Best in Orlando FL
I've lived in Clermont for a few years a tried different plumbers. Tom Griffin is by far the best you will find! He gets the work done quick and efficiently and is extremely knowledgeable. He is the only plumber I will use in the future for all of my home and office plumbing needs.

Hired Ronnie to replace my water heater. He scheduled the work for the next day. The job was completed quickly and professionally. His rates were reasonable. He also addressed several other small issues while he was here.
Ronnie gave me a referral for a local A/C contractor that worked out very well.
I highly recommend!

Sherri was amazing, knowledgeable, persistent in assessing our questions and needs. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would never recommend another plumbing company! She is definitely an asset to this company. She truly took her time to evaluate the situation.

Absolutely amazing! I called one evening because my toilet got clogged. Because I rent and don't own my condo, they were not able to visit without permission and I couldn't reach anyone from my condo. I asked if the gentleman could help me over the phone and he was incredible! He talked me through it all and I fixed it on my own. He was a lifesaver and truly cared about helping me. Thank you a million times over! 6 stars out of 5!!!

Rick came out and helped me with the shower drain issue and showed me a bunch of other stuff to do monthly to keep the water heater and AC unit running smoothly. Very nice guy, professional and helpful. He's the person you want to help you out when you have a plumbing issue. I never write reviews but it was such a positive experience I need to tell others.

I have used RJ Kielty several time since moving to Orlando (Dr Philips/Windermere). It is impressive how quickly they will schedule you in. Will came our to service our needs. He was punctual and walked through each issue listening to me and asking questions. We agreed on what needed to be done, and the work was finished in a timely manner... two thumbs up

Jeorge installed a new hybrid hot water heater for me. He is so nice, efficient, reasonably priced and reliable. He did a great job and took the time to explain everything to us. Thank you Jeorge.

Let's be honest, everyone will need to call a plumber at some point. Things do go wrong and the stress can be exacerbated by poor work, broken promises in addition to added costs piled on when you are least able to think clearly.
No worries here.
On two separate occasions, these guys were on time, very professional and able to solve every problem.
Our sincere compliments to Mike who even worked around a tricky install without a second thought.
It was a genuine pleasure to deal with these folks and we cannot recommend then highly enough.

Was tailgated, verbally assaulted and run off the road on Primrose between Anderson and Curryford road in Orlando by The Plumbing Specialist. The Speed Limit is clearly marked at 25 mph and this guy was screaming and yelling out the window, attempted to run me down, pulled up next to me screaming obscenities'. I attempted to flag down a police officer at which point the old guy in the van started racing up to the back of my vehicle, waving his arms, and screaming foul language. The driver was old, red and gray hair, and in a manic state. He should not be driving a vehicle, much less a lettered business vehicle. I was in fear for my life on 08/18/20. I wouldn't allow this company in my house much less near any of my family or friends. He is a danger to others.
I have pictures and license plate as well as a picture of the magnet on the side of the van as proof.

Well i guess if you wait long enough a company will show its true color. Brownies quoted me $50 to mark my septic and drain field and they knew I needed it asap in order to have other work done on the yard. On the day of the appointment and the time of the appointment the young lady called me and informed me that she made an error and it wasn't going to be $50 but instead $175 and the most she could do was give me $10 off.
Considering I've used them for years at 2 houses meant zero to them. They also called without enough notice to call and get a different company. Our employees have made mistakes in my business but we honor their quotes even if we lose money because that is what you SHOULD DO!
BOO BROWNIES. you're arrogant now because business is good but your time will come when a competitor will provide a better service at a better price. I don't blame the young lady who misquoted me because i could tell she felt horrible, I blame the company for the way they handled the situation.

Scam alert is my opinion. Deceptive and shady business practices. Perhaps has potential for a lawsuit for a smart, attorney? We bought a home in May of 2022 in Florida. In June, I was contacted by phone by Mark of FEWA, soliciting to sell me a water system. They get your information from public records. Normally, I don't listen to these calls, but he caught me at an off time. He stated that Florida has some of the worst water in the country. He explained FEWA works together with Home Depot and that we would schedule a rep to come to the house, test the water at no charge and in exchange I would receive a gift card to Home Depot. At some point, I was told the gift card would be $100 and the demonstration would take approximately an hour.
I said we weren't coming to Florida till Oct. and to call back. Mark did call in October, but we changed our plans arrive in January. Again,I told him to call back. Mark called early January, we just arrived and needed time settle in. He called back in February, twice on the same day as the first call lost the connection (this is important later in the story). We scheduled an appointment for Feb 15th at 1:00 p.m., AGAINST my husbands wishes, but it was to be an hour. On that date, the sales rep came. Jeff. He was prompt and courteous, BUT, he was here till close to 4:30 p.m.!!! I mentioned that to Jeff, saying it was supposed to take an hour and he said, well if they told you 3 hours, would you have agreed? When it was time to learn the price of this Rainsoft system along with a whole bunch of concentrated soaps it was $7,195.00. But if I eliminated the soaps and paid cash, it would drop to $4,686.00. I declined to purchase. Jeff now handed me a piece of paper with a web address on it redemption codes and said it contained the information needed to claim whatever gift card I was promised. I followed the instructions and completed the questionnaire and expected my $100 gift card within 24-48 hours in my e-mail. Well, by the end of 2/17/23 (48 hours later) nothing. I went back to that website and asked when I could expect it. On Monday, 2.20.23, I received a call from Julie, representing FEWA. Now this is where the fun begins.
Julie said something like her purpose was to follow up and address the concerns in my e-mail as a customer service ting. She asked why I believed I was to receive a $100 gift card to Home Depot. I told her the story She then said that they NEVER give that amount. At best, they give $20, but they get a lot of these complaints She asked who told me I would get a $100 gift card. It was Mark. She told me that they had all the conversations between Mark and myself RECORDED and that she listened to them and at no time did Mark state this!!! Did I want to listen to the recordings. Now, I'm really miffed, ESPECIALLY because there was NEVER a disclaimer that the phone calls were being recorded!!
She began playing first recording, telling me the date of it was 6.13.22. I immediately recognized the recording and it was from the MOST RECENT PHONE CALL OF 2.20.23. Now: I was lied to about the amount of the gift card, I was lied to about the amount of time the representative would be here, I was NOT ADVISED of phone calls being recorded and I was lied to about dates of the recordings. My husband asked to hear each recording and we got Julies permission to record them. As she played them, we noted dates. In listening to these, they were CERTAINLY of Mark and myself, and THERE WAS NO MENTION OF AN AMOUNT FOR A GIFT CARD. After listening to these recordings, I CANNOT state with certainty, but it appears there were several opportunities that the recordings could have been edited. I can't argue with what I heard, but I'm really angry that I was never advised I was being recorded. WHO DOES THIS??? I told Julie I would be filing a complaint with state agencies and we ended the call. I began journal the event when a few hours later, Julie phoned again. She said no one ever stayed on the phone as long as me listening to recordings and because of that she felt I wasn't lying. She took the info to upper management and they were to remedy and send me the $100 gift. She said, the most they EVER was $40, but due to my persistence, they felt, somewhere along the line I was given mis-information. She stated (an alternative excuse) that perhaps Mark may have used his personal phone at some point and the conversations would not have been recorded, therefore, they could not prove my claim either way. So, now, I am promised to receive the gift card within 24 to 48 hours. I wait and by 2.21.23, no gift card. I call Julie and she tells me it should have arrived, takes 24-48 hours but it should be forthcoming and if not, she will 'light a fire under them .
Well today is 2.23.23 after 5 p.m. Still no gift card. I am NOT going to call again. I just hope and pray this helps anyone who takes the time to read my review.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

DO NOT USE!!! I woudn't hire this guy to replace a TP holder. I hired Pete's to repipe my whole home, and do some additional projects. Dealing with Justin was like dealing with a child. After he was paid to complete the repipe, he offered to do some more work around my home... and onto the additional stuff, all of a sudden, he had other projects that were more important.... and he was not afraid to use some colorful language when confronted with his lack of professionalism and or wanting to complete the jobs. He was dismissive, had excuses for everything, defected responsibility, blamed me, he even had one of his guys come out on x-mas Eve... This dragged on for over 3 months, and was still not completed......He has miss quoted and over charged, and even now, misrepresenting and omitting items on the final bill. I am willing to share some of Justins finer moments. But this was an absolute horror of an experience.

Doesn't pay his employees on time and alters their pay to benefit himself. He makes excuses for paying and has the highest turnaround of employees i have ever seen in the industry
