Had issues with area of house where water line is run through an unconditioned attic. On days where temperatures are in the single digits lines were prone to freezing.

Quickly responded to a request to install two inlime shutoffs to allow me to shut off water to  that section of house when temperatures are forecast to be extremely low.

another great experience!  Tyler, Bryan. all employees I spoke to or came to my home are awesome. very professional and friendly. .  my ac unit stopped working. came out same day Tyler stayed till 1030 to get my bedroom to stay cool enough to sleep there. they were even going to go out and get a window unit so I could stay in my home. they came out next day as promised, replaced my system, cleaned up after and Tyler followed up to see how things were working. the manager came out a day or 2 later to recheck everything to make sure everything was working properly   spending money on a new air conditioner is expensive but having envirosafe doing the job helps. reassurance. answered all my questions ,explained everything in detail so I understood it. what a great company.

After having a horrible after horrible experience with a long time plumber, our church called Buzz Duzz and they showed up less then 15 hours after we called (we called after hours)! They did a great job and gave us great input and further advice on things we could do ourselves. Basically- they were the Hero's of plumbing that we needed! Thanks Buzz Duzz!

We had a water issue in our garage and were reaching out to a few different companies in the area to get quotes and service. Goodman got back to us quickly, came to check it out the same day, and got the leak fixed in a short amount of time. Roman, the plumber who came, also gave some helpful advice and a referral to a good company to work with on damage that resulted from the leak.

Price was pretty reasonable, and the leak has been completely fixed, so we're happy with all of it!

I recently took on the rehab of a long-vacant property near me. East Falls had to do a complete re-plumbing of the 3 story house, including a new boiler and replacement of some (very heavy!) radiators. I have to say it was completed with minimal of complications on my part. The work was done in the time frame he suggested and when there was a problem in one of the older lines he was back to make the needed adjustments to correct the problem. Very professional and easy to work with.

I called about 10 plumbers today for a big
Leak we had at the office. I found Nichols plumbing and gave it a shot. I called their office and a woman named Stephanie answered, she was extremely polite and helpful she told me that they would be out to my office in 20 minutes. I heard that earlier from a different plumber and they never showed up. 20 minutes later a Nichols truck pulled up and the guy came up to me very friendly I pointed him in the direction of the issue and he immediately got to work and told me not to worry about anything. John Erthal fixed my clogged master bath sink today.  He was prompt, respectful and kind. I booked on line last Friday, which was easy and allows you to upload photos of your plumbing problem. The office even tried to move my Tuesday appointment sooner (I couldn't take advantage of earlier appointment, though). Thanks PlumbPRO.

Received a call from Horizon customer service with regard to my review.  The call referenced how wonderful the company is, they obviously did not hear my concerns.  Pricing there is so inflated.  Please get other estimates before having the company do the work.  The HVAC company that gave me another estimate has been in business for 25 years, they were courteous, knowlegeable,on time, gave me a warranty and were very fair in their price.

Second experience using Horizon Services and both of the technicians that came to my home were extremely professional, polite and provided up front pricing. I will admit that the price to repair a toilet was high, but customer service addressed the pricing and I am a happy Horizon Services customer!!!!

Avoid using allied at all costs.  The install at the beginning could be good but the system doesnt last at all.  Within 8 years, the evaporator coil had to be replaced two times already.  The evpaporator coil was replaced in may 2021 and it cost 1900 to repair (labor only).  Not only was it expensive for the repair, i waited over 4 weeks to get it repaired and they never return my calls to let me know status. The same repair 5 years ago was only 500 dollars.  I tried to get an itemized breakdown of 1900 but they dont return calls once they got my money.  The next time my unit breaks, i plan to replace the whole thing with someone else so i dont ever have to use them again.  I would give zero stars if i could.
