Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Philadelphia PA
Bret from Artisan Home Services came out because we had a bad leak at our water service coming into the house thru the foundation. He quickly assessed the issue and took the time to explain the details of the proposed job. He did a meticulously neat job fixing the leak and adding a new shutoff valve at a reasonable price.
It's great to have found a responsive, reputable plumber at a reasonable price.

The service provider came and consulted on the problem I had. We set a time and date for the repair. On the day of the repair I called and messaged the provider, but there was no response. The provider did not show up nor return any calls/messages.

Had a small leak in a pipe. Called Ben's ProServ and they came in about an hour on a Saturday! Dan B was very professional and explained the options and cost for fixing the pipe. The cost was what I expected - no surprises. Everything worked out well and I will definitely call ProServ in the future.

I wish I could give Dave Early 0 stars. If you need work in your home, don't hire him. Dave is dishonest. He does not have enough experience for remodeling, especially bathroom, in which I hired him to do. I did not check references or reviews.
First of all he was always late. Most days he was unprepared for the job and had to go to Home Depot or Lowes every day, which took time out of the work day. Most of his work was wrong and had to be torn down by another contractor that did the work correctly. It was also very messy and sloppy. I had 4 contractors tell me they would tare out most of his work and start over. I wish I could show you the pictures. The plumbing was wrong, and he used green board where he should have used hardy board in the shower and used minimal red guard. I had him stop after the first row of tile because he put super thick uneven thinset with gaps everywhere, not flush with the wall. It was a mess. He also took my toilet off every day and put it back without tightening the bolts and caused the toilet to leak. He also fell trying to install the bathtub and put a large hole in the ceiling. I overpaid him. He should be giving me back at least $2000. He now ignores my calls and messaged and won't get back to me on the issues. I can not take him to court since the courts are closed because of COVID. Hopefully anyone who needs work done reads this review. He is very unprofessional and dishonest. I'm a single mon with a special needs son....it doesn't seem to bother him if he has a conscience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First off all, I agree with the above review. The plumber here was may more concerned with quoting us for 'NEW items and more service projects than focusing on what the issue was, the sump pump. It did need to be replaced so we had them do the work since they were here. Sump pump was installed in July. Then 3 weeks later, I called because there was a huge storm and the sump pump was not turning on. They came out and fixed it and said the float was sticking to the side. OK, problem fixed... so I thought. On wednesday night (The night before Thanksgiving), I went into the basement to grab some items to pack for our Holiday trip to VA. The basement was completely flooded...6-12 inches all over! I called the company and they came out Friday morning after having to pay $700 to get the water professionally pumped out and not to mention that we missed our trip to our family's house for Thanksgiving. When they came out they said that it was the float again and that it was their fault that it was installed too close to the wall. Ok, so we then we told to call and discuss with the manager, on Monday since it was a holiday weekend and he wasn't in. Boy, that is so nice that the manager is able to enjoy his holiday with his family and we were there cutting up rugs, cleaning, and throwing away all of our personal belongings. So, Monday rolls along and again we call (I am still confused why as the customers, we are the ones calling the manager). The manager, Joe Haney, is still not available. He is either in meetings or on vacation until Wednesday, we are not sure because we get different answers from the secretaries. Then my husband gets a call from their insurance company who wants to come out to survey it. Well, I am guessing Joe Haney got the message about what happened since he was able to call his insurance company but still the customers that just went through a hardship due to their stupidity, still did not receive a call from A NYONE from Lowry. Well, I sure hope Joe Haney had a fabulous Thanksgiving with his family...we sure didn't. You would think one 5 minute call to an unhappy customer would be something easy and kind to do around the holidays. I guess Lowry doesn't value that. Oh, and good thing my husband works for a law firm...
