We had to call Schuler Enterprises because of a back up in our plumbing. I could not have been more pleased with how professional they were from the answering service taking my phone call to the 2 techs who came out to fix the problem! I highly recommend this company if you need plumbing services!

I'll start with saying I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and using them if I ever need to in the future. I called a few places before I decided on Plumb Crazy Plumbing. They met me at my house within 20 minutes of me calling. They told me they don't charge for coming out which was really nice. Once they checked everything out, they told me the steps they would take and how much it would cost before they started. If the first thing they tried didn't work, they let me know how much the second step would cost. Luckily they were able to fix it the first time and were done within 30 minutes. Brennan was very professional and helpful. It was a huge relief for me!

I would highly recommend Patmon Plumbing if you need to hire a plumber. He was fast, professional, curteous, and fair-priced. When my kitchen sink job needed an extra piece, he talked to me about it first -- no hidden costs and great communication. 5 star service!!

The  guys at All Out Pump Services and Drilling were GREAT!!!  They came out on Labor Day for us without astronomical charges.  Diagnosed our problem with the water tank control box and installed the new one.  personable guys, knowledgeable and very accommodating to come out on the holiday!  I will be calling them in the future when we have issues.  Thanks so much for the GREAT service!

Had a great experience with Mac's. He was able to get to my problem very quickly and the work he did was outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone and will be using for future projects.

AMAZING!!!!!!  I had a serious problem with water backing up into the house.  I have dealt with three other plumbers, spending hundreds of dollars and still have the problem. One Plumber wanted to bust up the concrete at a price of $3000.
Client took one look and said I think it's just a clogged drain and we can clean it out on the outside of the house. He dug down and found the clean out pipe and there was a huge tree limb blocking it almost completely. He yanked it out and the water flowed immediately. This is been an ongoing problem for me for THREE years. Client diagnosed it in 10 minutes and within 30 minutes had the problem resolved.  And by the way all of this was on a Sunday afternoon.
If you need a plumber in the Shawnee area or anywhere close this is the guy you want to use.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Hicks. Their prices were significantly lower than others we had received. They were quick and professional with the installation. Would definitely recommend.

When I called and left My Plumber a message, he didn't call me back until the next morning. I later found out Bob is a one man shop. I'm not sure how he handles plumbing emergencies.
Spoke to Bob and he showed up on time once he got me on schedule.
First he made sure the issue I was having is actually the issue I had asked him to fix. He then moved on quickly in setting up the area - even had a large plastic with him to make sure water will not go everywhere and started to work on the issue. He made sure all the connections are secure and there are no leaks as he re-pressurized the lines; even assured me the credit card charge is safe and he's not storing anything on his phone before he left.
To me, Bob's charges are fair. I can tell he tried as best as he could to reuse some of the parts so he doesn't have to charge the customer the costs. But, it's a 16 years old house in city's hard water; some fittings just refused to budge.
Bob just left - will update if there's any issues with workmanship. So far, I'm very glad for his honest and responsible workmanship. Bob even advised me on what to search for on a couple of other issues and where to get cheaper parts. Will be calling Bob in the very near future as soon as the work is budgeted for other plumbing issues for my home.

Bob from My Plumber is still my go to plumber. He has done 3 or 4 different things (leaky washing machine valves, leaky shower head, etc) for our house since my last review. Excellent plumber.

Jett was hired through home warranty but I will continue to use and recommend them. Joe is professional and very helpful. You can tell he actually cares about the customer and not just the $$$. If I could rate them even higher I would!

3rd time we have used Edmond Plumbing for service issues.  This time it was a toilet bolt / flange issue.

They have great communication, arrive on time, come in and make an assessment and do what they say they'll do, and even a little more.

The flange was broken and whomever originally put it in did not grout and support it like they should have.  Mark addressed the issues with his apprentice and were in and out in about 90 minutes at a reasonable price.  We will use them again and recommend them.

I woke up thk my 23 year old water heater leaking into its pan. I had to go to work so I had to figure out who to call. A coworker knows the owners and suggested 5 Star! Got home and called at 153p., at 440pm I had a new tank installed by Carson and Leo Thanks to a couple discounts and TFCU, I am in hot water again‼ I am very grateful for a clean cut service team and a patient, understanding owner!

These guys are the rudest and most disrespectful individuals I have ever encountered. I had a simple pipe malfunction because of the cold weather and they acted as if they fixed it when they didn't fix a thing.  The pipe busted as soon as they left and they blocked our call and later reacted as if they did everything they could when our friend from a technical school fixed it in minutes. They're liars, rude, and ultimately disrespectful. I would never recommend them to anyone who wants to work with honest and respectful employees. This is not the company for you if you actually need help.

Very poor customer service! We had a problem with water coming out on our living room carpet. I called our HVAC company and they sent a technician right out. The HVAC tech told me it was not an HVAC problem, it was a plumbing problem. My central drain was clogged. I called Rucker Mechanical on 4/26/2019. I had to wait until their tech Jonathan came out on 5/2/2019. When Jonathan came out, he looked in the HVAC closet and said it was an HVAC problem. I told him that our HVAC company had already been out and said it was a plumbing problem with a clogged central line. He asked if we had a central clean-out valve. I told him I didn't think so, as that would have probably come up in the past. He went outside and looked and found none. He then flushed both of my toilets, ran water in my sinks, shower and tub and said he could not find the problem. He did not check the washing machine! Neither did he even lift the tape up and look into the drain of the HVAC closet. He didn't want to do any work! But he charged me $118 for nothing! Do not use this company! I called Rucker again on 5/11/2019 as the water was getting really bad on the living room carpet. They sent Ryan to check the problem. Ryan was at our house quite a while and checked everything! He had me run a load of laundry and when it started to drain, he found the problem. He told me as it was Saturday, I would have to pay a large overtime charge. If I could wait until Monday, he would come back and take care of the problem. He said he would try to get the previous $118 fee deducted from my cost. Ryan didn't charge me for the visit on Saturday. Well, Monday morning comes and my husband calls to see when Rucker is coming to our house. They are not! They do not feel responsible for anything! Don't use this company! They are frauds!

This company took four weeks to replace a bathroom faucet at our residence. They didn't show up at all for two appointments and showed up unannounced a third time. We were told the repair would take 30 minutes and after an hour had passed and the repair was not finished, we had to leave and asked the gentleman to return later to finish. When they called later to reschedule, the representative was rude to my wife. Horrible service, would not recommend to anyone. 0/5 stars

For the same problem.
To much BS
They claim on one invoice working 6 hours,
Tenants on property saw them, only spent 1 hour.
Completely a ripoff.
Stay away!

Very unimpressed with the lack of tact. Saw a comment from him on someone else's Instagram with terrible gay and racial slurs. That alone would make me never use this company.
