I can't say enough good things about Mark (the owner) and his team. My husband and I had a huge crack on our main drain line (serving our only bathroom in the house) and were scrambling to get someone out to look at it as soon as possible - this was on a  Sunday. We called a few plumbers and the first one gave us an exorbitant price quote to replace just the 5 feet of damaged piping and couldn't guarantee that they could come out the next day (at this point, I'm panicking). We then turned to Yelp and found JB Plumbing on top of the list and called them right away. Mark was very attentive over the phone and was able to give us a ball park of how much he thought our repair would cost and I am glad to say that he came in $1,000 cheaper than the other estimate, to replace almost 20 feet of piping!!! Needless to say we scheduled with him to come look at our piping early morning on Monday (he was 10 mins early, fantastic!!) and in another hour was back to start working on the repair himself plus two other helpers. I can't recommend JB Plumbing enough! Mark was extremely polite, came in on time, fixed the problem himself, was done in 2hours, left our place looking just like the way it was when he came in (aka clean!) and saved us $1,000!

Will absolutely use his services again! :)

Great work from this company,  Anthony, the technician was very professional and accurate in his work.  Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They showed up when they were supposed to and texted and call when on the way to the home.

Warren is absolutely amazing! We had a bunch of different issues in our house(garbage disposal not working, clogged kitchen sink, broken pipe for outdoor faucet) and he came on short notice and helped us out. He was knowledgable, quick and did a great job. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I couldn't be happier with Aqua Plumbing! I messaged on Yelp last night in a panic after sewage started coming up my basement sink drain.  They were quick to respond, easy to schedule via yelp messenger, and included an estimate. Vinny came today and he is a gem. He called when he was on his way, wore a mask, and was incredibly professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through what was happening, and then fixed it all in less than an hour.  The price was very reasonable- much lower than quotes from some of the other companies I called. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to family and neighbors.

We had an issue with a clog, Kit came out had it taken care of within a half hour, cleaned up and was very courteous throughout. The job was more involved than expected but he was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

I meant to write this review years ago, but recently realized that I never did. If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. He is professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced, trustworthy, and a genuinely kind person. He has done a few larger projects for us over the years (old house plumbing issues!), and when he could not help (we needed our main external sewer pipe replaced, which involved ground excavation in our front yard), he directed us to someone else fantastic. Mike has taken the time more than once to answer my random questions by text message, which I appreciate SO much. We will never use anyone else!

Our hot water heater died suddenly in the middle of the night. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out immediately the next morning. Good, fast, polite work! Would highly recommend - Sean & PJ were fantastic and walked me through all repairs prior to doing them. Will definitely use again.

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

Rich came out promptly at our prearranged time and within 15 minutes fixed a serious clog that two prior plumbers could not fix, one whom was reputable and recommended me going through my homeowners for a broken pipe. He saved me thousands of dollars and his fee was reasonable considering he had to go on my roof!

I contacted Zoom Drain for an emergent plumbing issue thru thumbtack and read that they offered a $0 on-site estimate. Not only was my issue not fixed/diagnosed but we paid $140 for the service call.

Among the bad experiences I have had with contractors, what happened with Goodman Plumbers is in a category of its own as being an act of pure evil. This happened on September 17, 2018, five months ago, but I have been deliberately waiting to make sure the way the problem was ultimately solved did the trick.

The background is as follows. Two workmen came to install a new washer, and to do so they turned  off the house's main water pipe.  Old and much mended, the pipe burst from the pressure, spewing water everywhere until they turned off all the water in the house.  It was already early evening and they began calling all the plumbers they knew to see  who could come repair the pipe that very evening. The person who agreed to come (for $175) was Stan from Goodman Plumbers.  He said I had the original iron pipes and this meant that a very large section of the pipe would have to be replaced. The cost? $2000. And he couldn't do the job until the morning, so we'd have no water all night.

He had me over a barrel and he knew it.  It was getting late, people lived in the house, and I needed to put a solution in place. But $2,000 out of the blue? Somehow I found the strength to look him in the face and, to his great surprise,  say no.  Stan stormed out in a rage.  The washing machine installers found me another plumber, who drove over. He was shocked by how Goodman Plumbers had handled the matter. He fixed the pipe for $450 with a repair that was far less radical and which, five months later, is working just fine.

Ask for Roman, he was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent.
