I hired this company to replace the sewer line from my house out to the street. The sewer had broken and had tree roots in it. I was worried about the driveway as the sewer line went under it.They managed to replace the entire line without tearing up my driveway, saved me a lot of money.
I believe they are reasonably priced, and very honest. They are not gonna overcharge you, like some of the other big companies.
They did a wonderful job, very professional. The entire job was done in one day. I think they did a good job trying to minimize damage to the yard, for such a big project.
I highly recommend this company, to anyone that asks about sewer line trouble.

We had Walt and family out to bid our basement repairs. We noticed water coming from the east and west sides of our house. He found two problem areas. Both were necessary to keep water out of our house. One was interior fixing and one required drilling out part of our basement to the bedrock and inserting piers to lift the front of the house. Sounds pretty expensive huh? Well that service and the other service were both priced way under what another very very popular water solutions company bid. In fact he showed us part of this other company's water system he pulled out of a house that continued to have problems. That sold me on the spot.
I would rate this as 3.5 stars bc the price was great, installation went smooth but his team did make the house rather dirty and in the basement they covered NOTHING and all the kids toys and other things are now covered in dust.
1 year later I reviewing because we have had a lot of rain fall but nothing in the basement! Price and quality are definitely there, but I hope they improve their employees service.

We needed a whole new septic system. This company was very courteous in explaining what all was needed. Gave a good time table as to how and when the project will be completed. I would recommend them to friends.

These guys have came to my home many times in the past year to fix a leak in our ceiling from the people above us. They are very nice, let me know what's going on step by step and their progress. I took away one star because they have had to come back so often from the leak happening over and over, but I'm not sure if it's because of the landlord not wanting to pay for the whole demolition that's happening now (will explain further) or if they just didnt realize it needed to be done until now.
They are redoing the piping in our restroom because of a burst pipe, and they had it done in 2 days. I feel like they did a good job and were very polite when I spoke with them and I talked to two of them different days. They put down plastic to walk on which I appreciated.
They remembered to lock up when they left and I felt like I could trust them in my home while I was working.
These guys are friendly and fast. I would recommend them. I will update as needed, hopefully everything is fixed though and there will be no need!

This is my second time using them for drain problems. Was referred by a friend. They are very reasonable and owner is very professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had a slow draining kitchen sink. He left us with a kitchen sink with standing water in it as he drove away with $192.00 and us looking for someone else to unclog the drain. For the life of me I couldn't understand how anyone would ever want to call them. If you like to pay for making things worse give them a call. 1 star is as low as you can rate them. I would have given them a -10 stars!

They actually were the ones to come in and do work for Mr. Purcell (who has real estate and builds houses around C.B.). I got home and they had tore up the front yard and didn't even care enough to let us know. They came up over the curb and left oil spots as well. Noticed as I was walking my dogs. When I let the owner know who was building the house he didn't care much either because he stated it wasn't my yard it is city property. But, I still am the one has to take care of it or else the city would get on me. Don't think either of these people have respect for anyone.

TLDR: roto rooter is a money hungry piece of shit company that will do anything and everything possible at the expense of the customer to get some extra bucks.
After having sewage water backflow through our pipes and completely wreck our basement, we did what most people would do and looked up companies to come out and help us out. The first one to pop up with the best reviews was Roto rooter. Now don't get me wrong they did their job just fine, however be ready for them to overcharge you/your insurance and for it to cause problems. They charged us close to 800 bucks to snake, video camera, and jet out main sewer line and then scare the hell out of us by saying that we needed to replace to sewer line that day and it would cost over 8 grand for that 2 foot section. Or we could do the whole line for around 16 grand. We ended up going with viper drain cleaning who had we had gone with in the first place would have done all that for less than half. And ended up replacing the entire sewer line under the yard (not including under the house or street) for 4.5 grand.
And as for the water mitigation, while they did a fine job, I'm having issues because they are charging my insurance almost 10 grand for the water mitigation cleanup which they are fine to pay but want to get an inspector out there first to make sure it was done properly since they are charging so much for the job when there are plenty of other companies who could have done the job for less than half. My insurance company has so far paid 7 grand of that in the mean time, however roto rooter wants their money and they want it now, so they have decided to tell me less than a week before they want it to cover the different of over 3 grand or they will send the bill to collections, ruin my credit, put Liens on my house and do everything possible to fuck me over. At the end of the day insurance will cover the costs but it's looking like they are just gonna have to reimburse me because roto rooter is just a money hungry piece of shit company that will do anything and everything possible at the expense of the customer to get some extra bucks. I highly highly recommend you go with literally anyone else
