I had an emergency with a rusty valve under my sink and had a bit of a flood in my kitchen. I had to call Jet around midnight. Jose came out quickly to replace the valve. I was very happy that he answered the phone and was able to do the work. Great service.  I would use them again if needed.

JS Plumbing is professional, fast, and reliable. Very reasonable and fair pricing for the job and honest. I highly recommend Juan and his services. Do not hesitate to call him for your needs. Called him for a plugged toilet and shower. He arrived within the hour and didn't leave until the job was done. I greatly appreciate his efforts in our time of need.

FPU came out to my house twice to fix a couple of leaky sinks. They responded to my request for a quote through Yelp within an hour, had a plumber out the very next day. Wade was prompt, friendly, and professional. Both jobs cost exactly what they quoted, not a penny more. I am sure their other plumbers are great, but I'll always request Wade, he is great. I'll use this company for my plumbing needs as long as I live in Lakeland.

The guys are awesome.  Mike came over late Friday afternoon to do an install.  He was professional and worked late to get the job done.

Good service, reasonable prices, small enough that I normally get the same service tech each time (Angel) which is good as he knows what he's doing.  If I have a plumbing problem they can often get someone out there that day.

Called them up to help my elderly parents install some sinks. They were blown away at how helpful, personal, and thorough the person that came out was. They treated my folks like family, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would never use the son.

No Pete, I WOULD avoid...

On Tuesday when I turned on the water faucet in the kitchen I heard a loud noise and I opened the cabinet under the sink and we had the Niagara Falls of leaks. The filter broke and the water was gushing all over the kitchen and into the dining room and when I opened the door to the garage the water went out there as well. I started to frantically call plumbers and DeWitt was I think the 3rd or 4th plumber I tried to call. He asked me to text my address and he would come right out. This was around 4:30pm when most plumbers are finishing for the day. Thankfully one of our neighbors was able to come out who used to do maintenance where we live and he was able to shut off our water by the meter. When the plumber came he was pretty shocked as to how bad it was and he saw that the filter was cracked and said he could fix it immediately for $100. Deal! He fixed it promptly and also got in touch with a restoration crew who came out that day and helped set us up with fans and moving everything out of the way until 10:30pm. Very nice guys. The plumber also said we needed 4 new valves before those go bad and that he could return the next morning around 8:30am. Around 8:30am the next morning he called us from Home Depot and had the valves and came over and charged around $65 for each valve. He was very kind and he came right away even at the end of a business day and helped us so much. This was so stressful as my mom had only been out of the hospital for just over a week and it's one thing after another. He is a new plumber here and a very nice young man and i recommend him to all in the NSB area. He went above and beyond I think especially the first day when most plumbers charge a $75 flat fee just to show up to the door. We will definitely use him again!!!!

Horrible service. They want to steal your money. I do not recommend this company. Bad customer service. Eric the manager was very rude. Stay away!!!!!

Last weekend I had a toilet leak repair project.went to hardware store and got my new parts and in the conversation the store attendant suggested I close my water main .I did that and also closed the water main on the side of the house. When I went to reopen it did not.no water in the house.Saturday afternoon.After tinkering with it for a couple of hours and with the assistance of a neighbor I came to conclusion.need a plumber .The water valve had to be replaced.This a part that is made of copper and functions as a gate to let water in the house. To my surprise the first  plumber I called quoted 250.00dollars.said it was a weekend.that I was   to far and it would take to long to repair. .?...I said,,look it is not in the wall,it is free standing.If I had  the tools I could  do it in a half hour.Am not a plumber,so I would imagine it would take him 10 minutes. Not rocket science ,not brain surgery,willing to pay ,but please be reasonable. ......I called Stern Bros,350.00 plus two to 3 hours?no thank you,called Hernandez Plumbers 250.00,but would do it for 200.00 ,no thanks ,nice man ,but still,to much.I was told if I wait till Monday,it would be more affordable.I called Falcon Plumbing,125.00for the visit plus 49.00per half and parts.the lady saiD if wait till Monday 75 .00 plus 49..dollars pr hr or Maine it was the half plus parts and plan on a couple of hrs.By now am wandering if am in the twilight zone I said to the lady Monday would have to be.On Monday after no water oN Sunday and realizing how important a resource water it is.I called  Falcon,but the person is in her way to the office.So I asked  for a call back.never heard from her.As a last chance I looked at my computer screen and saw this name R&R Plumbers. It is 7:45am the owner answers,after I explained ,he quoted . The best price ever.said he could do same day service,called to erasure me he had not forgotten and arrived at the agreed upon time. The job was done in 15minutes.not 3 hours. I m sharing his name with you all ROBERTO. Only share with your best friends .the others with someone you want to giVe a hard time. excellent,service,honest and timely what more can you ask to begin your week.Hope this helps.

I called in Saturday evening with an emergency septic issue. The woman on the phone scheduled an appointment between 2-5 pm the next day. They never showed. I called and Amber said she called multiple times. I verified my number- they had it wrong. I then stress my immediate need if services. She called the tech. Billy called me and said they could maybe get a tech out - but the cost would increase. I reminded him that this was their companies error and they should cover that difference. He said that he didn't disagree but that's not how it works. Once I got my point across- he said he see what he could do and would call me back. At 6:30 pm, Billy said he'd be out in about an hour. After an hour and a half - I texted and called with no answer. I called the office. Amber said she couldn't get a hold of him either. Now I have to pay for a hotel for a night and still have my problem waiting for me tomorrow. But I actually work at my job- so what can I do ? I told Amber that they all deserve to literally deal with crap everyday and I truly meant it.

Yesterday I asked the owner, my neighbor, to help me with making sure my toilet was not leaking around the base.  He told me he would come over and re-set it with a new wax seal.  He quoted me a price for the service, to which I agreed.  He said he would be there this morning, March 28, 2015 at 9.00 AM.  When he did not show by 10:00, I called and left a message on the answering machine asking what had happened and asking him to call me.  It is now 7:00 PM and there has been no return call, yet he has been home all day.  Not very professional.

Mr. Smith not only did not complete the construction job for which he was contracted on my house, he signed a document that he would complete the job or give up all profit on the job if he did not finish the job. He was given an advance payment of $5000 based on this assurance to cover his shortfall in materials to complete the job.  He subsequently walked off the job and attempted to file a false lien on the job, which caused me significant issues in refinancing, but was cleared because it was untrue. He then changed the name of his business in an attempt to avoid the ramifications of his unprofessional actions. He did not respond as required to filing debt claims during the closing of his business. Although he may no longer be on Angie's list, we originally got his name from that service and no longer use it because of Mr. Smith's poor and unprofessional performance.  As part of the bathroom modification an expensive controller under his control and accountability went missing.  I determined later that he incorrectly powered the controller via extension cords. To this day, I don't know whether he damaged it by this action and then tossed it to cover his actions or whether he took other actions with it to disrupt my ability to complete the job. I do know that I had to go through great difficulty and expense to obtain another controller and finish the job. Mr. Smith also returned expensive marble slab I already paid for and kept the proceeds which were not his. On at least one occasion he launched his boat on the private lake behind our house without permission and fished with a friend when he was billing us for work on the house.  He did this at a time in which he was significantly behind schedule on the job.  The end date had to be extended several times because of his poor performance, almost causing me to lose the bank financing. I recommend anyone considering the use of this or any contractor check the FL DBPR records prior to signing any contract. I believe this job was above his ability and instead of doing the right thing by the customer and seeking help from the OEM, he chose to give the appearance of completing large proportion of the easy work and abandoning the most critical and valuable work.  This caused us great harm and expense. We completed the work with some of the same sub-contractors he used, even though he attempted to turn them away from the work. I will never use Total Plumbing and Construction I, II, or any other number he chooses to file his next business under.  Ask yourself why he would close a business and open an identical business with a similar name?

Don't waste your time, he won't waste his...

You call, leave a voicemail, he won't call back. This guy was contracted by my home builder to do the plumbing in our new home, and we've had three issues in the 2.5 years we've lived here. Of the three times, he called us back ONCE to tell us he couldn't do anything. The other two times, he didn't bother to call back at all.

Awesome work ethic, dude.

This is one of the places that doesn't follow thru and refuses to make things right when they make a mistake. Their final word was find another plumber. That's excellent service and what keeps you in business. Way to go Hunter! You're killing your dad's excellent name.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR A/C SYSTEM. Technician came out for minor repair to end up making things worse. Decided to start fixing system without consulting me first with how much the repair would be. What company does this??? Now company not taking the blame for any of it's mistakes. Service manager has the worst customer service skills and makes one more upset at every step. Don't make this expensive mistake. Take your business elsewhere. Don't say I didn't tell you so!!!

My Wife called this company and initially got a great response, the plumbers (in inverted commas) attended site and proceeded to ask about the water filter on the tap.  They actually tried to sell us a piece of equipment that would not have resolved our issue.  As they did nothing whilst here, they asked for $65 for the callout fee and then kindly offered a warranty for 30 days should the same issue occur.  Well it did, My wife called Brian from Brians' Plumbing on a number of occasions, he requested I call him and he will talk me through it.  I called and got nothing, then text, I got a text back stating he was hunting and the phone reception was horrible. He said that I should call his sidekick Ryan, yes I was to do the calls not him nor the company that had offered the warranty.  Should companies wish to keep a decent reputation I would suggest living up to the promises made not ignoring a family with a very young child in need of running water.  Oh FYI, the issue was fixed by my wife and a neighbour, shows what level of plumbers we were dealing with!!!
