Great experience- I'll be a repeat customer! JB Plumbing and Heating gave me the most competitive quote for my sump pump repair, and the two gentlemen that came out to replace it taught me about its operation, some good tips about my hot water tank, and were generally a delight to work with. The owner, Mark, is super responsive, and is often able to quote based on photos via email.
Superb service, great know-how, polite, professional, just A++++. Super pleased.

Chris the owner is very attentive and even goes on job sites for even the small jobs. I am so impressed.  He texted me after hours to get info to fix our plumbing issues.  The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.  Our regular technician is Ray and we love him. He is always on time and does an excellent job.  We have an older house so plumbing issues seem to creep up a bit.  I am really glad we found this guys.  They are our go to plumbers!

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

We've had Vin out to help with several different issues in our home. He's always been very responsive, on time, and does the job right the first time. He doesn't mind explaining what he's doing, which is a nice change from other service people I've encountered in the past. Very trustworthy! I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

John was great!  We had a tub faucet that was leaking.   I had purchased a faucet cartridge for the unit, but I was not able to DIY.   He used special tools to remove the old cartridge and placed the new one.  Very nice and efficient. He was the first to respond with a Yelp request, (my prior plumber retired) and we will hire him in the future for other needs when necessary!

Jess to the rescue!  I had a leak from a faulty water line in my bathroom sink and needed to get someone over right away to fix it since it was leaking through to the floor beneath.  JKM plumbing was able to make it to my house within the hour compared to some of the other places I called which said they could make it in a day or two.  After all troubleshooting my main issue he was kind of enough to take a look at a few other issues I had. I would highly recommend JKM and as a new homeowner,  I am glad that I found my go to plumber on my first try.

$175 to come out and fix a minor gas leak. I thought it was a fair price. Joe is a good guy and competent. He also explained the electronic air filter and humidifier on my furnace for no extra charge (new house).

It's hard to find a good plumber.  I have been using enviro safe for over ten years.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  They even repair and paint the drywall when it has to be opened up.  
They know my system and always manage to solve the problems that come with a large older house.
I know the technicians by name and trust them implicitly.

I had an exterior stack pipe replaced on a 3 story building. There was an issue afterwards with staining on about 20 ft of brick. The owner hired a Mason to remove the staining as needed. The owner is concerned about the quality of his work and followed through as promised.

I've used this company three or 4 times now and while they are probably not the lowest price out there, they respond promptly to any plumbing and HVAC call and will get the job fixed quickly and completely.     I had a thermostat go bad on a sweltering hot summer weekend, so I called Albert Ellis and they put a new one in within about an hour from the phone call.  You get what you pay for and these guys are about as good as it gets.

Joe and Brian are the best. We had the new pex system installed in our house, they did it in exceptional time and did a great job. Any questions we asked they answered with no problem. I would recommend Palmerio for any of your plumbing needs.

Bill installed a new water heater for me over a holiday weekend years ago.  He didn't know me, it was my first contact with him and his staff.  He was respectful, prompt, reasonably priced and efficient.  Bill and his crew have been back to my house for a backed-up sink and the installation of a new home heater.  Each interaction was the same, respectful, prompt, timely and with high quality work.  I highly recommend Bill and his company.

Chris helped us out by installing a Aquasana house water filtration system in our basement. Before the purchase and install, he walked me through the system and the pros/cons. After deciding to purchase the system through him, I highly recommend his services! He's responsive, professional, mindful, punctual and quick.

Our water heater kept leaking and it slowly started to become worse, so we called and a very friendly lady answered the call and coordinated Andrew's visit to check out what's going on. It was clear that we needed a new heater and two days later, his crew showed up and replaced it.
This was probably one of the most hassle-free experiences I have had so far, the work was done excellently, the pricing was good (the lowest estimate in the area) and the staff was friendly and respectful of our interior.

Roman and Anthony did the job better than i expected. Got a quote from a fellow named Sam on a Friday. They matched and beat another quote i had from a different heating/plumbing company. The job was completed the following Thursday (one day job).

Two guys showed up. Both nice fellows. Roman was especially knowledgeable and skilled. I would certainly hire them again for a heating or plumbing job and ask for Roman to do the work!

Awful in every way. More expensive than others and inexperienced workers with unnecessary suggestions. Even customer service is rude and hangs up on you when you say you aren't interested in their service plan.  Not customer oriented in any way.
Update: A woman named Ginger from Mattioni called ME today and asked if I wanted a service plan so I am in your records. When I said I wasnt interested today,  she slammed the phone and hung up. I tried calling her back but no voice mail.

Heater stopped working,I made a bad decision and called Horizon,I was told the repairs were going to be really expensive and it was better to replace, I fell for it and just like others have said, they make it sound like they are saving you money if  you  sign away your right to cancel, so they install the next day. Their financing is a total ripoff, 29.00 activation fee and high interest rate, not disclosed at signing, I wonder why, Going forward I will l beware of any company that sends a salesperson to your house at 8 pm at night. Now I am stuck paying off 7800.00 plus interest, for a heater that probably only needed general repair.
