I got this Plumbers recommendation from a Neighborhood FB page.  My problem was a leak behind the wall and was quoted by others a lot more money to just come FIND the leak and not even fix it.  This technician was able to detect and make a minimal hole in the wall to repair the leak and use better piping so that this wouldn't happen again.  Price was about average for this type of work.  Mine was covered under home owners insurance.  I would and have recommended this plumber.

Thank you to Chris Shades and his team for taking care of our sewer mini-emergency so quickly and professionally.  They knew what needed to be done, had the tools and knowledge to do it, and left the job site clean as a whistle.  Their service is worth every penny paid.  We highly recommend them!

Was contracted by Lowes to use Aquafi for my hybrid water heater install. Every step of the way this company exceed my expectations and set the gold standard for wonderful customer service. From the initial phone call setting up my appointment the day I purchased the water heater, Aquifi was spectacular. They arrived before the scheduled install time and called to confirm their arrival time. The installer was an expert and answered all of the questions I had. They even called me for a followup survey to make sure everything was good. Five stars!

We had our walls painted and recess lights put in. Extremely good service and you can tell he really cared about the quality of work he was doing. He was very meticulous about keeping his work area clean. Highly recommend!

Always respond in timely fashion. They've now officially helped me out at each sink and shower in my older College Park home.

The Linscott Man came and fixed my garbage disposal and kitchen sink that hasn't been working for quite some time. Fast, professional, and affordably priced. Will use again for my plumbing needs.

I needed to install a water softening and a reverse osmosis system in my house, and researched and called a  number of companies.  Brian from Pure One responded immediately, come to  my home, answered all my questions with a no pressure approach.  Pure One installed my system immediately, and I was very pleased with the entire process.  I'm not surprised to see all 5 star ratings for this company!  Excellent job!  Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this company at all. Had them out for a fridge hose leak and after their repair the water in the fridge didn't work at all so they had to come back to fix it. Then I started having water pooling in my kitchen under the fridge but it wasn't constant, just periodically pooling water. Then I had a leak in the garage that was a steady stream. Called them back and they said I needed the whole house re-piped. Approved the job, paid them, and after they left the garage was STILL LEAKING! I called them back and they found the problem was actually in the kitchen - the original fridge hose issue was causing the leak in the garage. I paid for a total re-piping when it wasn't necessary! And in the 3 months since they did the re-piping, my water bill has been 5 times higher than usual. Had the utility company come inspect and they were appalled at the work that was done. When Waterhouse capped the old water main and installed the new one they cracked something and it has been leaking 3/4 a gallon per minute. Utility inspector said they never should have left without testing for leaks first. I called a different plumbing company to fix this issue as I have no faith or respect for Waterhouse and the people they send out.

Update:  After many text messages and emails, the plumber came back and corrected all the plumbing issues.  The drywall patching is another story. their drywall contractor, Brandon Nogues did such a bad job initially that I have no confidence that he has neither the skill nor knowledge to patch drywall properly.  How do you patch drywall without any sanding?  Even though I paid for drywall patching in the contract price I have chosen to not request Brandon Nogues return and decided to pay for another local drywall contractor to repair my walls.

Unreliable...you want a handyman you can count on.  The job was started and was supposed to be complete the following week and Jay discontinued contact.  Now we have a half complete job and a lot more work that needs to be complete and need to find additional services.  Go elsewhere.

I called this company because of its apparent 100% customer satisfaction policy and my experience was a complete disaster. They told me that they would arrive within two hours and after two and a half hours, I called the company and they couldn't reach the plumber that was assigned to me.

I told them to at least call me with a status update when they figure out where he was, and again after thirty minutes, I still received no call. This company in my opinion is a total fraud. They have this high and mighty customer satisfaction policy on their website but their management doesn't even bother to call their customers if they're going to be late - in this case, they never even showed up.

I am writing this yelp review because I found this company through yelp and wanted to warn other users that this company is thinly staffed and unreliable. I would check out your yellow pages and go for someone who has more experience.

This company is more than welcome to contact me as I have reached out to figure out what happened but never received a phone call.

1. Never show up when they say they will.
2. Said they would give estimate before work but they did work and then overcharged.
3. Another job we had they gave an estimate and then tried to up the price after the work was done.
4. They came to do an attic job without a ladder, used my furniture, left a mess and broke some shelving and did not fix it.
