We had used Eustis Quality Plumbing a few times 2 or 3 years ago, but haven't needed more work until recently when a drip developed in our bathroom sink, slowly getting worse. We called and since it wasn't an emergency, set up an appointment for a couple days later. Tom arrived when he said he would. He is friendly and easy to talk to. This is a 60-year old house, and when I had started to take the handles apart, I didn't like what I saw, and Tom assured me it was just as well I hadn't tried to fix it myself.

Tom does top quality work and stands behind it. He has saved us a little money where he could, such as suggesting once that I dig a small trench to expose a drain pipe. Why pay more for it at a service hourly rate? And when our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, he happened to have one from another job so we didn't have to buy a new one.

I always prefer calling small business owners for service rather than large companies or chains, especially when they offer better service than some of the cowboys out there, who may or may not show up. Tom delivers that better service and you get the guy, so he knows the history of your repairs.

Needed some soffit replacement work done and needed it done quickly. Jason was very responsive and available to begin working in just a couple days. He was professional and very helpful in explaining the work he was going to do to complete the job. Jason even worked through a pretty nasty storm to get the job done! We are very impressed with the quality of his work. And he charged an extremely fair price. Will definitely be calling Jason again for our next project!

The poorest customer service I've ever experienced.

My kitchen sink looked as if it was repaired by Vail, but a few weeks later the leak returned.

Simply calling to tell the company about the issue turned into one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a repair company ever.

The receptionist woman blamed me for the leak returning and refused to give a time frame the technician would be back out, for the following week.

Even after I explained that I'll need to let my job know a time frame so I can take the time off.

After I told her she shouldn't blame a customer for Vail's error and should instead apologize for the inconvenience

She then hung up twice, refusing to give me a time frame.

When I called back, she lied about hanging up then blamed me for hanging up.

After everything that went wrong that day with Vail, the technician arrives to my home that same day, without notifying me they were coming.

It's hard to believe companies are operating with employees and technicians who have terrible customer service at this level.

If it were possible to give a lower rating I would.

This was the second time I needed to use Johnson Brothers. Both times the guy {think John} who showed up was on time, friendly very professional. He did a neat and clean job. Cost seemed a little high at first. But after seeing their work it's worth every penny. I will only use them from now on.

This father-son plumbing team was hired by our contractor to install new bathroom fixtures in a remodel of our home. So far, they've worked in our home two times. We found them to be efficient and skilled and their work generally met our expectations. We experienced the father as off-putting but that didn't effect his work.

However during each visit, they took it upon themselves to empty their truck of the used toilets and sinks from other jobs into our on-premise rented dumpster. Without asking! Our contractor says he's previously asked them to stop this practice without success.

While it won't cost us extra to have their trash hauled away in the dumpster when the remodel ends, we nevertheless found it presumptive and rude. We will ask our contractor to not send this team to our job again.

Found water leaking behind a shower into my bedroom on a Sunday morning.  Called around to multiple local plumbers and Kevin was the only one that was able to make it to me that day.  He was super detail oriented and found the source of the leak with multiple tools.  He provides great advice, is super kind, and professional.  Happy to have found Grace Plumbing and will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Bob came out to find the problem with my pool.  He was friendly, on time and thorough.

For several years, we have had to add water to the pool, weekly and in more recent days, daily.

We had our pool store tech come out a few times and they assumed it was a problem with the skimmer, which may have been true at some point, but in more recent days water was leaking at an alarming rate.

Bob checked for leaks in the pool plumbing and then in the pool itself.  He found that when the pool was resurfaced about 10 years ago, the amount of sealant that should have been at the drain was incorrect and resolved the problem quickly by sealing the drain properly and it hasn't lost any water for 3 weeks now!

When I think about all the water we have had to put in the pool over several years rather than getting the right person to actually find the problem and correct it, ugh, I could kick myself!

Certified Leak Detection has solved the problem  and we are so grateful!

The fill valve in my toilet was broken. I YouTube how to fix it but my toilet is jammed against the wall so I couldn't reach. So my fiancé called them to come and change it for me. Called Monday, they came Wednesday he fixed it in under 30 min and under $100, while he was here he also fixed the flow in my bathtub. I have a garden tub that's always filled slowly he removed the pressure valve and walla we are now soaking like a pro.
Took away a star just for cleanliness. He kind of just left everything disorderly.
All in all would call them again for a need.

After buying a house in October we realized that there must be a water leak next to our house. The ground was completely saturated and the soft ground made it impossible to even walk on. Two Orange County Water technicians and a different plumbers assured us it was a leak in our neighbors system, and told us to have them fix it..... But turns out that they were all wrong!

Within 10 minutes Raul had identified the true problem and we were able to make the repair. Thanks to Raul our water bill is 50% less and our yard is finally dry.

Hopefully I won't need a plumber for a while, but when I do ... Raul is the one I'm going to call.

I had to have my house re-piped for insurance purposes. These guys are THE BEST. From getting me a reasonable quote right away to walking me through the whole process, they were spot on.  They had a team of professionals who were courteous, respectful, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. It was done perfectly in less than 2 days with minimal impact to me. They cleaned up everything and explained each step.
I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs that you have.

Totally regret doing business with Wyatt Sexton. He is unprofessional and not concerned about customer satisfaction.  He showed up 2hrs late. Any questions i had were answered in a vague manner,  When i requested, he enter the model number of the pump he  installed on the invoice, he refused.  Then he got belligerent and told me to kiss his a**.

Below is my personal experience with Hers and His Plumbing company.
You may make your own conclusions.
We had a problem with hot water in some parts of the house coming out in 15-18 minutes after opening the faucet.
A plumber from a totally different company came to fix unrelated issue and I asked him why we have such problem. He quickly determined that the cause is a nonfunctional circulation pump attached to the water heater. Since water heater is one item covered by AHS, I opened a service request. Hers and His plumbing was assigned and one man ( i withdrawing the name because its not important ) came. I showed him the problem in the kitchen ( without telling him what i knew ). He started hot faucet and looked at his watch for how long it takes to get hot water. After hot water started coming out he asked where else we have the same problem. I answered.
Then he called what appears to be their office number and started describing the problem. He continued asking questions what to do next. ( I was next to him entire time he was at our house which was about 45 minutes). After i realized he has no clue what to do I told him what I knew. He went to garage where water heater is installed and started looking at the circulation pump. Another call to the office took place. Looked like he got new instructions. He proceed with switching water heater off and send me to open all hot faucets and drain all hot water. ( I didn't argue with what he was asking me to do, even though i knew water heater is not the problem). Then he turned water heater on, told me he will be back to replace circulation pump and left.
Next day i received email from AHS to call them because there is a reason why AHS is not covering such replacement. When I called I was told the replacement is not covered because installation is incorrect. When I asked why they are saying such thing I was told plumber send them the report stating this and correct installation is suppose to have timer installed. And if I want to have pump replaced there will be an out of pocket expense in the amount of $1077.
Next thing I called the number on the label attached on the water heater. It turned out it is the plumbing company that installed water heater and pump. When i told them what the other plumber stated in his report to AHS he simply laughed and said if I want him to replace the pump it will be $625.
Another call to AHS. I explained to the person who took my call what is going on. Told them Hers and His Plumbing company is a very dishonest company is probably reaping AHS customers and them as well. That didn't make any difference. So I proceeded to have my plumber to come and replace the pump. When I asked about timer he said that there are pumps with a timer, a lot more expensive but they actually are disappearing on the market because no one wants them. He told me to just go to Wallmart and buy a simple timer, program it to shut off for times we don't need speedy hot water and plug pump into it. I did that and bought one for $5. Programmed to shut off for night ours and that's it. Total expense is $630 = $625+$5.
