Best Drain Cleaning in Philadelphia PA
Mark was easy to talk to, fast, and efficient. He was on time, gave us the price ahead of time, and resolved the problem quickly. Will definitely call him again.

We called for an emergency issue and April stated she would call us back with a meeting for an estimate. We called twice and again she stated we would get back to us. Three days later , two gentlemen come by the house (one in slippers) to give us an estimate. Very unprofessional. If I'm willing to spend 5k on a job, I would at least hope I'd get a call back on time alongside someone with some sort of etiquette as far as uniform. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had a main drain line clog. Caused me to not be able to use any water in the house.
Tried Roto rooter first and after two appointments cancelled because they were hours late with no eta we finally had to look elsewhere.
Called Boss Plumbing. Wish we did that first. William & DJ arrived very quickly and handled the issue in twenty minutes. Fair pricing for Philly. Everything working fine now. Highly recommend.

I was so pleased with the service I got from Aqua Plumbing. I had called a different plumber to look at my kitchen faucet which was leaking a ton of water from the base - to the point where there was a huge puddle under the sink and on the floor. This first plumber took one look at it and told me that the whole faucet would need to be replaced...but this very same plumber had installed that faucet in my house about 7 months before.
I called Aqua for a second opinion, and after looking at it thoroughly he determined that a piece of the faucet needed to be tightened, which he did, and that fixed the problem! He didn't even charge me for the service. :)

Thank you for a job well done and it was really a blessing that you was so prompt, because I was starting to get a lot of water on my basement. Also the guys were wearing their mask and very nice after finishing they explained everything to me .Thank God I'm good now!!! I can sleep better. And John you are nice too.May God continue to bless your business

Wouldn't choose anyone else for my plumbing needs. Kit was professional and maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. Had issues with my bathroom toilet and tub for years that I thought would not get resolved after going through multiple people for help. Kit was the one who figured it out, and I couldn't be more grateful to him for it and I know who I'll be contacting in the future.

My outside drain was clogged and backing up into my basement I called a bunch of companies no one came out or didn't have availability until the next day. Rick came out within 20 minutes of me calling and did a fantastic job. Definitely would recommend. He saved my basement from completely flooding

Great service. Our water heater was leaking, so I called in to get a quote. John called back by midday and talked me through options. They were able to get out the next day, and everything went smoothly. They ran me through what they had done and did their best to get the leaking/rusty water heater out without tracking water all over the place and cleaned up when they were done. Would definitely use them again.

Poor communication from the technician led to my dog ingesting sewage and whatever else was scraped out of my main drain lines. I'm being generous giving 1 star, but at least my sewer drain line is clean I guess?
To make a long story short, the technician did a fine job cleaning the sewer drain line, but they then went and (without communicating this to me) dumped all of the junk they vacuumed out of my sewer drain line into my back yard. The next day, my dog was in the backyard and managed to get into the pile and came back in vomiting everywhere. Fortunately, the dog got most of it out of her system fairly quickly and doesn't appear to have any lasting effects, but who knows what she ingested?! What if it had been my kids?
Totally unprofessional of the technician to even think that it's okay to dispose of human waste (and more) in our backyard, and then on top of it, not even communicate it to me. Fortunate for me, I had a camera that verified the actions of this technician so I could at least feel better before accusing them of this.
I certainly can't see myself using this company again as I just can't trust them. I didn't think I needed to ask how the technician was going to dispose of the waste, but that's now on my list of questions for future plumbing work...

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. Plus, I saved a lot of money! McGonigle Plumbing in Maple Shade, NJ ---ask for Tom.

I requested a quote to repair a pipe and faucet to our backyard hose line. Luan from zip to zip replied within the hour. He was kind enough to call to discuss our issue and provided a free quote. He and his team came out for repair the following day. They were extremely cordial, professional and got the job done in less than 1 hour. They also came within the expected time frame. Finding reliable plumbers in todays industry can be difficult but zip by zip made our experience seamless. They also quoted and stuck by their quote, which was less than half of the quotes I received from other companies from yelp. I highly recommend his services!

Michael facetimed with me this morning to fix a hot water heater problem.
He saved me from paying Roto Rooter a fortune to come on a weekend!
Great guy!

I was worried that my shower drain was stopped up and also that the drain in the laundry might be clogged because I washed my kid's stuffed animals and two opened up (letting stuffing and beads out). Mr. Rooter got right back to me, literally 10-20 min after I left a message and less than 90 minutes later the technician was at my door. Joe was great, ran tests--patiently, turns out everything was fine. Now, I don't know a thing about plumbing, so he could have told me both needed to be cleared and I would have believed it. Did not charge a dime for coming out either. I recommend without reservation and if needed, this is the company that I will be calling.

Had such a great experience with Kevin and Vinko Plumbing. Had a leak in the line that supplies water to my fridge, causing flooding and obvious anxiety! I called Kevin and he was very quick to respond. Even offering same day appointment. I have had nightmare experiences with plumbers in the past, so Vinko was a breath of fresh air. He showed up in time and fixed the problem with ease. He explained everything to me and helped me understand how to avoid this from happening in the future. I absolutely recommend and will be using again!

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

I could go on and on about how great these guys were.
We discovered a flooded basement in the afternoon on a Sunday. I googled emergency plumber philadelphia and these were the only guys without negative reviews. When I called, I got a receptionist who told me a plumber would call me. 5 minutes later I got a call from the plumber, who listened to my problem, said what he thought the issue might be, told me the cost to fix, and the difference to come out Sunday as opposed to during the week ($85). I asked him if he thought I could wait, and he asked me a couple questions and then told me I could wait if I didn't want to spend the money, but just to try to not use my water.
He scheduled me an appointment for the next morning between 8 and 10. I got a phone call at 7:55 saying he would be here in 45 minutes. When he got here 45 min later, it turned out the issue was much more serious than was originally thought. But he gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable (we had a 4 rusted hole in the back of our cast iron drain pipe that he said would cost $1400 because he needed to replace 3 feet of pipe), and when he was done the price was what he said.
The plumbers (Mo, and his son, Junior) had an incredible amoount of respect for our house. They brought in a whole trail of work cloths to run from the front door to the basement, so they wouldn't mess up my carpet. And they constantly kept me informed with what was going on. While they were here, Goodman also sent some drain cleaners to take care of the pipe between the fix and the street.
After they were finished and I had already paid I mentioned another issue I had been having with my shower. Even though they had been working for hours and were talking about getting lunch, they looked at my shower and told me exactly what the issue was. They went to the plumbing supply store and worked through lunch to fix it for me and charged me a reasonable price (they had to go to the store, lengthen a pipe on the tub spout, replace the spout, and seal all the fixtures--$165).
Even through all the stress of this, I feel like we at least found a plumber we can trust and that we can call if we have trouble in the future.

There aren't enough stars to express the quality of attention we received from Best Choice.
We've had an ongoing issue with the quality of plumbing in a new construction home we purchased last year. While the builder left some plumbing exposed we thought it might be useful to have a licensed plumber do an independent inspection (as we suspected there were issues with the original work).
Sam arrived (in the middle of a blizzard! What a trooper.) to come take a look for us. After opening a couple of additional spots for inspection he was able to immediately identify a number of code violations and issues with the plumbing system that likely contributed to the ongoing issues we had.
He had a colleague (Anthony) join him to confirm his thoughts, provided us a clear breakdown of what our issues and options were and even went so far as to pull the plumbing permits for our property and provide a write up of their findings for use in trying to get our builder to honor his warranty with us and fix the issues.
The whole thing is an ongoing ordeal, but Sam and Anthony were a pleasure to deal with and helpful in the extreme. I'll be recommending them to everyone in the future.
