Second time using them to complete laundry valve replacement. Extremely communicative and fair price.

So I forgot to write this back in November and I'm sorry.
Mark and Conner came to remove my old faucet prior to granite being installed in our kitchen, then came on time, finished quickly and returned the next day to install the new faucet. Very professional, easy to deal with and if I need a plumber they get my 1st and only call!!
Now today I needed a plumber, called Mark  as I had my water softener leaking in several different hose & pipe connections. Spoke with Mark, he responded by setting me up within 1 hour of my call. Gavin & Conner showed up, they were excellent repaired and replaced some connections and again were very nice to deal with, work was done in a timely fashion. Great group of people!!
So again I'd say if I need or you need a plumber they should be you only call!!

Aquapro is our preferred plumbing provider for the past 10 years. Referred to us by a neighbor, Chris is always professional and educates you on what you need and why you need it. He has worked on our Reverse Osmosis system, Fixtures, Refrigerator Water Dispenser and most recently replaced our Water Softener system. They are neither the most expensive or inexpensive provider, but the service we receive is always the highest quality. You get more than you pay for with Aquapro. I am confident that the service I receive is top notch, and Chris will stand by the work he does, and he will be around to back it up. His wife Vicky does the scheduling and billing, and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. Chris shows up when she schedules him without a large window of time to be waiting for his arrival, and billing is always easy to deal with. I don't often recommend service providers, because one person's experience doesn't always reflect what another will perceive, but I know with Aquapro, you will get what you pay for from someone who takes pride in their work and their business. 5 weeks ago another service came out to do our yearly maintenance, we were shammed into buying parts we didn't need. The tech wired what he did put on wrong. Never checked to see if everything was up and running before he left.  We turn the air on Monday night and surprise it doesn't work. I researched on yelp for a reliable company and found you.  Your tech was amazing, personable, and very knowledgeable about what he fixed. He only charged us a service call of $67, and corrected the issue right away.  We will now be using this company for our yearly check ups. :)

Nafiz responded to my Yelp request promptly and gave the best offer than the others. I asked him if I could get earlier appointment if possible by any chance and he called me the next morning saying that he could come early. He installed the garbage disposal in timely manner. Nafiz was nice and polite, I was happy with his service and I will call him again if needed in the future. Thank you Nafiz.

I started my search for a reliable handyman about two weeks ago with no luck until I contacted Honeycutt's Handyman Service. Joe is AMAZING and I am so glad I reached out. I had a tight window of availability before being away on business and Joe met it with time to spare. He's communicative, thorough, and motivated. I now have a go-to handyman and will certainly be contacting him for future projects!

It is as good as it gets! David went out of his way to go to Lowes and purchase on my behalf a new toilet discovering after unpacking the one I purchased had a broken base. He did not have to take time out of his schedule to do this. He could of easily rescheduled. Instead he went to Lowe's purchased a replacement and finished the installation. We have family visiting us in a couple of days and I wanted new toilet installed before they arrived. Thank you David for your thoughtfulness, excellent workmanship and professionalism.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

I had a plumbing problem and was given an estimate by one plumber who told me extensive work was required along with a price tag to match. Chris looked at my problem and explained what was necessary as well as what wasn't necessary. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. He is a true professional: communicates, cordial, on time, knowledgeable, quality work, cleans up when finished, and most of all, HONEST. I highly recommend his service and at the very least, would suggest you get an estimate from Chris before starting any plumbing work.

We had a leaky shower valve.  Matt was great he caught through the wired issues our Pulty home has and was able to stop the leak.  Don't hesitate to give them a call.

After getting multiple bids for our project, we decided to go with Garrett Plumbing because we felt confident in their ability to get the job done right and in budget.
Dave was a pleasure to work with and did a great job.  He worked quickly and efficiently and left the work area exactly the way he found it; clean.  Definitely trustworthy too.  We had no problem leaving a key for him to access our house while we were gone.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

The two man crew showed up right on time, the same day I got the quote. They put booties on as soon as they arrived to keep our floors clean, and they worked quickly to get my 3 toilets installed and my GFCI outlet replaced. The work only took 2 hours and 2 of the toilets are upstairs. Their pricing was also very competitive out of the 4 quotes I got, and their response time to my quote request on Yelp was extremely punctual (less than 20 minutes). I would definitely utilize them again to fix any issues we have in the future - so glad we chose to go with them. Thanks again to Miguel at Crew Of Two for coming through!

I recently had a leak in my walls between my downstairs bathroom and washer in the garage. I have a home warranty through select home warranty which sucks and doesn't cover anything (FYI don't ever get this warranty). The only good thing they did for me was send Hummell plumbing I first met with Ross and another gentleman both were professional and knowledgeable. Come to find out it was a leak in the slab which isn't covered by the warranty. Knowing that this was not going to be a cheap fix, I had to have them come out a week later after working. From there on I dealt with Steven who was very comforting and assuring with a first home time buyer dealing with her first major house crisis. Steven and the owner Broc came out and actually fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I appreciate all of they're hard work and understanding when it came to my situation. Have used Scottsdale Plumbing in the past. The first time I called them years ago they told me they could get Ed out first thing in the morning, he was good but not the most sociable guy. I said fine. Ed did a great job and had NO idea why they thought he was not sociable. After that, I always asked for Ed. This time when I called I again asked for Ed and they said he had retired. :( They would send Bradley out. He did a great job fixing my tub leak, very clean and no mess! Our 5 year old Rheem gas water heater stopped working, and I contacted Plumbsmart to get an estimate to repair or replace the unit.  James arrived and discovered that the tank had a leak.  The unit was still under warranty and James offered to contact Rheem for a warranty repair.  James was able to get a full replacement for a new unit, picked up the new unit and made a very professional installation and we are good for another six years. I highly recommend Plumbsmart.
