badly. Called a few places, not only did Emmanuel offer a competitive quote, he had a faster response time and fixed my problem within 4 hours of chatting. Highly recommend. Great guy and great service.

This is my second time going to Jeremy for service, both times being for my kitchen sink. He is professional, treats your situation with urgency, he is clean and handles your items with care, and is very reasonably priced. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have used Big Jay prior and had a good experience. Knowing this I reached out for a plumbing issue I needed done (obviously).

I live in a gated community and was moving out so gate codes had been discontinued and so he had to wait at the gate for me. He did call and text but being we live in a spotty cell reception it took 2-3 minutes for me to actually receive the missed call/text notification. By that time (6 minutes) he had decided he waited long enough and left. Now that would seem logical except my contractor was also waiting and he had spoken with him and my contractor alerted him we were 2 mins away per a text we just sent. He told my contractor he was out and my contractor could not believe it- he tried to talk to him to stay and Jay literally smiled and left. Who does that?

Pretty much don't call Jay if you don't have perfect cell reception because he has absoltely no patience at all. I'd understand if it was 10-15 minutes he waited but nope and all while speaking to the contractor we were meeting as well. Like did he think he wouldn't mention it to us?

Cherry on top he also had a secondary phone number he had been communicating with my partner on as back as well. Didn't hear from him on that line if he was trying to get ahold of us he was lazy at doing so.

Do better business bud.

George at Cypress Street Plumbing was super courteous and professional. He replaced two outside faucets and a shower faucet at my house. He was reliable and a very fair price. I will definitely use him again.

I have had several great interactions with this company. They go out of their way to assist, are always extremely prompt, and have even directed me elsewhere when it would save me money because they value my business as a long-term client.

Abdul worked for about three hours. Charged $500 primarily for labor with minimal cost for under sink connectors and valves. Failed to furnish a complete invoice reflecting what he did for the $500 charged. Would never rehire.

Was able to discuss service and book thru Yelp without the need for a call or visit (which is a huge time saver). Tech arrived promptly, and did the job promptly.

I had a leaking faucet outside and called about 5 plumbers before I was referred to Tom The Plumber.  All of the other companies charge a $50-$75 service trip fee just to come diagnose the problem.  Tom does not charge a service trip fee.

He was very friendly on the phone and said that he would be over in the next hour or two. I did not have to be home at the time of his arrival because the faucet was outside and by the time I was home from work that day the faucet was fixed and the bill was slipped under the door.  I was surprised at how reasonable and inexpensive he was.

We used 2 Sons Plumbing after reading all the great reviews on NEXTDOOR.  Best thing we ever did!... Jason is knowledgeable, experienced, and reasonable, he is also a Veteran (thank him for his great service).  Great guy and great work!  He is our go to guy for plumbing, now!

No one answered when I tried calling.  Shouldn't all plumbing companies be open on the weekend?

Needed water heater they were great.  Beat prices of competition and went came out the same day.  Pleasant people to speak with as well.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

I would definitely recommend Hope AC

Tim owner of Maverick Plumbing is a nice guy. He did my 1100sq guest house. But if you have any thing wrong with what he did Forget it ! Good Luck with him getting back to you after the job is done! I call a number of times left text talk to some at his office promise me he would call . I guess he has a out of sight warranty! Once he is out of sight the warranty is void.
