Called Mark this morning for a problem we were having, he showed up within 40 minutes and did a great job.  Problem is fixed and his prices were extremely reasonable.  I would highly recommend them!

Had a slow running bathroom drain. They were 1.5 hours late, but I had told them I was home all day, so it wasn't a big deal. They snaked it quickly, and they were in and out in about 30 mins. The price was very competitive as well.

Warren is great to work with. He did a fantastic job on an emergency sewage repair I needed to do at my property. He also came promptly and took care of an issue with a leak in the basement. Will definitely be using him in the future, thanks!

My flat fee was for $75, so I was surprised when charged for $125. I just needed one piece unscrewed and it took no more than 5-10 minutes with no parts added. The person who came was nice and professional, but I simply can't recommend paying that much for so little. Read the fine print with Aqua.

John was fantastic- would highly recommend and will definitely use again for any of my plumbing needs. We had to have our sewer line replaced, having a reliable professional made the situation much easier.  He was on time everyday, provided daily progress reports, and charges more than fair rates for his work.

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. Chris has done many jobs for our family in both our previous home and our new home. He installed an entire master bathroom addition for us as well as other smaller jobs and repairs. Most recently Chris has helped us during a water main clog right before the holidays when we had family visiting and we're in a major pinch! If we had not hired him for the job, we would very likely have ended up with waste water overflowing in our first floor kitchen and bathroom on Christmas Eve!

He has gone above and beyond in many ways - from being available via text and cell at late hours, to taking the time to fully explain in layman's terms the details of every job he has done. He lets you know why he recommends the solution he is proposing as well as gives you options. He clearly thinks through each situation with care and does what is best for the homeowner. He and his team have always been courteous and kind, and on top of it all, his prices are very fair and reasonable. If prefer to work with someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, go with Chris!

Great service and would definitely call again if I need plumbing services again. He came out in a snow storm to snake my toilet. When we realized something had fallen off the shelf above the toilet into the toilet and that snaking it wouldn't help, he provided great recommendations on a new toilet. He didn't charge me for that initial visit. He picked up the new toilet, lugged it up 4 flights, and quickly removed the old toilet and installed the new one. Really nice guy and great service.

Our hot water heater died suddenly in the middle of the night. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out immediately the next morning. Good, fast, polite work! Would highly recommend - Sean & PJ were fantastic and walked me through all repairs prior to doing them. Will definitely use again.

We were looking for help with our clogged kitchen sink, had tried everything on our end and needed a professional! Kevin communicated with us in a timely, organized way, showed up on time, and stayed until the problem was totally fixed. He needed various extra tools and parts as the problem was bigger than expected, but worked through it until he knew it was right. Waited extra 10 minutes just running the kitchen sink to be sure all was fixed, and checked in with us a couple days later. He was professional, courteous, and thorough! Pricing was fair. Would highly recommend.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

I didn't end up needing Zoom drain this latest time, but we have used them in the past with good results and a good experience at a marketable rate.

Our first call was to resolve an emergency leak from the main line. They speedily and cleanly resolved. Next was a long-standing faucet problem - again speedy results at a good price. Finally, installed a new waterheater. Each of the above was accomplished within the established time window.

I can not speak of thier skills but thier service is disgraceful.  At 9am Saturday I called for a drain cleaning. 2 drains were slow, I drain was clogged. I was given a 11 am -2 pm window.  1:22 pm I called asking for an ETA. Now the women I spoke to earlier was very snippy and said they are out on a call.  When asked if the plumber would be here by 2   or if  the could check with him, You would have thought I asked her them to pay me.  She rudely said she could not confirm they would come by 2 and say we should hear from them in 30 minutes.  A 2:37 the plumber called. I said I though he was not coming and he said OK and was about to hang up.  Then I told hime how long I have been waiting and asked the purpose of the call.  Was he coming to do work or just checking on the problem? He asked if I still wanted him to come and the work order had 5 drains on it. I asked how long it would take for him to get here he said his location and about 45  minutes away! 45 minutes if there is no trafic and he is speeding! I told him no.  He said he is not reponsible for the schedules.  Thier ad says  free estimates and 15 % discount.  Yeah right. I was given a price for cleaning 1 drain on the phone and told I had a $95 service fee if they couldn't fix it.  How did I not look them up on yelp before I called? They have poor reviews. I wish I could give negative stars.  A whole Saturday wasted! Roto-Rooter to the rescue!
