Mike was beyond AMAZING! I would very highly recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a plumber. Courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and very kind man! This type of professional is very hard to find these days but trust me...you can trust them and you won't be disappointed!!!

Pro craft plumbing did an excellent job. I've used them for the last four jobs that I've had done. The plumber has always been prompt and courteous and concern for the total job and that it was to my wishes.

I called Pure One in late March after doing some research on potential water treatment providers in central FL. I spoke to Bryan, explained to him that I was out of state and looking for a filtration/softener for a new home in FL, and he drove out to my property to test the water and provided a quote for a triple treat system immediately. The quote was very fair, and included a warranty on the parts and workmanship. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and overall interaction and agreed to setup the install when I moved in. Tommy was the one who came out to do the install and was very professional, thorough, and cleaned up after he was done. It hasn't even been 24 hours, but I already feel the difference in the water and smell. Totally worth every penny. If you're looking for a water filtration system or water softener or both, I highly recommend Pure One Water. Thank you Bryan and Tommy!!

I have used them twice and both times Cody did amazing work. He was on time, his work was clean  and professional and they charged a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

We got a couple different quotes to have the polybutylene pipes replaced in our house, and decided to use Repipe Specialists.  So glad we did!  The sales manager came to our house, explained the process, answered our questions, and even gave us a discount for mentioning an online ad.  Their prices beat competitors by $2,000 - a substantial savings!  They offer 0% financing options as well.  The sales manager made himself available to answer our questions at all hours -- even weekends and evenings.

We were told that the job would take two days but they actually completed it in one.  Then the drywall patching was completed the next day.  Our house was left clean and in order.  If not for the new pipes/fixtures, you wouldn't even know that we had work done.

Unreliable...you want a handyman you can count on.  The job was started and was supposed to be complete the following week and Jay discontinued contact.  Now we have a half complete job and a lot more work that needs to be complete and need to find additional services.  Go elsewhere.

why  did he  come  then ?

I called this company because of its apparent 100% customer satisfaction policy and my experience was a complete disaster. They told me that they would arrive within two hours and after two and a half hours, I called the company and they couldn't reach the plumber that was assigned to me.

I told them to at least call me with a status update when they figure out where he was, and again after thirty minutes, I still received no call. This company in my opinion is a total fraud. They have this high and mighty customer satisfaction policy on their website but their management doesn't even bother to call their customers if they're going to be late - in this case, they never even showed up.

I am writing this yelp review because I found this company through yelp and wanted to warn other users that this company is thinly staffed and unreliable. I would check out your yellow pages and go for someone who has more experience.

This company is more than welcome to contact me as I have reached out to figure out what happened but never received a phone call.

this guy Antonio stole 3,333.00 from us!!! this their took our money, never did the work, lied to us about getting permits, we are so so heart broken, we had to borrow money to get this work done and he stoled  our money, disconnected his phone, and won't answer the door, a total crook!!!! please please please watch out for this THEIF!
