Josh serviced the AC at my dad's house which is how I was introduced to him. I had him come out to my house to service a unit in my garage. He was prompt, had same day service available, and was incredibly reasonable. He even showed me what he fixed and how I can fix it myself if it is to happen again. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be using them again as well as telling my friends and family about them.

Savage plumbing helped with a sprinkler problem in no time he figured it out and took care of it right away! Very happy with them! 10/10 recommend

Great guys, do what is necessary, give you honest work for an honest price. Back up their work, too, strange in this day and age! Give clear information on the issue, and listen really well to what the customer wants/needs.

I'm stationed in Texas my tenants had a leak turned out to be from the fridge he was fast to respond within 20 minutes and to speak with me the owner first instead of the tenant he knows his stuff he's done several other things for my tenants he's better than a hot knife cutting through butter

We have tree root problems, they came out promptly, quickly and got the job done right the first time.  They had the correct equipment, the correct gear and the camera to make sure it was done right.

I called them about a quick emergency, they came out within minutes, and proceeded to complete the job in a professional and timely manner....... it's good to see our Younger generation still taking an interest in the trade.....Really enjoyed his work ethic!!!!!

I would NOT recommend Royal Rooter. They worked on my 92 year old grandmother's kitchen drain and did NOT fix it and when I called weeks later to come and see if they could fix it correctly; I was given an attitude by Mike (possibly the owner). It seems like this is not a reputable company and for what they charged my grandmother and did NOT fix the problem, it wasn't worth even fighting over because they are not a company who believes in customer satisfaction or service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Made a purchase on Facebook marketplace and paid through PayPal to Niagara Property Preservation. As soon as my charge was processed, I was not given any tracking or shipment information from the seller and ultimately was blocked so I could no longer contact them about my large purchase.

Scammer. Do not use this business.
