We contacted PLD after noticing our water bill starting to creep up.  Dave came out to the house and confirmed we had no leaks.  To me this was worth the time away from work and the cost, its like going to the dentist,,,IMHO its better to pay a little now and know everything is ok rather than waiting, developing a problem, and pay much much more.
 PLD was able to schedule the appt quickly, gave me a clear window of when to expect Dave, and Dave showed up as promised.  Very happy with PLD and would use them again (hopefully I never need to), but would gladly recommend them.

Gino has helped me with multiple projects- From a new gas line install, to three full bathroom remodels , he has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding fixtures/parts and thinking of final details, so friendly and willing to help in a pinch! he went above and beyond in fixture selections with a very difficult client of mine as well !!! Thank you!

Our hot water heater went out the day before my 11 guests arrived!
Mike work hard to find replacement water heater which took a great amount of time! Worked late to put it in to make sure we had hot water. We are forever greatful to him!

I had a back patio metal roof come off from the High Winds, and it was attached to my storage room that was starting to come off.  I looked at so many websites, and different companies, and finally found the right company to get my roof fixed.  Right Way Home Repair and Services gave me the Best Price, and Phillip was the Best Person to fix my Roof. He was Very Nice, and called me ahead of time so I can put my dog in his room so he wouldn't bother Phillip.  So If you need to get anything fixed call Phillip at Right Way Home Repair and Services. Oh, and he even put my back awning cover on my back bedroom back up, and the screens all around the back patio. I am posting pictures from the before, to the after

Sunland Plumbing is THE BEST!!  I had my park model pipes re-done, and Sunland did the work.  I had an unrelated plumbing issue a few weeks later, and I called Sunland.  In both cases, the technicians who came to do the work were respectful, helpful, efficient, hard working, and knowledgeable.  I appreciated their expertise.  They had the work done in a very short time, and they took the time to educate me as to how to keep my plumbing healthy.  I'm very, very impressed with this business.  Kim, at the main office, was so helpful in getting me an appointment as quickly as possible.  I can't say enough positive things about Sunland.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we had a leak when our dish washer would drain. Joe was able to come out early the next morning and fix both issues very quickly. He also checked a few other issues for us and gave suggestions. I definitely recommend Peace of Mind Plumbing.

I needed a RO system installed and Desert Sonoran did a great job and finished in a timely manner.  Friendly service and fair pricing - I'll definitely use them again!

This review is long over due but I wanted to make sure I got this in because Mike is probably one of the best Handymen I've ever used.  A move from Phoenix to Seattle had us scrambling to fix up the house for sale and we needed all sorts of work done - we had quite a bit of dry wall that needed repair and also needed a corner of our kitchen cabinetry retouched.  After seeing the reviews here on Yelp, I called Mike at Copper State Home Maintenance and he was out the next day for an estimate.

Now, the estimate was beyond reasonable and Mike even picked up the supplies needed and just charged me for those at his cost.  He did all the repair work very quickly and everything looked AMAZING.  I mean - there was no way to tell there was a smallish hole in one of the walls originally.  I looked and looked to see if I could even see a seam.  The paint was matched perfectly and everything was so professionally done - I was one happy camper.  

I'm really picky about how things look and Mike is a perfectionist.  His prices are great and if you need anyone to do anything in your home in the Phoenix area, call Mike.  it will be the best call you ever made...

Now I know why they have a 5 star rating on here. We woke up to a mini flood in our hallway last week and being so close to the holidays, I didn't think we could get it all handled without a lot of time and money. I found their reviews on Yelp and gave them a call. Brandon was here in a matter of minutes, immediately found the problem and fixed it. As i was on the phone with our insurance trying to get water restoration companies to handle the water and dry it out, Brandon already called his guy at Service 1 and they were here before Brandon left. I like that Brandon came in, fixed the problem and never gave us the run around on quotes and pricing. They are an honest company and that's just what we needed! Very impressed with their services!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

My tenant had an issue with the kitchen sink, and slow draining tub, They called The Plumber Guy,  Daniel the plumber addressed the sink and said it needs a part to fix, didn' t remedy it !  Then went to the tub, put a snake in 15 min later he collected $295.... When my tenants told me this So I  I called Daniel directly, Attitude in place and asked him about the going rate for use of the snake is generally $70-100. with all the reputable  plumbing companies, his answer was we are a better company.  My tenants got totally ripped off, and in essence, It was me.  I have told my tenants always get my approval. WHAT A RIP OFF COMPANY!!

We have a one year Homeowner's warranty through Old Republic Home Protection which we purchased last December with our house.  Last night around 6PM we realized that we didn't have any hot water.  I checked the water heater, and it was cold.  Checked the breaker, and it was OK.  So I called Old Republic, and within an hour I received a call from Cure All Plumbing.  He explained to me how to reset the button inside the heater.  I did that and the unit fired up. All is well.

About an hour later we hear this noise coming from the heater, and as you would expect, it started leaking and was shorted out.  I called Cure All back again around 8:30PM.  He said he would send someone out tomorrow between 7 and 9 AM.

About 7:30 this morning Ben from Cure All showed up, diagnosed the problem, called the proper people, and by 9:30 we had a brand new working hot water heater.  The installation went very well, and since our heater was inside the house, it required extra care.  Ben was very professional and friendly.  I couldn't have asked for a better outcome, since 14 hours earlier, we hadn't realized we had a problem.  I would recommend Cure All Plumbing to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment for electrical work that I need completed immediately. I schedule an entire day off work to be home for the electrician to come and I get a call 2 hours before the appointment that they won't be able to make it and would like to reschedule for next week. Very unprofessional and didn't really seem to care about the inconvenience it caused me and my work schedule. Very very disappointed.

I intentionally scheduled with George Brazil because I thought the customer service and responsiveness would have been better than the standard electrician. Obviously not....probably worse.

Update: 20 minutes after posting this review I got a call from the service manager offering to have someone at my home within 1 hour and they will give me a $50 credit toward service. Yeah right...I wonder why they called...maybe to have this review removed???

I use yelp all the time, always reading others' comments. This is the first time ever I've felt compelled to write a review on a company. They are the worst company ever. NEVER show up on time (4 times and counting), if at all. Our AC worked fine until they came out a few months ago and now our AC can't keep up with the heat. Coincidence? Maybe. Still, they were supposed to come during the day(hottest point of the day) to see what's up, and they don't show. We stupidly bought a maintenance plan for a full year. I strongly urge you to find another AC company. I don't have any other recommendations, other than avoid them at all costs. And when their commercial of lies comes on, turn off the radio.
