We have called Tate Plumbing for a few jobs. The biggest one was installing a Navien tankless water heater for our home. He recommended a model, explained why it would work for our needs, taught us how to care for it, and did a fabulous job with it.
Another job we called him for was removing and replacing a toilet flange another company messed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even helped us make a video so we could send it to the company explaining what they messed up. The other company ended up giving us all of our money back without a fight. There is no one I would recommend more for plumbing challenges than Tate Plumbing. Tate takes the cake.

My toilet had been running and I was unable to fix it due to the shut off valve needing to be replaced. I called on a Saturday afternoon and left a message and explained what I needed and that it was not an emergency. He returned my call Sunday evening and said he could come Monday morning. He was there when scheduled, replaced my shut off valve and stopped my running toilet. I had recently bought this older home and not knowing much about the existing plumbing, he took the time to answer my questions concerning my water heater, fixed a leaking drain at the kitchen sink and helped stabilize my shower head. In the short time he was here he put my mind at ease about all my plumbing concerns. I would definitely call him again to help with any plumbing needs.

Love these guys! I know it's really hard to get a plumber out right now, but apparently the on call guy was not far away and showed up in less than 20 min. He noticed I had new hardwood floors and insisted on wearing covers over his boots in the house. He was able to immediately troubleshoot the issue with my tankless water heater, which ultimately means I'll need it replaced because it's a 10 year old unit. He is currently swapping the old unit with one that's being delivered by another employee just so that I can have hot water tonight until they can get the actual replacement unit tomorrow! These guys are life savers!

David showed up exactly when he said he would. He was able to quickly identify our plumbing issue and then repaired it for a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and seems happy to answer questions. All in all a great customer service experience with an honest plumber. Very satisfied. Thanks David!

We originally call 1-Tom Plumbing to fix an issue with a Shop toilet. I asked to have the line scoped since it was never checked when we bought the place, he found there was no issue with the line but was the toilet itself not having enough water to flush. He fixed the issue with the toilet and only charged us for scoping the line.
We then called AGAIN for a leaky well water pressure tank and he was able to repair the piping the previous owners had pieced together. He then proceeded to help us understand all the ins and outs of our water pressure tanks since we are new to well water. Thank you for you Awesome Customer Service! You are our only plumber now.

We had Chase come out to fix a gas leak on our water tank. He was polite, he explained everything that he was going to have to do and how much it was going to be, and he was in and out in about an hour! Great affordable and local plumber!

I've had Courtesy Plumbing out several times to snake the sewer line. They always been on time and call to say when they'll arrive. Fast service and good work!

Dennis is fantastic.
After 6 slab leaks I'm very qualified to say that I'd
Give him 10 stars if I could
He's reasonably priced, prompt and finds the leak, and gets it fixed in very little time

They had no interest in fixing my water heater problem just selling me a new one. The technician who responded was very nice and on time.

My mother-in-law had a floor drain that was backing up into the garage. We had a plumber come out and he told us it was a leak in the sewer line under the slab. He thought it was probably under the kitchen floor. He estimated it would be anywhere from $4,800-$8,000 depending on what he found when he broke through the concrete. I called Oklahoma Slab Leak Pro based on the Google reviews for a second opinion. Fernando said he could come the next morning to give us a free estimate. Fernando arrived on time and began his inspection. He agreed with the other plumber, but said he wanted to bring in cameras to go into the line to get a better idea of where the leak was located. His crew came out the next morning and began the process of finding the leak. The camera they had was a bit too big, so they went and got a smaller camera and finally found the leak. They felt that the leak was in the sunroom addition to the house. He estimated it would be $3,700 and up depending on how much damage was under the slab. We agreed to the repair and the crew came out the next day. They put up plastic to keep the rest of the house clean from the dust and began making a hole in the concrete. They came again the next morning and were done by that evening. The repair was made much more difficult because of the thickness of the slab. It was an addition to the house and the concrete was at least twice as thick as normal. The sewer line was repaired from the sunroom to the garage. Fernando, Manny and their crew were all on time, polite and very clean. Fernando answered every time I called and would call me with updates. They even saved the old lament they removed from the floor and we were able to put it back down. You hardly notice they were ever there! They cleaned and mopped before they left leaving it cleaner then when they started. Slab sewer leaks are not cheap and the repair cost $4,800, but I would highly recommend Oklahoma Slab Leak Pro for your repair services.

I called these people to ask a question and to see if I needed a what they called a tech to come out to my house and was promised I would get a return call to answer that question, that was a day ago. Why pay someone to answer a phone to do nothing? I literally mean nothing he couldn't answer any questions or even forward a message to someone with knowledge who could possibly answer a question. This is bad business when they can't even follow through with a promise that someone will call you back, if they can't even handle a task as simple as this I certainly don't want them to work on my plumbing! I will pass the word around Yukon about my experience with these people

Massively over tightened an outdoor frost free faucet and damaged a solder joint. Faucet blew apart on Xmas day. I called
and the outgoing message states: we no longer work on weekends I was astonished! Finally reached them on Tues 12/27 and reported the problem. At the first hint that this might be a redo of the previous repair they immediately went into the dog ate my homework mode. After Becky repeatedly telling me that that would send some out they never did. 10 days deep she tells me that I am at the top of the service call list. Still no show. I guess easier to just lie than stand behind your work! Sad and pitifu! FYI with 45 minutes of my time and Pennys worth of solder and flux I was able to correct the damage that these Professionals incurred.
I wouldn't recommend these folks to properly screw on a garden hose!
