Had an issue with my tankless hot water heater. Came our and fixed on time. Great company
A few months ago they put in a new water heater for me. A few weeks ago I discovered I could not keep the pilot light lit and could only take freezing cold showers. I called them about the problem and they scheduled someone to come out right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part in just a few minutes. Luckily, the repairs were covered by the warranty. Everyone was very nice, very efficient, and very quick to address the issue.

Shelby was amazing and got our sinks unclothed. He even tested our hard water. We have been having an issue with our water for a while but didn't know it was this bad. Thank you so much for your help

I went out and got four different quotes including plumbers and a big box store to replace my water heater. I went with Rapid Water Heaters because the crew knew they'e stuff and they had the best price. Also they were really fast. I am very please with how the job turned out and am glad I chose Rapid. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Lady called back quickly. Talked over me and did not listen to what I had to say. I asked if I could talk and she was very rude so I said I was no longer interested. Could have been a customer if she had listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what I want.

Owner did call me back later and apologized and offered to help me with anything I needed. I have already hired someone else, but appreciate him reaching out. Adding stars to the review since I believe he would ensure any work done would be right.

Fast, efficient & professional. In less than 2 hours I had a new water heater. Very pleased. I hope I don't need you again for a very long time, but if I do, I'll be calling Rapid Water Heaters again.
The pilot went out which is very rare but the technician cam out the very next morning and said the parts could take three days but then said they were going to take one off of the other new unit just to get us water that morning. Very fast and efficient! Thank you guys for all of your help and customer service!
