Called in plumbing issue. Kelly answered and was super pleasant. Guys were here within 10 minutes. Great, quick work and fairly priced!

Called Bob's Plumbing on a Sat night after another local plumbing company failed to show up. Bob's was there within an hour and charged a rate much lower than I expected for an after hours service call on a weekend. I am using Bob's from now on!

I have been a customer of Lieber Mechanical since owning my home. They have always taken excellent care and only sending skilled professionals to work on our heating and air conditioner.

This spring, they introduced us to Alonzo. He arrived on time and ready to work. He is a very polite individual always asking permission to enter the house and access the A/C unit. He explained each aspect of the service he was providing to us. Whenever he worked on the outside unit, he always asked permission to re-enter the home. Once finished, he explained the measurements and readings he took. Showed us a couple of additional items needing repair even going so far as to take pictures to show us the parts.

I am very appreciative of Alonzo. If you ever need this company, you won't have to worry about the level of service provided.

Awesome guys, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all with him being at my house. (My husband was a little worried.) The did a same day service and it was very last minute. Would recommend to anyone. Very professional. Made sure everything was good before he left.

Had a toilet stopped up; also wanted them to look at low water pressure in bathroom.  Was given a cost of $125; seemed high to me, but decided to go with it since I would get water pressure adjusted.  They fixed the toilet very quickly, but then announced it would be additional charge for water pressure issues.  I declined further service since it was an extra charge that shouldn't have been.  Would not recommend this company; go somewhere with better pricing and more honest estimate.

Prompt service, helpful and pleasant staff. Got my main drain cleaned quickly and easily.

We had an emergency water leak this week, and called Spot On Plumbing, because they seemed to be a small local business. Ryan came out quickly and  fixed the problem, and then, we had him repair a few other issues we were having with faucets, a toilet and had him  check our 20 year old, under performing hot water heater. He was efficient,  professional and friendly,  wore booties in the house, and left us with  estimates for 3 new hot water heaters, so that we could choose good, better, best for our needs.  We did have him come back to replace the hot water tank and were very happy with the results. We also felt like the price was fair and reasonable.  Thank you Ryan, and Spot On Plumbing!

On 11-18-2017 I had ACS, (Oscar G) arrive at my home in Edmond.  My plumbing issue was a leaking outside yard faucet that I took way too long to repair.  My not being timely in taking care of this problem sooner is that I had a Stroke in 2015.  My background prior to this stroke was in the trades.  Oscar looked at the leak and sure enough the problem would require his going under the house to cut off the copper pipe mated to the valve and fix me up with a new pipe and valve.  Oscar would need a 2nd man for safety reasons.  The price for this operation would be $525.00 and this was just an estimate.  Not that I am the best Tradesman to come along but Oscar seemed to not know about replacement of valve seats, i.e. rubber to metal rings used for years to FIX such leaks.
I paid the $100.00 for the service call and sent Oscar down the road.  My brother came over the next morning and pulled the valve apart and switched o-rings, and WOW the leak was fixed.  Cost for o-ring, .95 cents.  95 cents.  Let me say that again, 95 cents.  Folks, Do Not even consider ACS for your needs.  You will be very, very, SORRY.  If I could give zero stars I would.  Use ACS and you will be SORRY.

Probably not the cheapest option I could've found for A/C repair, but on a hot day in August, I'm not looking for cheap. I'm looking for quick and dependable.

I found them on Angie's List, where they have a lot of very good reviews (they're one of the top 2 in Oklahoma City for HVAC). They answered the phone very quickly, said they would call back as soon as they knew when they could have someone out. Within 90 minutes they were directing one of their techs to our residence.

The tech worked very quickly to resolve our issue, and he was very polite and professional.

Bought a new a/c and furnace in June 2022.   It's now Feb 2023 and they have been called out 8 times to troubleshoot issues.   Service techs are very nice.  However, their fixes are not long lasting.    Run!   Far far away!

This is our go to plumbing service. My dad Jeff Patton contacted them on behalf of my grandparents for a clogged kitchen sink. Dales plumbing communicated very effectively and efficiently with us. They provided a tight 2-hour window in which they would show up to the house, and they were there within that time frame! They provided the service on the spot and cleaned out multiple hard spots reaching up to 45 feet throughout the plumbing. The billing company was exceptional to work with and charged a very reasonable fee for the service that could be paid online or in person during the visit. Receipts are available electronically for paperless, contactless transactions. We are every pleased and will be using them for any future projects.

DRUNK owner claimed ignorance of the refund we were promised (by him) and refused to claim any responsibility for the incompetence of the guys his business sent out to our house over the weekend who didn't have the right equipment or knowledge and charged us for an hour and a half of weekend rates to do a job that should have taken 30-40 minutes.
