Mark and his crew were great! Mark was very responsive and replied quickly after we reached out to him to repair a garbage disposal seal and add a hose bib to the front of our house. The quality of the work was top notch. We have found our go- to plumber, and wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any of our plumbing or heating needs.

As a semi new homeowner I was dreading the day I have to get plumbing work done but these guys made it SO much easier. Somehow, just my luck, BOTH sinks' pipes broke in the same week and I needed to get the P Pipe replaces ASAP.

After getting ghosted (story of my life) by another company, Travas and Jay came to my rescue, at 7pm on a Saturday night nonetheless (we figured since it wasn't the biggest job the other guy lost interest).I was hesitant in calling Evonomy because it looked like they only had one review BUT when I opened the 'hidden' reviews they were great, I think yelp hides them bc people didn't pick stars and just wrote their thoughts. I appreciated that the economy guys treated my issue with the same seriousness as they would something larger.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel at ease about the whole thing. When the problem was a little worse than expected Jay didn't flinch and ran to Home Depot to get more parts, was back within the hour and finished the job. A few days later I thought there was a crack in the pipe that was installed and they came back no questions asked and double checked everything. I have already given friends their contact info and will keep their number handy just in case anything else pops up.

I got quotes from 5-6 companies and these guys provided the best quote. For your sanity just call these guys first and go with it!

Warren has bailed me out on multiple occasions.  He is always extremely responsive at any call or text and then truly has the clients' best interest at heart when completing the job.  Whether it is a big or small job you get the same 1st class care and service. Aqua Plumbing & Heating did a great job at my house getting a fairly complicated drain issue fixed. They communicated really well, answering my questions, helping me figure out how to get the most out of the job, indicating how they would approach the work and what possible issues could be discovered in the course of the work. One of these turned out to happen, and the adjustment to their proposal was completely reasonable. They carefully inspected everything before making their proposal, which was detailed and clear. Everything was done on the schedule they indicated. I feel like they provided an excellent value, and it was a pleasure to work with them. They even managed to do some while we're working in this area extra work that I had asked them about (installing an additional radiator) that boosted the value of the work even more, adding value to my home. Excellent on every front. A fairly rare level of quality, service and value.

Very positive experience. I contacted this business via Yelp regarding an issue with the pipes in the basement being either clogged or frozen. Everyone that I interacted with at this business was helpful. Xavier and Anthony were very professional and they solved the issue right away. They were timely and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Wouldn't choose anyone else for my plumbing needs. Kit was professional and maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. Had issues with my bathroom toilet and tub for years that I thought would not get resolved after going through multiple people for help. Kit was the one who figured it out, and I couldn't be more grateful to him for it and I know who I'll be contacting in the future.

Super professional plumber. Very responsive and came over quickly. He actually quickly identified that he wasn't able to fix our issue and referred us to a colleague with special equipment (who is also responsive and prompt). He didn't even charge us for the call. I would hire Mr Miller again!

This is the second time we've used Valdel (and Steve A in particular) for a leak in the last few months.

Steve was awesome yet again in diagnosing our leak - he got here earlier than expected, is professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with and most importantly technically talented. He diagnosed, explained and remediated the plumbing issue in no time.

Like we said when we had our last issue - we would go to Valdel / Steve for any future issues and so glad we stuck to our word.

We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom which was clearly caused by the master shower directly upstairs. We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did.

Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan.

Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome!  And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time. This was a great touch and much appreciated, as you can never be too careful these days.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Don't do what we did and call Bommer Plumbing second...call them FIRST.

He was able to quickly diagnose the problem(s), provided an estimate on-site, returned as soon the replacement fixture we ordered arrived, and completed all three jobs in one day. The pricing was fair and they were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

We are currently using Williams Precision Plumbing to renovate the hall bathroom. Chris and his team do an amazing job and are professional and polite. Chris came for the free estimate and spent time answering all my questions. He is also very responsive via email and text which has made scheduling very easy. I will use them again for our future plumbing needs!

Great experience this morning. Came within an hour of my call to unclog my curb trap (my basement utility sink had been filling up with waste water as a result of a neighboring pavement/tree removal job, so I wanted the job done as soon as possible). Within 20 minutes, it was fixed at a reasonable price. Was honest, informative, friendly, and explained every step to me, plus gave me some helpful tips for maintenance and prevention. I'll definitely be using My Plumber as my go-to plumber now.

Called yesterday and got everything I needed to get fixed in less than 24 hrs. Service professional, Joe McPhilemy was prompt and kind. He was very transparent and willing to answer all questions. We were looking for help with our clogged kitchen sink, had tried everything on our end and needed a professional! Kevin communicated with us in a timely, organized way, showed up on time, and stayed until the problem was totally fixed. He needed various extra tools and parts as the problem was bigger than expected, but worked through it until he knew it was right. Waited extra 10 minutes just running the kitchen sink to be sure all was fixed, and checked in with us a couple days later. He was professional, courteous, and thorough! Pricing was fair. Would highly recommend.

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

Frank came to my home and state service would be $225.00. I informed him I was quoted $185.00 and he said that he would accept that figure. Immediately  pulled the cap off the chimney and stated cleaning would add $40.00 to the bill ($225.00). Cleaning took about 3 minutes.

Please DO NOT  use Best Choice Plumbing as your first choice for plumbing. Do shop around and find a plumber that won't try to nickel and dime you to death.  The plumbers that they send over to your home to fix minor repairs are trainees. DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS.
