Steve is always very responsive and helps get your problem solved.  He often is able to help us troubleshoot our problem over the phone.  Would highly recommend him for any plumbing or HVAC problem.

I called the Todd Valley office yesterday morning as I realized I had no heat and freezing weather was approaching soon.  Despite a busy schedule, they were able to quickly dispatch a really knowledgeable and helpful technician (Mike!) who was able to figure out what was going on.  Unfortunately there were MULTIPLE issues affecting my house, including a lack of sufficient power (which is shockingly necessary to run a furnace!), a clogged drain and more (super fun day).  

Within a few hours I had power, heat and a clear drain.  Mike was so great.  I now have a very trusted person nearby.  I think these guys are great!!

I needed some plumbing work done and called a few plumbers in Omaha. Jeff Mumm Plumbing stood out when compared to the others. No games, no up-selling, just great service at a great price. The plumber who came out (Andy) was professional and was a really nice guy. He got the job done fast, and the customer service was fantastic. Jeff Mumm Plumbing is the ONLY place I will be calling for my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

We had Joe Fitzgarrald of Tip Top Plumbing fix the leaking pipe in our basement. We couldn't use the washing machine due to an apparently blocked pipe. We had two other companies come out and both told us we would have to dig up part of the basement to fix it. Expensive! Joe gave us three possible solutions, including breaking up the basement floor as the others suggested. We went with a different method that didn't involve any demolition. He also put in a new toilet, fixtures, and shower head in the upstairs bathroom. Cost was well below the other bids and affordable. He got all that done in one day and removed all the old stuff and debris. Highly recommend!

They installed a toilet and showerhead in my upstairs bathroom under a year ago. I was having some issues with leaking and they came out within a reasonable time and serviced the items they installed. No further issues after the employee fixed the problem

I called at 7:15pm today. I was looking for emergency plumbing service, and as MCR was listed as 24hour online, thought it was a possible option. The first red flag was when I called it was not the owner who answered but his young daughter, which made me believe that the wrong number was listed. It wasn't, I then held while she went to grab her father. Although a little off putting, that normally wouldn't be a huge concern. What WAS a concern was the rude attire of the guy who then took the phone. He immediately had a rude voice tone, put me down for calling almost 8pm on a Sunday asked are you sure it can't wait and then proceeded to tell me if I HAVE to come out it will start at $200 at least so he would suggest that it waits for another day. I'm not sure how he expects to obtain business with that attitude, but I'll be looking elsewhere now and I'm the future. I'll also be suggesting to others to do the same. I ended up calling roto rooters, another 24hour plumbing service not even ten minutes later, and they were WONDERFUL.

I was first impressed, that they did a great job. they did some work for me. and when he left the first time he said if you had any problems with leaks,etc to give him a call back? so, my kitchen faucet was still leaking so, I did give him a call and they came back to check it. He did what he could and said that I will probally have to call the company and get parts for my faucett. which was not a problem. but, then on his second visit he  charged me again?? I realize it costs them time to come out. but, if you can't fix it the first time then, there should be some kind of warranty. and now I have to order parts because it is still leaking! I have been in retail all my life and that is not just good customere service.

An amazing company who came into our home and fixed all the issues we have been having since moving in. We have had several companies come to fix the issue and no one else was able to do. The man who fixed our pipes is amazing and I highly recommend him and this company!!!

Not so good.  Jared came soon after we called and cleared out or clogged kitchen sink drain.  About a month later the drain clogged again and not due to anything we had done because I know that nothing went down that drain but water.  I called them back.  It took them two days this time to get out here.  As soon as the plumber arrived he looked at my old receipt and said that they wouldn't be responsible for the new clog and that I'd have to pay again for him to continue.  The reason they gave for not standing behind their work was old pipes.  So I dropped them and went to another company.  I'd rather have paid someone else that will stand behind their work.

Horrible experience with him. He didn't do the job we hired him for, his communication is terrible, he never showed up when he said he would, and he left a natural gas line with an open end, he could have blown up our entire house, he has no clue what he is doing.  Then to top it off, he kept our down payment of $4300.00 and refuses to refund us or finish the job.  Do yourself a favor and do not hire him!

Home Depot recommended King & Sons when I bought a water heater, so I gave them a shot. Everything went fine: the plumber was on time, picked up the water heater from home depot, installed it without trouble, removed the old one and left the house clean. The inspector has been by and gave it the green light, and I've had the water heater for a few weeks now without incident. And the bill matched the estimate I got upfront.
