This is our third time dealing with Cactus Plumbing and they've earned our future business. They've been prompt and pleasant to deal with each time we've had to call them out, and they really went above and beyond when an earthquake damaged our well, just two weeks after they'd pulled our dying well pump and replaced it with a new set up.  A+

I called early this morning due to an overnight frozen/burst pipe in my attic & small flood in my house. Ryan answered my call with cheerful professionalism but also concern for my problems, which was just what I needed in my distress. He said he would have a technician to my house within the hour and he did! Eric & Bubba were the best. They analyzed the issues, explained their game plan to me, went for parts & finished the work quickly - definitely made my bad day a little better!

Jake is amazing. Very fast and courteous. Needed a line replaced in my backyard and he did that and threw in additional clean outs in one day and for a very reasonable price! He's my go to plumber from now on.

I had purchased a replacement garbage disposal to replace my leaking disposal and I didn't feel that I could install it myself, so I scheduled with Hancock for the install.  Chris called prior to the scheduled appointment time to let me know he was on the way, which is something I really appreciate.  He wore his mask, which I also appreciate since I'm in the 'high risk' group.  He was courteous and efficient.  He had the disposal installed in a very short time, cleaned up the work space and disposed of the defective unit for me.  Service was top-notch and I would definitely call them again for other plumbing issues.

Shelby was amazing and got our sinks unclothed. He even tested our hard water. We have been having an issue with our water for a while but didn't know it was this bad. Thank you so much for your help​

Admittedly, I actually didn't have a leak after all. I was charged the service charge anyway, which I understand.  However, the plumber didn't have his own tools to diagnose the problem.  He had no tape measure and didn't have the camera that can see inside the walls (which was on the other truck). Even though he couldn't find evidence of any leak, he still proceeded to open up my wall, which I did agree to, but did a sloppy job, made a mess which he didn't clean up, and said sorry about your wall and left.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company!  I have used them to design and install my entire heat and air system and complete the plumbing, in a metal home that has had some unique challenges.  Words truely cannot express what a blessing the owner and employees have been to me.  When you call you will reach the owner who will immediately treat you like family.   They know their stuff and will openly discuss with you your options and will identify areas that will save you money, not just on the front end, but long-term as they intend to take care of you for the long haul.  I am building this home on my own, without the benefit of my most trusted advisor -- Lifetime was a genuine blessing to me as they were HONEST and treated me like a friend when I really needed one.  10 stars!!

Great customer service and an excellent plumber. Zach is honest and will fix whatever the problem is for a fair price. He has helped on several occasions with our rentals properties and I trust his knowledge and work ethics completely!!

Unfortunately my wife and myself found ourselves in a less than desireable plumbing situation. Our main sewage line in the back yard had crumbled and was in need of replacing. After going over our options we decided to use this company to install the new (more rugged) line! They were fast, on-time, and reasonably priced especially considering the situation.

I appreciate the fact that we can now go about our lives and feel confidient knowing our plumbing is in order.

Have known the owner for years.  Never hesitate to contact him when plumbing issues arrive, especially the major ones.  Plumbing issues cost, yet I don't mind paying when I know it'll be done right and can reach them if a return visit is warranted.  I have and will continue to refer him when asked for recommendations.

We use Buddy's for our Restaurant support business as well as our private home. They are respectful, responsible and responsive....bought the 2 plumbers their lunch today because of how fast/clean and courteous they were!

Saved me several thousands of dollars. Cleaned out my sewer lines when two other companies told me sewer lines would need to be replaced. Responded within several hours when I couldn't get a call back for weeks from other companies. Wish they had been my first call, would have saved me another $600 I was out with the other companies. Great job and would highly recommend.

Stay away from this place- they charge $70 just to come & give you an estimate. While they are at your home they check things and tell you you need $1200 update to breakers, outlets whatever they can soit. Biggest rip -off EVER! The discount deal they advertise is sure to be a scam. Every electrician I know gives free estimates.

Called twice left 2 voice messages and no response in a 24 hour period, won't be calling them again
