I echo everyone else's reviews: this is a place to find specific hardware at a better price than Lowe's or Home Depot, but with a more limited selection than those places, and a less user-friendly environment. It is for building professionals.
I am NOT a building professional, but I do know how to change a faucet. I came here for a specific fitting on my shower faucet and they helped me. They were NOT condescending and in fact took the time to explain the difference between two similar parts I was considering.
It's a good addition to your usual Ace Hardware-Lowe's-Home Depot circuit of stores when you're doing major or minor plumbing or electrical work.
I highly recommend them if you have something specific in mind (especially if it's hard to find), but if you're just a clueless consumer looking to pretty up your bathroom or kitchen, you might want to consider shopping somewhere else.

Quick to respond to my call. On time, as promised. He unstopped my drain, I had had another plumber out prior that was unable to.

So I had to replace my toilet this month of all months... Someone suggested a couple of plumbers and it seems like  in this state no one wants to work I called them no responses back so I finally got the name of another plumbing company in Guthrie called Better DAY PLUMBING and they came pretty much right away I went and bought the toilet brought it home they installed it they fix my kitchen sink & replaced my leaking faucet in the backyard.  these guys are amazing very nice cordial polite but professional and get this wait for it.......CHEAP all that that they did for me cost $200.  for a plumber that is a amazing! so I just wanted to  let everyone know if you need a plumber you can't go wrong with these guys.

At the most this should have cost $150.00!!!
My wife insisted on having me call. I did so and it was the most stupid moronic imbecilic idiotic and screwed up mistaked one could make!!!!
This company charged me $389.00 to replace 2 values and the plumber was only here for 20 minutes!!!!!  
Never hire this over priced company!!!!!! Imagine how much these people would charge to fix install a water heater!!!!
Never!!!!! Never!!!! call them unless paying several times the normal rate is the thing to do!!!!

Technicians are well trained to abuse with the cost.

If anyone is looking for a plumber def Do Not use BL3 plumbing in moore oklahoma. I had called them to fix a clogged up kitchen drain at my house he was there for about 30 min didn't clear the issue and stated I would need to get a camera to locate the clog and that most likely I would need to replace the pipe under my foundation and it would cost 3800. So I said I would call a different plumber the new plumber came out had the drain cleared in 30 min. I reached back out to BL3 to see if they could refund some of my 140$ due to another plumber coming out and fixing the issue they stated that they would not refund any money due to the damage my pipes did to their auger I mean really just a bunch of crooks trying to get one over on unknowing citizens.

Was shocked to learn that hot water heater prices generally much lower than we paid this contractor.  We had a 50-gallon tank replaced. A straight-forward job, easy access in a garage closet.  Paid $2,080. I found the exact same water heater on line at two different sources (one Amazon) for $800 after shipping and tax.  That means we paid 1bout $1,300 for install (about 3 hours, 1 person).  I can not find anywhere online where people have paid this much.  This individual, Ezra, said they would normally charge around $700 to install a unit obtained by the customer. So that tells me we paid an extra $500.  And that accepting $700 as installation cost. That is much higher than I see anywhere online (Angielist, etc.).  Alas.  Live and learn.  Next time multiple quotes.

They installed a unit a little over 2 years ago, shortly after, our ceiling collapsed because of a faulty cut off switch, they came out and fixed the ceiling and the switch.
They came out June 2nd at a cost of $140 and they are supposed to thoroughly clean and service the unit, on July 29th less than 2 months since the service the unit malfunctioned, with the same problem as before, this time the cutoff switch worked, and shut down the unit, we called them and their answering service and were told we would have to wait until the 1st of August for repairs.

    We had to call another provider to come fix the unit, when they came out, they said that the units P-Trap needed cleaned out, and it should be done once a year on our type of unit. and that is what we paid this company to do and apparently, they charged us $140 for nothing. also, we had to pay $299 out of pocket to another company to thoroughly clean the unit, since this company did not.
   I have requested a refund for the $140 service call that did not happen and the $299 because they did not do a proper service call on June 2nd.

To this point all they have done is cancel our labor warranty and are refusing to take responsibility and are not paying the $439 out of pocket expense they owe. my experience with this company is that they do not honor their Labor warranty, they did not do a proper service call in June and will leave you hanging with out-of-pocket expenses instead of honoring their work.

Poor business practices!!  This company went to look at a commercial job and submitted a proposal for repairs.  Once the proposal was approved, they refused to do the work.  They said they wouldn't do the work under our terms and conditions even though they were provided before they went out the first time.  Would not use this company ever again.
