Jesus was responsive, on-time at appointments, and did what he said he'd do.  Highly recommended!

We needed expansion of an outside hose bib to allow connection of dripper controls plus hose, without continuing to use a leaky hose splitter.  Jesus had good ideas on how to do that, and also tied the new extended water line into an existing PVC run which brings water inside our lanai screen.

We will definitely call him again!

I highly recommend this company and Eddie.  I read Jillian's review, and I chose Onpoint over other leak detection companies.  Eddie returned my initial call within a few minutes, and he scheduled me for Christmas Eve between 8 and 11.  Today (Christmas Eve), Eddie called a few minutes after 8 to tell me he would be here in 30 min.  He found the leak quickly, found another leak we wanted him to check, showed us other compromised areas in our cinder block, and advised us on how to repair them.  Eddie not only does his job well, he is also very friendly and courteous.

We had just moved in to our new home and we had a small gas leak.  Mike came out that day and started work the very next morning.  They pulled all necessary permits and worked to get the city inspector out to sign off (which was a feat in itself - we all know how horrible Orlando city inspections are).

I called University Plumbing to repair a leaky water line to my refrigerator that involved replumbing a new line through the attic and a wall.  His repair was prompt and exceeded what I though would be acceptable if I had tried it myself.  As we spoke while he was working, he mentioned that the existing plumbing was outdated and no longer per code.  Any future leak might have problems with insurance coverage.  I asked if his business included replumbing homes - yes it did.  He performed a through walkdown and gave me an estimate which included bringing the home up to code plus the services of a team which would repair all drywall openings PLUS texturing.  The repainting of the wall was on me (common sense).  His offer was fair to me, we scheduled the work for about two weeks out and the replumbing (thru the attic) was completed in one day.  The drywall repair and texturing followed the next day.  He walked down the entire home with me afterwards.  After repainting the rooms affected, I am unable to tell where the openings were made to bring the new plumbing down between the walls.  I am very pleased with the work performed.  Note: at the same time I was negotiating a new homeowners insurance policy and the first question asked was if the house had been replumbed due to its age.  Big peace of mind!!!

Steve and his team are personable, reasonable and completed the job on time.  We remodeled a large mid century house here in Orlando.  We had 3 existing baths and added one, plus redoing a kitchen and laundry.  Steve handled everything with our general contractor along with keeping us appraised of time schedules etc.  I would highly recommend him for any size job.

Excellent service.  Professionals in all aspects.  Took their time, were extremely careful, and paid attention to the most minute detail.  Courteous, pleasant, and responded quickly.  I would highly recommend this company.

Having exhausted all my DIY know-how in the plumbing arena, I called Ken's Plumbing when they opened in the morning. Funny thing, I had not intended on calling them. Call it a case of mistaken identity but (spoiler alert), it all worked out, even better than expected.

Carla, the owner's wife (I later found out), answered, listened to my dilemma with concern and said she would work on finding an available plumber and call me back. Within a few minutes, Carla called back, keeping her word, and told me Chris would be at my home within the hour.

Chris arrived as promised and set to work. He was courteous, clean and confirmed the faucet was stuck in place. Chris proceeded to effectively drill it out without impacting the granite counter, and, install the new faucet.

Despite not initially intending to call Ken's, I'd definitely call them again and highly recommend their service.

Victor did such such a great job on mounting my tv. He was super quick and was able to squeeze me in before the initial say we agreed on which was perfect! My tv looks great and the prices are super affordable! He was super professional, outgoing, & definitely made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I'm beyond happy with the service I received and I definitely recommend this company. I plan to use them again for all of my future services as they do more than just tv mounting. I'll also be referring people as well. Thanks again!!

Ark came out quickly and right on time. We called them to empty the septic on our new home to establish service and with a clean slate. After seeing their truck around town, and laughing at their slogan, we thought we'd give them a chance. Glad we did!

My landlord hired them and the plumber left a mess. There is now a blue stain on my carpet, they left some sort of white glue stuff stuck to my tub and sink that is very hard to remove, AND when they put my toilet screws back on they left a gap that was not there before.

I recently contacted Kehle plumbing because my hot water heater started leaking.  I requested a quote through Yelp, and received a response very quickly.

I got quotes from several local plumbers, but Kehle was the only one that was willing to allow me to purchase the water heater myself.  I have a Home Depot credit card - qualifying purchases are 0% interest for 6 months, which allowed me to save some money!  Kehle also pulled the permit for me through the city of Palm Coast, which was great!

Initially Jeremy came out, but the water heater I purchased was too wide - my fault.  Jeremy assisted me in finding the correct size on the Home Depot app - he was very helpful and understanding.  Fast forward a few days, and Raymond is installing my new water heater (correct size).  He was very nice and professional!  His installation was perfect - I am very happy with how it looks!  All his work was expertly done, and he even came inside the house to answer a couple of plumbing questions for me!  What an awesome experience!

Palm Coast just came by this morning to inspect the job, and everything passed with flying colors!  Thanks, Raymond, and thanks Kehle!

They fit me in and fixed not only the toilet in question but showed me the other one would soon follow.
Fixed promptly without trying to break my bank.

Can't say enough great things about our experience yesterday with Modern Plumbing and our service tech, Dusty! We had a very serious emergency septic tank issue on Sunday afternoon. After waiting for over almost 2 hours for call-back/appointment ETA from Emerald Plumbing (came us as #1 on Yelp), we tried Modern Plumbing (which came up for us as #2.)

Modern Plumbing confirmed an on-call tech immediately, who called minutes later and arrived 25 minutes after our first phone call. We were worried we might be looking at a complete septic tank replacement and a night at a hotel for toilet/shower needs. Instead, Dusty was done in LESS THAN ONE HOUR and completely fixed our issue. Not only that, while he was there he also fixed another clogged drain so that we'd be completely all set.

He was speedy, friendly, helpful and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Modern Plumbing and Dusty. As we said yesterday, you are our hero!

Financially, they proactively let us know on the first phone call that we were looking at $100 more because it was a Sunday - which we appreciated. It was $350 total for auggering the septic tank pipe and draining/clearing shower pipes.

Insurance, may be good to know also - Modern Plumbing is insured and bonded for doing roof work - many others don't want to liability but he was up there and working on it minutes after arrival.

I don't post reviews pretty much never but this was crazy. Last night plumber comes to my apt saying the people downstairs has a water leak, I already knew it was my issue because is not the first time it happens. We determine where it's coming from and we close the water. I told the plumber, don't work on it tonight because is too expensive and I don't have the money but my dad is the owner of the apt so he I need to talk to him to pass me the money so I can pay you so the money won't be available until tomorrow. I told the plumber please make sure you guys comeback tomorrow and we def do the repair and we can even to the repiping on my apt. He took my info and send it to someone and told me okay someone will call you first in the morning. Also he had to bill the people downstairs, I told him (with the people in front of him) bill them and they will pay you and then tomorrow I will reimburse what they pay tonight for your work.
This is not the first time Mercury has come to my apt, the last 3 times they have been great and their work is good and they always finish on time. I had no complains, their plumbers are super nice and the man on the phone Paul is pretty cool too.
So this morning I called at 9:54 am because I haven't hear anything all morning. I talked to Paul and he said someone was working on my repiping estimate and they will come by. I waited until 2:30 pm until I call again and I talked to Paul again and we realized that there was a confusion over the apts and he said I'm so sorry for the confusion right now we have all plumbers but I will def try to find someone. I will call you right back. I told Paul I have been without water since last night and I really wanted someone to come by even tomorrow Friday to do the repiping or at least fix the leak.
I called at 4:17 pm and talked to Melinda and I was trying to explain myself and all that has happened and since she picked the phone up she wouldn't let me talk. She said she had no plumbers and I said I understand but I have called twice now and Paul said he will call me be right back. And she started telling she knows the information and being super rude. So I got angry because nobody should be treated that way, I told her that I was frustrated bc of the issue and the fact that no one has come. And she began to tell me I have never paid Mercury, which is impossible because before they could leave your house you need to pay them, and that this is stalking (because I called back after she hang up on me) and she will call the police and to find another plumber.
Never ever I have been treated this way, and I even work for collections and this is beyond me. Melinda shouldn't be customer service, losing work for their company because horrible attitude.
