Best Sump Pump Installation in Philadelphia PA

Won't be calling them again.  The work they do is good but the prices are insane!  Went I called and made the appointment. I told them what was wrong and what needed to be done.  They said $185 for snaking and $350 for hydrojetting.  When the work was done, I was charged $450... on top of that the tech said I can use a credit card for the payment and with taxes it was $463.50.  He never said there was a 3% charge ($13.50) for using a credit card.  I told him that I can pay by check to and I would have if I knew there was a charge for that!!  These guys are a scam... make sure you confirm and reconfirm the payment before an work is done.  Also, these guys don't have the proper tools... they had to go to home depot to get a snake... shouldn't a licensed plumbing company have a snake in their truck?  Never using them again!!!

This is residential not commercial! It's a 1st floor of a duplex. So $265 for removing a toilet and putting it back... WOW!!!

Ok so Warren and DJ his protege are true professionals they did an awesome job. My house was built in the 1920s so when they bid the job they did not know what they were in for. They were awesome and jumped right in to do the job right. Warren is a true plumbing artist. I would highly recommend him for any job in your home. It's refreshing to see someone who works so hard to do a job right and sticks by his quotes. There are many scam artists plumbers out there but Warren is not one of them. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about their work and the quality  of what what they do.  Feel lucky if you are able to hire Boss Plumbing for any job.  Thanks Warren I can't wait to take a nice hot bath.

Wouldn't choose anyone else for my plumbing needs. Kit was professional and maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. Had issues with my bathroom toilet and tub for years that I thought would not get resolved after going through multiple people for help. Mike Miller is outstanding!  He was recommended by a friend.  We used him because the contractor through Home Warranty didn't fix the problem but made it worse.  Mike was honest, professional and even recommend I buy a part to save money!  In the end, he found more issues but fixed them all and came back to spend a full day replaced three shutoff valves whose packing nuts were leaking with levers using copper pipes, installed a flood stop shutoff valve, installed PRV and expansion tank, replaced valve at main and installed new kitchen sink faucet.  Two weeks later the flood stop shutoff valve did its job since suddenly we had a slow leak under the hot weater heater. I called Mike who came out that day and replaced the tank that suddenly went.  Highly recommended! A professional plumber who does top notch work at reasonable prices (lower than others). They showed up very quickly when we were hearing odd noises from our pipes. Jim came in a mask and resolved the issue we were having with our toilet flushing. The price was reasonable. We are really happy with their service.

They were able to fit me in next day and kept me informed when specialist would arrive. Steve Ault was very professional and explained the issue to me and how he was going to fix it. Very informational and fair. I will be using him again and recommending steve to my neighbors and friends. Highly recommended!

Great service so far. Called them out tonight on emergency hot water heater flood. Came out within an hour and it was after 9:30pm. Keith was awesome and explained everything to me. They will be out first thing tomorrow to replace and get us back up and running. Thank you Keith.

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

I have used Zoom twice over the past few years and today's experience confirmed that they are are great choice! The technician came only a few hours after my call, with lots of confirmations and info before he arrived, was courteous (always nice), super-efficient (critical), and resolved the issue (brilliant!). I had a gurgling toilet that was getting louder, smellier, and with more frequent displays - and which had been checked out a couple of years ago by Roto Rooter, who told me it was fine. Zoom checked it all out and fixed it. I've had basement flooding in Philly 3 times and having this resolved, for a very reasonable fee, was a huge relief.

Nice.  I cant speak for craftsmanship or pricing, but if you need sonething right away go elsewhere.  Peoples lives are effected and that dont care attitude made me write this review.  Ironically, the fix was easy.

Called yesterday and got everything I needed to get fixed in less than 24 hrs. Service professional, Joe McPhilemy was prompt and kind. He was very transparent and willing to answer all questions. He gave me a call when he was running late and I received all notifications about the appt via email and text. Overall service was amazing and quick. Thank you so much, Joe!

We just moved into a new house and got in touch with Kevin when our water usage was significantly higher than it should be. He fixed a major leak from the upstairs shower, and then surveyed the remainder of the house for potential sources of excess water use. Since he left, our water usage has returned to a reasonable level.  Kevin was friendly, professional, on time and efficient.  Would highly recommend!

My experience with this company was terrible. They were to come on a Friday evening between 4 and 8; they called me midway through that window to say they couldn't make it but could be at my house at 8:00 am the next morning.  I stressed that it couldn't be later than that as I had a family event.  At 8:15 Saturday morning I got a call from their office that the technician was on his way and would be here soon.  Half an hour later he still hadn't arrived; when I called the office they checked in with him and told me he had a flat tire but it was being repaired and he would be here in 15-20 minutes.  I have no idea why the driver hadn't contacted me to tell me about this.  Another half hour and he's still not here; another call to the office and was told he was in traffic and was about 10 minutes away.  The technician called me himself a few minutes later - he was having trouble finding my place; he certainly could have called earlier about that.  At 9:45 he finally arrived.  I told him the toilet handle was loose and also that it kept running.  He was able to fix the handle but apparently did nothing else as the toilet is still running.  I will not use their services again.
