Emmanuel was responsive, reasonable and communicative. Called with a late project requiring my exterior bib to be replaced as it was leaking pretty badly. Called a few places, not only did Emmanuel offer a competitive quote, he had a faster response time and fixed my problem within 4 hours of chatting. Highly recommend. Great guy and great service.

My HVAC tech referred me to Joe. Joe and my HVAC guy talked because Joe wanted to understand better what my plumbing problem was, after they talked Joe referred me to an HVAC  plumber who could better help me with my HVAC problem. But first Joe took the extra step to call this plumber and explain what my HVAC tech had explained to Joe. The Hvac plumber Joe referred, did an excellent job and was affordable. It was a kind extra step, that i seldom come across. When i need an honest plumber it will be Joe i call.

Aquasana had recommended Jeremy at Worldly Plumbing in Scottsdale to us as a preferred installer of their systems in Arizona. Based on that recommendation we had Jeremy install our new Aquasana EQ-1000 whole house water softener/filter combo system. He did a fantastic job getting everything mounted, hooked up and tested. He also gave us a good rundown on how everything worked and operation of all the valves. He also installed a special hose bib to allow us to drain the system without water running onto the garage floor. We would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone needing water softeners/filters installed, especially the Aquasana systems.

Jay did another job at the house and did an excellent job for less money and expected. Very efficient, patient and took the time to answer any questions my wife and I had.  He's not just an I'll install it, take your cash and leave plumber, he patiently explained everything he was doing, how to use the equipment and how to extend the life of his work and be more efficient with it.

Again, the only plumber we're ever going to call!

George is HONEST and did a great job on a two toilet installation and sink faucet hose replacement. Extremely fair pricing and trustworthy plumber. Highly recommend.

I have had several great interactions with this company. They go out of their way to assist, are always extremely prompt, and have even directed me elsewhere when it would save me money because they value my business as a long-term client.

Great guy, did my tile replacement for my shower. Others wanted to charge me 2000 to replace everything. Saved me a lot of trouble.

Our water heater broke earlier today aa it started leaking. Top notch service with the facetime call to turn off the heated water valve (I have no idea how to do this myself). A new water heater was installed same day. He showed up on time and got everything set up so we didnt have to go without heated water. His price is great and I would call him again for future services.

Best plumber around!

I had a leaking faucet outside and called about 5 plumbers before I was referred to Tom The Plumber.  All of the other companies charge a $50-$75 service trip fee just to come diagnose the problem.  Tom does not charge a service trip fee.

He was very friendly on the phone and said that he would be over in the next hour or two. I did not have to be home at the time of his arrival because the faucet was outside and by the time I was home from work that day the faucet was fixed and the bill was slipped under the door.  I was surprised at how reasonable and inexpensive he was.

I had a somewhat simple plumbing project that I tried doing myself. Long story short, the problem became even larger. Jason was fantastic in diagnosing, helping me get warranty parts and in his timely response to come and fix the issue. Very honest, responsive, and fair pricing!  Thank you Jason!

We are definitely happy that we decided to go with K&B Plumbing!! Our water heater broke and was leaking from the bottom, and of course created water damage to the surrounding structure. Kaylor Arrived quickly and assessed our water heater issue right away. He recommended Salt River Restoration for the water damage that the leaked caused, and they did great job for us too! Kaylor worked quickly and efficiently! We were without hot water for such a short period of time that some of our family members wouldn't have even known that the water heater had been removed. We love our new water heater. It is a great comfort to know that we have a reliable, efficient, and friendly plumbing company that we can go to if needed! I would definitely recommend K&B Plumbing to our family and friends!!

Long story short: My parents bought a house 6 months ago and bought a home warranty plan along with it. The water heater went out on a Friday. Dad called the warranty company and they sent out a horrible plumber on Monday (3 days without hot water!) that said that the unit needs to be replaced. The replacement and labor are covered under the warranty but the modifications that need to be done ($400) are not covered. I found out the water heater was 4 years old and contacted the manufacturer to see if it was still covered under their warranty. The manufacturer got me in touch with a local dealer that in turn recommended Liberty to do the replacement under warranty. Boy were we lucky!!!! I spoke with Jennifer close to 4pm and she managed to secure the delivery of the new heater the NEXT MORNING. She also said her tech Eli will be there by 12 or sooner after the delivery to install it. She was also very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Tuesday morning the tank was delivered and Eli called and showed up by 9AM! AND Jennifer called my mom to make sure everything was going fine!! Talk about above and BEYOND customer service! And my mom was thrilled with how professional Eli and Jennifer were. People and companies like these restore my faith that there are still good people out there that really do care and aren't just trying to scam extra money wherever they can. I'm glad to know that my whole family now has a trusted plumber to call anytime.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

I would definitely recommend Hope AC

Tim owner of Maverick Plumbing is a nice guy. He did my 1100sq guest house. But if you have any thing wrong with what he did Forget it ! Good Luck with him getting back to you after the job is done! I call a number of times left text talk to some at his office promise me he would call . I guess he has a out of sight warranty! Once he is out of sight the warranty is void.
