We purchased a whole house water treatment/softener system and hired Marques to install it for us. He is an excellent businessman and his outgoing personality makes him a pleasure to work with. He gave us a very reasonable and fair quote for the job and I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. I will call on him again if I ever need a plumber!

Mike was quick to respond to my request to replace a leaky outdoor faucet. Was able to fit me in within a couple of days, showed up when he said he would and did a nice job for a reasonable price.

My new go-to plumber! Very nice, knowledgeable, and timely.
I paid $75 for a partial service call, which is cheaper than I was expecting. I was relieved he didn't try to sell me a new water heater when all I needed help with was relighting my pilot light. I tried for an entire day and it wouldn't catch. I kept seeing the spark but it wouldn't light. I almost got same-day service, which is impressive when I called at 2pm, but traffic delayed him and instead we scheduled for 8am the next morning. He was here 10 minutes early and it took him less than 20 minutes to resolve the issue. Again, instead of jumping straight to buying new equipment, he first offered a band-aid solution if the problem came back since a new water heater is expensive. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again!

Best plumber in the state do I need to say more. Fix the AC and had a leak in the floor that I though would have to Tera the floor up. They fix the leak and saved us money.

Had a clogged sewer line. Brandon's quoted $4800 to $5200 to repair it after claiming they scoped it with a camera. Got a second bid from Edco Plumbing who scoped it with a camera. Edco snaked the blockage of baby wipes, etc out for $386, then ran the camera to show me there was no structural problem whatsoever and there was no need to replace it. I asked Brandon's Plumbing to have a supervisor call me. They told me one would, but one never did. Needless to say, I won't call Brandon's Plumbing again.

These guys are dependable and honest. They did a large remodel-addition for us and really came through, helping us stay on target.

As you can see from the multiple other 1 star reviews my experience was no different. Charges double to triple the average cost of simple repairs and takes advantage of emergencies to coat their pockets. Was estimated one price for total repairs only to have it change the next day upon arrival. Steer clear of these scamming low lives.

They came out within the agreed upon timeframe. Javier the representative was very nice. But the quote was incredibly expensive. 1/3 more expensive than 2 other quotes. It was hard to tell where the added cost came from because the quote just listed what was required and did not have itemized pricing. Which felt very unethical with the substantially higher cost. All other quotes from other companies were detailed with itemized costs. And after completion actually charged me even less because they finished faster than quoted. Get more than one quote always. They also charge $99 for a quote. No one else did that.

A small piece came off the water heater and a knowledgeable neighbor was kind enough to shut off the water and give me the part to be re-attached with the fact it was a small 30 minute repair. Zane replaced the part and said they could not get the pilot light to light. I needed a new tank, pipes, vent and the works. Verbal estimate (no written) of $4,200.00. Since it worked fine yesterday I decided to consult my neighbor on the price. First try the neighbor got the pilot light lit and it worked fine! A new tank costs about $600 at Home Depot and googling the repair is about $600 labor or less. It costed me nothing to just relight the pilot so I guess they are just greedy scammers up selling a woman. I can't post a minus. BEWARE!!!!
