Our shower had started to drain slower and slower and after about a week we had standing water every time we showered. Drano, baking soda & vinegar, nothing did the trick so it was time to call someone to snake our shower drain. Zoom Drain was quick to set up an appointment and the service technicians who came out were very friendly. Asked us questions to get a better idea of the issue. It turned out to be extreme rust buildup, which makes sense as we live in a historic building. Nonetheless, they got our shower cleared and draining in no time! Very happy with the service.

Cory is awesome! He did everything he promised and more. He knows good customer service and isn't going to charge you as much as the big name companies. He is fair and professional. I will only call Certified Plumbing for my plumbing needs moving forward!

We thought we had a leak in the house we just bought but the plumber came and after investigating, didn't find one. He recaulked a couple of things in our bathroom. The visit was extremely inexpensive and he also said if we do find trouble with it later we won't have to pay another fee for them to come out. Very pleased with their service!

Just called Jetter's to come out for an estimate.  I've already had two other local companies give theirs to me but I like to have three.  I have purchased my own fixtures.  Needed a dishwasher, disposal, lav and new flange for the stool.  Other plumbers told us we needed some venting added.  Jetter's won't hook up fixtures if they've been purchased from Menard's, Lowe's, etc. (ours came from Menard's).  The gentlemen I spoke too basically sounded disinterested in coming out to even take a look at the venting or other items unrelated to the fixtures.  He told me they billed at $90/hr.  That's fine but unless the site is looked at how am I going to know how much labor is involved!?!

Emergency call for water heater repair. They saved me from having to put in a new tank. They were responsible, efficient, and understanding.  This is the perfect example of hometown service. If I could give them more stars I would.

I would not recommend this company at all! Called them two weeks ago and had them put to unclog a drain that exploded out the basement toilet   I paid $195 to have it cleaned and sure enough two weeks later we've got water shooting out the basement toilet again. I called and they told me there is no guarantee they just cleared the line, had they ran a camera they'd know the root issue. I was never given the option to run a camera or explained anything other than there is a blockage. My husband wasn't home and I am always Leary of quality of work when a woman is the client and paying. Besides that, we aren't handy people and wouldn't even know what questions to ask about cameras and root issue, we had a blockage and trusted what we thought were experts. $195 for nothing! And the same issue all over again TWO weeks later. Lame and terrible waste of money!

Miserable back office ladies get their revenge on the world by being rude to their customers. I was shocked by their unprofessional demeanor but happy to take my business elsewhere.  There are much more responsive and pleasant plumbers in Omaha, no need to deal with these rude people.

The technician was late azs other jobs were running long.  They called to say they were  late, called to say they were on the way and Jeff promptly cleared the drain.

Jim was a great and knowledgable plumber but the office staffer that takes calls took away any positive feedback that could be given to this company. Customer service is non-existent!

First of all, they do not have convenient payment options such as paying with credit or debit card at all. Therefore, my wife and I ended up sending a check during the pandemic in 2020. Our check did not deliver to Able so we reach out to contact them to make sure we can get it taken care of and the customer service lady then states we can only paid by certified check (while saying it needs to be certified to ensure the funds are their because she believes we aren't trying to pay). My wife was taken by surprise by the insinuation, so I take over communication and take it upon myself to bring either cash or check. When giving feedback about their poor customer service, the lady claims she is the owner and that we were at fault for not paying our bill with Able. When I tell her she will never get business from us again, she says well great, we don't want to provide service for you ever again. Just wow!

Had a water heater installed.  Needed additional parts.  They told me one price and months later got a bill for $300 more out of the blue.  It comes down to me not wanting everything in writing before the work was done.  Cant go by people word anymore.  I should have known better.

Chris from Quality Plumbing and Air set an appt. to come out to our home to check out and repair a furnace that wouldnt light (after he replaced the blower unit on it a few months ago).  2 times Chris set an appt. to come look at our furnace and both times he no called no showed us.  We took time out of our schedules to be there for the appt. Each time we waited hours and he never bothered to show or even bother to return our calls.
