Mike Plumbing (John) came out and assessed our water heater problem and told us the cost and time frame to replace the old lines and get it running the same day. We told him to go ahead and fix it as we haven't had water for 3 days. John spent all day working on it in 106 degree heat and got the lines rebuilt and the water heater running by 4:00pm. John was very professional and was very honest about the cost and time frame. I would highly recommend Mike Davis Plumbing. Thanks John you are an asset to your profession.

When my sewer line backed up, Addam was able to give a quote right over the phone, and explain what scenarios might cost a little more, and how much.  Communication about the appointment was clear as he explained what was ahead of my time slot, texted when on his way, and arrived exactly as expected.  He went to work right away, identifying the best access and getting started.  I was a little stressed since the snake must've had to go nearly all the way to city's connection, but finally after nearly 120 feet suddenly swoosh and we were on our way.  Addam was pleasant and professional the whole time and happily answered all my pestering questions about what he was doing.  As we talked he mentioned he loved his job, and it shows.  PlumServe was exactly what I was looking for and I'm glad I found them.

I've been a repeat customer of Talbot Plumbing for the last year on at least 5-7 occurrences, and their work is self explanatory as to why I continue to return to them for my plumbing needs. Trevor is an extraordinary business owner! He is always attentive and responsive in a timely manner to all my plumbing needs. He has worked on my commercial property and recently installed a water softener and carbon filter system at my new residential home. His demonstration as to why it's important to have this system was astonishing and immediately had me sold! His employees were out here a few days later and worked from 9am until 10pm to make sure the job was done properly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the services provided, Trevor even personally called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with everything done! That is GREAT customer service and he has time after time continued to earn my business. Thanks Trevor!

Kitchen Sink had a regulator that was sticking.  They sent 2 people out to diagnose and fix for $190.   I am a little concerned with the technician Randy, I think he was trying to work a side deal. Felt shady!  At least the job got done and my hot water is circulating again.

Simon's Plumbing is OUTSTANDING! He is the only plumber that we will have work at our home.  We have had him out 3 times for plumbing issues and to install a new water heater.  Two of the times were after hours and one was even after hours and on a weekend.  Simon responded immediately and helped us out.  He is very professional, caring, and a perfectionist with his work.  When he completes a job it is done right and his fees are reasonable.  You will be thrilled to have him as your plumber!

I called on Instant Plumbing and Rooter to do some work for me, and I wasn't disappointed.  This family-run business treats their customers like family.  They are PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, and did a great job for me.  The price was great, too.  They fixed our water softener system and did the plumbing for the new walk-in shower.  It looks great and works well.  They did excellent work and I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Great work at a fair price. Had them install a new facet set in a bathroom and repair a leaking tub facet. Courteous, on time , efficient and a fair price....does it get better than that for a plumber? Give these guys a shot!!

We called Merit Plumbing Services because we had a leaky faucet outside. Javier did an awesome job fixing the faucet in less than an hour and the price was fair also. Thank you Merit for everything!

Meh.  I've had better.  Quick response.  High price.

$300 for a less than two hour house call to simply find a leak (not that hard) and put a saddle clamp on galvanized pipe.  Not exactly high tech.  Required a trip to home depot to buy the clamp. (?)

They were quick to recommend a total re-plumb of my galvanized plumbing for $7500, not including drywall and painting.

I would give this family business a million shooting stars if I could! Ryan is patient, has great attention to detail, is very considerate of our home when he does work for us and has a great, friendly attitude. Perfect service! Was able to get scheduled immediately and they saved the day! Was on the last leg of a bathroom remodel when I ran into a plumbing issue and they fixed it perfectly! Cannot recommend them enough!

Dylan came out to take a look at my concern at no cost! He told me about his previous experience with something like this and gave me an idea of what to expect if they were to further investigate and attempt to fix it. He was very helpful and even answered some other plumbing-related questions I had.

Wow! What is a scheduled appointment for? I had an appointment scheduled between 12-2. After waiting for the plumber to show up during the scheduled time, I called the company to check on the delay at 2:20. I was informed that it would be 1-2 hours for someone to get out but they would keep me informed on when I should expect a technician.

After waiting 2 more hours, I made another call and was told there was still a 2 hour delay. What? So now, expected arrival time is between 4:30-6:30.  They said I was 3rd in line after the technicians complete their current job. What's so amazing is I was 3rd in line over 2 hours ago. Good news though, while I was on the phone I moved to 2nd in line because another customer cancelled. I couldn't believe the company has the expectation that customers don't have other things to do other than patiently wait for a technician from Roto-Rooter to show up.

If someone would have reached out as promised and let me know there was a delay, I would have happily rescheduled or at least been part of the decision to extend the wait time.

I ended up canceling and will take my current and future business elsewhere. You might want to as well.

Great service. On time. Bobby and his technician came prepared and took good care of our house. Price as advertised and I got a nice discount to take care of our three showers. Immediate good flow on the drains. He showed me pics of the job he did and explained everything well. I'd recommend them and use their service again.
