Able did the original plumbing when we built our home in 2009, we had minor issues that they happily came to our home to repair free of charge. The plumbers are excellent and VERY knowledgeable, however the office staff can use a refresher in customer service. We had a repair done on our home in November and for the first time EVER received a bill. When we called to question it, we never received a call back. I called twice, my husband called once..then a month later we received yet another bill but this time with interest!!! After another phone call to the office, we were told at that time that they only maintained a 1 year warranty on the original work done. I was irritated that we were not told this before the work was done but reluctantly told the office clerk Sue i would remit payment--less than 2 weeks later my husband received 2 phone calls about the bill, 1 of those phone calls threatening us with legal action!!!!!! The bill was a lousy $100! After billing us for work that pricing was NEVER discussed, then NOT returning our phones to discuss a bill for something that we thought would be covered under warranty, CHARGING interest on a bill that we were unsure in the first place, THEN threatening legal action over a $100 ??!! GET REAL
Although the plumbers are pleasant and efficient., the lack of professionalism from the office staff will ensure that I NEVER use this company again....
p.s..They were the only company that helped with building our home that we NEVER received a warranty from.
