Rafael was the only plumber to respond back with  a bid, which is what I requested from all the plumbers. This showed that he listened.

Although the job was not urgent, he responded and the job was done within one day of him responding. This showed that he was timely.

Rafael, took the time to see if there was anything else that he could do for us, at no extra charge. It turns out that he has remodeling skills. We will be using him again.

This past month it was time to bring in the Superhero's of HAVC...THE DUKES OF AIR to perform Fall and Winter Maintenance on my Trane Unit which I did procure from them. I do not use them because I bought it from John and Dukes. I use them because 1. They care about their customers. 2. They are top notch professionals. 3. They care and honor their certified trade & license given the high quality of work they perform.  4. THEY KNOW HEATING VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING frontward to back.  5. They are very detailed in their work and do not take short cuts.  There pricing is competitive and will work with customers who maybe having some challenges with equipment or finance yet still are very business -minded and professional in their decorum and customer service!!

Scott was my technician, was on time , arrived early too  and ready to get the inspection/maintenance work done. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable,  Finished up the work in around 45 minutes approx. give or take and then debriefed me on how the unit was running, what I could do to improve efficiency and keep it running tip top.

Another positive experience from on the multi talented team members from Dukes of Air. A quality minded and high customer service business that always looks out for its customers.  Thank you Scott and Thank you Dukes!

i left this co my number on a est for retainer wall. They never contact at all. I wouldn't recommend them now..How disappointed

First, Matt Greene, who came and did the work had me write the check out to him personally the day before repairs so he could get it cashed right away and get the needed parts. (I do have a digital copy of the check to prove this). We needed repairs done for a leak and he convinced us the Nuvo system was amazing and would be better than a water softener.  After looking into the Nuvo system online when he left, we changed our mind on having it installed in place of a water softener and called to let him know we had changed our minds within 2 hours of him leaving the house (as he was to come the following day to do the work). He didn't answer his phone, but I left a message letting him know we did not want it. When he came the next day, he claimed he didn't get the message and kept several hundred dollars as a restocking fee.  The work we did have done was very poor. He replaced an outside copper line with a PVC line. When I specifically asked him why, he claimed it was because it connected to PVC underground, so it didn't need to be copper. I had to call 3 times afterward to have it fixed because where he connected the PCV and copper kept leaking. It's now leaking again, but outside of their 6 month warranty window...not that I'd trust him to do it correctly anyway. When I had someone look at the current leak, they told me that line has to be copper and that it shouldn't be PVC to begin with. So now I'm having to pay someone else over $600 AGAIN to do the job correctly. I will NEVER use this company again. The work wasn't even done correctly and Matt was a complete joke. Stay away.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Best plumber experience - ever! Chris is knowledgable, reliable, dependable, experienced and what is most important reasonably priced. We only use Renew since we met them 3 years ago.

We recently moved into a flipped house and had issues with our plumbing shower/toilet that cause some frustrating clogs. I gave Matt a call in the morning and provided him the problem, and a little more than an hour he arrived.

Matt did a thorough job on the mainline and was able to resolve the clogs for both bathrooms. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone given his excellent response time and fair price on the work.

I called many plumbing companies after hours and finally I got a live person to answer the phone I was  very impressed and relieved  because I had water coming from my celling and did not no how to shut off my water , when I explained my situation to The gentleman on the phone he walked me through  how to shut off the water , I gave him my address and he had someone there in less then a hour it was late around 1am and he actually had a smile and was glad to be there , the service was beyond my expectations,

Darren is the Plumber of Your Dreams.  First of all, we had previous plumber come and give us an estimate to replace some ancient Roman pipes that had started leaking and cracking. This guy told us the job would involve a total replacement of all our pipes and we'd have to rip up the floor and whatnot. The estimated cost? $20,000.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Luckily, we spotted Darin from Scottsdale Plumbing working in our neighborhood and asked him to take a look at the job. He gave us a much more accurate diagnosis and WAY affordable estimate. Obviously, we went with Darren.  He arrived on time, prepped the kitchen with plenty of drop cloths and plastic, and got to work. I went to check on him mid-progress and of course, sheetrock dust and bits of pipe were everywhere as Darren worked his magic. I go check on him a few hours later and my kitchen is COMPLETELY PRISTINE!  Darren cleaned up the mess so beautifully and installed the pipes like a skilled surgeon.  I was blown away as my kitchen was actually cleaner than before he arrived!  Not only that, he's such a pleasant and friendly man.  I would highly recommend Scottsdale Plumbing and Darren to anyone!

Had a problem with the initial billing but they IMMEDIATELY rectified the situation so we are very happy with their customer service! They are now a 5 star review moving forward
