It's never fun to need a plumber, but I'm so thankful to have found Jeri at Liberty Plumbing! He's unclogged my washer drain, fixed a leaky toilet, replaced the valve and fixtures in a shower and even fixed a gas leak on my furnace. Jeri hustles and gets it all done quickly. He is my  #1 call when my plumbing is hurtin'. He doesn't break the bank either!

Did great work. The plumber was professional and efficient. Haven't had an issue with any of the work done.

Nobody ever hope they have to call a plumber! But if you happen to need one this is the place to go. Make sure you ask for there service guy Blake. He is fast friendly and very professional. If you need your new houses plumbed or just a new hot water heater this is definitely the place to go. They have fair prices, honest and show up with everything ready to go on the first trip. Hell I even have his cell number saved in my phone.

After 11 years of a continuous relationship, I am disappointed in how Service One in Omaha has deteriorated. It was a great company that was reliable, but ,over the past two years, we have had a lot of issues with communication and promptness. When you talk to a receptionist, (Angela and Lisa are especially notorious), there does not seem to be clear documentation of phone calls/conversations. The lack of a paper trail leads to tons of confusion and frustration. For example, my washing machine broke down about a year ago and it took three weeks to get it replaced. Service One attempted to fix it week 1, but it didn't work. They then told me they would get back to me with potential information on a replacement. After a week and a half, I had to call them to get the process moving; they seem to have forgotten about my situation. After we got the washer replaced, we got an awkward call telling us that a replacement part had arrived. The receptionist tried to set up a time for us to fix the washer that had already been replaced.  The proper documentation was not filed to let the Service One computer system know that our problem had been solved. This is a baffling level of disorganization.  Currently, we are dealing with a broken dryer. It has been broken for 3 weeks and the part has been here in Omaha for about a week. Service One continues to change the appointment day at the last minute with little regard for any scheduling I had made around their appointment. They have little regard to keeping their commitment or providing even a decent level of costumer service; it is all about what is convenient for them. Again, whenever I have tried calling the company, it appears that there is documentation of the prior calls and conversations. I keep having to go into a ten minute spiel about my problem every time I call; the receptionists don't have the slightest clue of what I am talking about. The excuse is always that there is no documentation on the computer system; in 2020, there is no excuse not to have a proper computer system to keep compliant numbers organized. I am waiting to get this fixed I before look into options in town. I am only giving one star since I don't see an option here to give none.

Two Men and A Snake was able to fit us in the day after I reached out to them, while a few other companies couldn't come out to check the leak for at least one week. Rick was speedy and did a fantastic job!

If you want to pay way too much, this is the place to call.  All I needed was a toilet replaced, the shut-off valve replaced, a sink faucet replaced and the shut-off for it replaced and he charged me $1599.65!!!!  That is insane!  He did not give me an itemized statement but when I asked he said the toilet was about $250 (which I believe) and the faucet about the same (which I'm sure it was much cheaper than that.)  Shut-off valves are pretty cheap but he charged me a total of $845 for parts and $650 for labor.  He was here twice for maybe 15 minutes each to see what needed to be done and take measurements.  He was here for the replacements for maybe a couple of hours.   It did take him awhile to track down a toilet that would fit my wonky bathroom.   I know plumbers are expensive but this was highway robbery.  PLUS he left lights on and the place was a mess.  He threw dirty garbage in a container full of clean pads when the garbage pail was right next to the sink.  I normally call Borgardus for my plumbing needs and have been extremely happy with them.  I couldn't get ahold of them Monday and the toilet kept running so I kept calling plumbers until I came up with this guy.  Next time I will wait for Bogardus.  Lesson learned!

Stay away!  They are overpriced and have bad customer service.  They think they are a premium product, but are just the same as the cheaper options.  They are high pressure and take advantage of situations.

The information below is not accurate.  They high pressured my wife to complete the work or pay a huge fee. Their explanation is pitiful and insulting.

My wife was referred by a business partner to Griff's Plumbing. The lack of integrity, professionalism and craftsmanship compels me to urge you to look anywhere else! Their time was more important than our home. The owner charged us an exorbitant amount for box store supplies installed hastily. Our text messages and phone calls were ignored constantly, and the owner was disrespectful to my wife. I would give no stars if that was an option. I listened to my wife on the initial consultation. Tell the owner exactly what we wanted and when the wrong parts showed up he told me it's not his fault after weeks of trying to get them to make the situation right I called him up frustrated and got hung up on. After demanding quick resolution we were ghosted! My wife made the mistake of paying in full before it was finished! Note : we agreed to finish the drywall and paint but they took no care in making it minimal.

They will install all of the wrong systems and when they don't work, make you jump through hoops to fix the problem. They are not a reliable installer of HVAC or Heating. I would go somewhere else

While I would love to contact Michelle, it would be awesome if they returned phone calls. Feel like a ghost buster chasing ghosts.
