Mike work hard to find replacement water heater which took a great amount of time! Worked late to put it in to make sure we had hot water. We are forever greatful to him!

Vitaliy came by my house to do a water-softener install.  Price was very reasonable and his professionalism and workmanship were top-notch.  Will definitely have him back to do a few other jobs around the house.  He even hauled away the big box the softener came in even though I did not purchase it from him.  Excellent customer service!

I was very impressed with Philip , my mom needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen and bathroom, he was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable,  he also check for any leaks around the house and backyard, He definitely sold me on using all of his services as a handyman and his plumbing experience.

Expensive....  charged $80 for the call then added parts, labor, etc on top.  $200 for a clogged sink.  I thought normally the service call charge was deducted when the service was used.

My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

CTR Plumbing has the greatest integrity of any company I have ever dealt with.  I had a disposal problem on two different occasions. The first occasion I called CTR and they walked me through how to clear the problem over the phone.  They COULD have sent out a plumber and charged me a service charge to come out. Additionally they could have told me the same thing after a service charge and a new disposal, but they didn't. For this reason I made sure to call the same reputable CTR a few months later when my disposal was not working.  They sent out a plumber and he cleared the problem with no service charge and I didn't have to buy a new disposal.  He gave me tips on how to prolong the life of the disposal I have, which is  (6 years old) and even looked at a noisy bathroom toilet.  He told me what I would need to replace on the toilet and how to do it myself.  Total charge from CTR= $0. Now that's outstanding customer service.  By the way, I had never heard of CTR before, I don't know anyone who works there, but I do know that are extremely honest!  CTR is the only plumber I will call.  We all know that's difficult to say about most companies we deal with now days.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we had a leak when our dish washer would drain. Joe was able to come out early the next morning and fix both issues very quickly. He also checked a few other issues for us and gave suggestions. I definitely recommend Peace of Mind Plumbing.

Having used Copper State before.... They were the first place I called when I had an Epic Fail of having a friend try to install my Pendant light in my dining room.
Mike gave me a time.... showed on time.... and did the job start to finish in under an hour.
Shame on me for not calling him in the first place.

I had been calling around for a plumber to come & replace my sink & garbage disposal on/off for almost a year. I finally got around to calling Sav-On thanks to the rock star Yelp reviews. My experience from start to finish was nothing less than stellar.
1) They got me scheduled in 48 hours.
2) The quote was cost effective compared to the many other companies research which btw was average $800. My quote was 1/2 that.
3) Experienced repairman (Bill) let us know the replacement sink wasn't as deep as the current sink. Just in case we didn't' know. Which was very nice.
4) Cleaned up well after the repair & even offered to carry the sink to the garage for me. Bill even let me know how to dispose of the sink & suggested habitat for humanity.
I'd recommend this company to anyone. Just AWESOME!

Working on an issue at my Dad's house, I am not sure what I am going to do or who I am going to use, but even at this point I have to say that the customer service from The Plumber Guy has been outstanding!! They have been friendly, quick to set up an cost-free appointment, prompt, and seemingly honest in their assessment and quote.

I'm still trying to decide what to do, but I feel like if I used these guys, I would be very satisfied!!!

Not pleased with thoroughness of work. I was charged for an unnecessary service on an appliance that will need replacing. What a waste of money! I'll never use these guys again.

After years of working with one of GB's competitors, I decided try George Brazil. Scheduled an appointment at my residence for between 8 and 12. Not unusual, but GB should note that competitors are narrowing their range to be more customer friendly. I told the rep I needed to be at work at least in the afternoon and he promised to get someone there first thing.  I get a call at 11AM and I'm told someone will be here by 11:30. I reluctantly agree - at least so I can get an estimate. 10 minutes later I get a call saying the technician can't make it and can I reschedule for another day.
  Half day wasted. This afternoon I'll find a licensed and bonded small business-person, the kind that still treats customers well.

When I was scammed by Sunny Plumber (owned by the same person), I got a service contract for my air conditioner included in the deal. No issues with my A/C just a checkup, tech comes back with you need to replace the fan motor $789, the condenser is within tolerance but should be replaced another $500 I just had another A/C company come out and tested everything, NO ISSUES. Nothing needs to be replaced... I gave Sunny a bad review and based on the job they did, I took my own advice and refused to have Goettl do any repairs. Do your due diligence, there are a lot of WAY better A/C companies out there...
