Phillip has provided 2 different services at my house. One for drywall repair about 25 square foot and a 2nd visit to replace a leaky spigot outside. He gave me reasonable quotes that included the materials and stuck to the price when completed. All work has been up to my expectations and Phillip has been reliable meeting the timeframes he sets. I have Phillip coming over a 3rd time for plumbing work in the kitchen as I am satisfied with his work and professionalism.

First found these guys on, uh, another recommendations site and was very pleased with the fast, thorough work. Hired them again for a second, messier job--not only was it done right, Vitaliy even cleaned up afterward! I've used a lot of plumbers that have been good to so-so, but these guys are by far the best and most reasonably priced.

Sunland Plumbing is THE BEST!!  I had my park model pipes re-done, and Sunland did the work.  I had an unrelated plumbing issue a few weeks later, and I called Sunland.  In both cases, the technicians who came to do the work were respectful, helpful, efficient, hard working, and knowledgeable.  I appreciated their expertise.  They had the work done in a very short time, and they took the time to educate me as to how to keep my plumbing healthy.  I'm very, very impressed with this business.  Kim, at the main office, was so helpful in getting me an appointment as quickly as possible.  I can't say enough positive things about Sunland.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

I had Erik of CTR Plumbing come out to replace the filters of an R/O system I'd had installed by another fairly well known company.  While Erik was working on the filters he noticed we only had a line running to the refrigerator, and not one to the sink.  He asked why this was, and I told him that it was because the original worker who installed the system seemed very nervous about drilling through my granite, which in turn made me nervous, so we didn't have it done.  We'd just lived with the slow filtered water pressure from the dispenser on our fridge.  Erik assured me this was an easy fix for someone who knew how to do it, so we had him drill through the granite and install a spigot right there at the faucet.  He did a fantastic job, and it's been so wonderful to be able to fill up water bottles, pots, and the dog's bowl at the sink instead of the fridge.

While he worked, Erik was friendly and offered to answer any plumbing questions I had.  I mentioned that our water heater had gone out 3 different times in the 5 years we'd lived in the house.   Even though it was currently working fine, he offered to take a look at it, and discovered our water softener wasn't grounded correctly, and suggested that might be contributing to the water heater failing.  We had him fix this as well, something none of the other plumbers had looked for or noticed before while replacing the broken water heaters.

Erik went above and beyond my expectations.  His work was fantastic and I will definitely call him again when we need an honest experienced plumber.

Joe came out and fixed my drain on my sink. He was honest, let me know what to expect beforehand, and was done in a timely matter. He also took it upon himself to check out my soft water system. He ended up finishing the installation of it and teaching me what to do with the salt etc. I would use him again, and definitely recommend him! Thank you again Joe!!!!

We used Justin twice for our faucet problems. He was quick to answer the phone and call back. Even after hours (10:30 pm). He was also great about explaining prices and what would work out best for us.

I'm surprised that anyone would have a bad review for Copper State. We've had Mike come and do several projects at hour house, from replacing toilets, to installing ceiling fans, moving around chandeliers and other lights, hanging shelves... I could go on and on. He's always been respectful, responsive and on time.

I've had family member meet him at my house when I couldn't get there to meet him in time and have even left him in our home to finish a job and he locked up for us and is always understanding  and patient about our two very big and curious dogs who follow him around the house while he's working.

We always have an ongoing list of projects for Mike to take care of and have him come by every few months to cross a few off the list. I've recommended him to many people and will continue to.

I called this business after 4 others could not come out. My outside water spicket broke off and I had to turn off the water to my home. This company got a gentleman out quickly named Jesse. He was quick and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you Sav-on for your speedy service and great employee.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

We have a one year Homeowner's warranty through Old Republic Home Protection which we purchased last December with our house.  Last night around 6PM we realized that we didn't have any hot water.  I checked the water heater, and it was cold.  Checked the breaker, and it was OK.  So I called Old Republic, and within an hour I received a call from Cure All Plumbing.  He explained to me how to reset the button inside the heater.  I did that and the unit fired up. All is well.

About an hour later we hear this noise coming from the heater, and as you would expect, it started leaking and was shorted out.  I called Cure All back again around 8:30PM.  He said he would send someone out tomorrow between 7 and 9 AM.

About 7:30 this morning Ben from Cure All showed up, diagnosed the problem, called the proper people, and by 9:30 we had a brand new working hot water heater.  The installation went very well, and since our heater was inside the house, it required extra care.  Ben was very professional and friendly.  I couldn't have asked for a better outcome, since 14 hours earlier, we hadn't realized we had a problem.  I would recommend Cure All Plumbing to anyone.

This week was the worst week I'd had in a long time.  The toilets, bathtub, and surrounding walls were overflowing into each other, and sewage was running into the backyard.  I called my home warranty company (Platinum Home Warranty- a garbage company), who charged me $75 for a plumber to come out and refer me to CNS Plumbing (also garbage) to scope and assess the situation.  CNS told me there was no way to unclog our pipes without digging deep into my backyard to diagnose, which would cost at minimum $5,250 (they sent me the estimate).  

Anyway, fortunately, we sought a second opinion from George Brazil.  Jesse B. and his associate came out and assessed the situation.  Took them 5 minutes to unclog the problem and 45 minutes to discuss amongst ourselves what scumbags the previous two companies are.

Don't call your home warranty company.  Call George Brazil.  I wish I'd called them earlier.  Thank you!

Amazing customer service from the phone conversation when I called (the lady was so friendly, patient and knowledgable) to the actual service technition.

I decided to utilize a radio deal for $129 chemical cleaning and tune up.  They came on time the next day and called to let me know before hand they would be on time and the name of my technician.  

There were no hidden costs, he took his time and did a great job.  Very polite and even took pictures to help point out a few things to watch for down the road.  

I would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future for annual maintenance.
