I am a licensed insurance adjuster and I know quality service from a contractor and Cactus Plumbing has my 5 star rating. Cactus Service Pros customer service was better than advertised. My shower handle would not turn water off (cartridge stripped)  on a slow draining 2nd story bath tub. Panicking before it overflows, I needed a local plumber fast, so I checked reviews and called them for the first time, They were on their way immediately.  They turned off the water to prevent an ugly mess and diagnosed the problem, and gave me there estimate. I am very satisfied with Cactus Plumbing and relieved  that I found a plumber that I can trust and rely on for my 100 plus year old house.

Receptionist who took my call was friendly and setup a date/time.  My plumbing issue was not an emergency, so I didn't mind waiting a couple days.  Cyndee called and sent me a text prior to arrival, she was friendly and responsive as I missed the call initially.  Andy arrived, cleared the drain, confirmed that everything was flowing out as expected, and answered a few questions I had.  Price was fair.  Now I know who to call if/when I need a Pro!

Michael (owner) was referred to me by my realtor when I purchased my new home. I needed a waterline installed for my new refrigerator and I also needed a clogged drain pipe snaked. He was on time for the appointment and was very professional and accommodating. There are tons of contractors out there who take advantage of new homeowners and I'm glad the first person I called for plumbing issues was a trustworthy person. I would highly recommend Punctual Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Prices are fair and worth the customer service and quality work that Michael provides.

Local, honest service you can depend on.  You have to call and leave a message because this is not a big operation (Guthrie mom and pop).   Always treated fair and right.  This is who all the local businesses and folks use.

No response to my inquiry.  Left a second message and still nothing.  I would hate to hire them and this is how they would treat me after I have already paid.

We hired this company to fix our outdoor gas fire pit. They came to our house in a reasonable time frame and we're on time. That is where the good news ends. The three man crew didn't say but 3 words, looked at the problem and told us they'd have to research parts and get back to us with a quote. Knowing prices have gone up recently we were not surprised when we were given a quote of $500+ for the gas pipe and gas ring repair. We authorized them to order parts and get back to us for another actual repair appointment. Again, the company was responsive and on time. This time there was one plumbing specialist and he finished the repair in about 30 minutes. He came to the door to collect payment and went on his way. At the time we were extremely busy and had no chance to inspect the work. The next day we went outside and noticed that the gas ring that was replaced was in no way shape or form equal to what was in the fire pit before. (My husband explained that the gas rings were rusted out and fell apart when we removed them) They claimed we didn't explain to them what was there before but we did. The tiny little gas ring was about 8 inches in diameter in a 31 inch fire pit. How does that make any sense?  A representative called to make sure we were satisfied with the service and I explained to Her  we were not. She apologized and said someone would get back to me. After about 15 minutes Stephen called me back (he did not identify his position in the company) and advised us that if we wanted the bigger gas ring it would be an additional $585. I declined politely, hung up and moved on. We have since found a part for our pit on Amazon for half the price and made the repair ourselves. We have come to terms with the fact that we were overcharged and taken advantage of most likely because we just moved into town from out of state. So, besides being punctual I have nothing nice to say. Make sure you get different quotes when this company gives you a price. I am attaching a picture to show the size of the fire pit compared to the gas ring they installed.

Water was backing up in the toilets on a Sunday morning. Grooms was recommended by a friend. They came out same morning and cleared out the sewer line. Very nice and professional plumber. Reasonable rates. I will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them as well.

Anderson plumbing came out to fix my faucet in the back. he did an amazing job. it was very quick as well. I would definitely recommend Anderson plumbing. John did a great job!!!

I have been a Leons customer for well over a decade and almost 2 at this point.  They are the only plumbers that I will trust to work on my home.  While the last service call was rather pricey, in their defense on the invoice was the word Sawzall....

I had a plumbing issue at a rental property that the Hull Team addressed quickly, as well as being cost effective too.
Yesterday, I needed to call them yet again, this time for the home I live in built in 1928...once again extremely pleased with the office staff Becky
and the service tech Jacob for fitting me in the same day plus solving the problem at a great price.

Scott asked if he could use my backyard to dig a trench for my neighbors plumbing. He told me it would just take a day, then would clean up and put the fence back. 10 days later with him periodically coming from 9pm-12am doing little to no progress. He stole a bike from the back and even his coworker told me every time he's worked with Scott something of his gets stolen. On top of that Scott called me a lazy ass for not doing his own job. Be careful, his word is sketchy and he steals.
