Best Drain Cleaning in Oakland CA

I'm now facing over $3000 dollars in property damages after my experience with them and still have to find another plumber to fix my original issue. Please think twice before using them.

Our kitchen sink faucet starting leaking and we have a full house! Abraham came super fast and identified the problems, 3 of them including multiple leaks, and fixed it all within an hour. Highly recommended!!

Prior to the repair, Joel responded to all my email concerns and inquiries. On the scheduled day, Joel's team arrived earlier. They immediately went to work to systematically diagnose the problem. I thought the problem was big as I imagined. A dishonest plumber can always take advantage of this situation. But Joel's team was very honest and gave suggestions on how to fix it right and the cheapest way. No unnecessary repairs were done. He was accurate and straight to the point. Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

Our hot water heater was giving us vast problems.  I gave Joey a call and he came out the *next day* and installed a brand-new American Standard hot water heater.  He and his assistant are real nice guys.  And quite knowledgeable as well.  What I like is within their busy schedule they make time for you.  Several other plumbers I have called are booked up for days.  Joey is always there the same or next day.

The other good thing is if I need plumbing parts, Joey knows a lot of great places to go that are very helpful with their customers.  He does not refer Home Depot (I personally don't care for that place).  But he does refer you to great suppliers if you need parts.

Elite Plumbing & Rooters promptly responded to my call and scheduled an appointment to provide me a quote. Awais explained the specific details of the job and quoted a fair price. He was very professional, timely and did excellent work.  The work was completed the same day.  I recommend Elite Plumbing & Rooters and plan to call them for future jobs.

I've known owner Tom Cortez and his family for over 20 years through St. Raymond's in Dublin, but when our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) went out last week. that was not the first reason I called Savior Plumbing.

The reason I called is great service. Tom sent a crew member out the next day and not only replaced the PRV valve, but also replaced some leaking hose bibs in the laundry room.

Their man was fast, efficient, professional and did excellent work on both jobs.

I didnt hire them or even consider it, so I can't say anything about their work. But their van almost hit us, we were exiting a freeway and they kept honking as if we were going to slow even though it was just crowded, then went around us onto the street we were going to (very dangerous in this intersection) and almost hit a kid crossing the street and had the audacity to honk at him and us, as if they weren't the ones driving recklessly and rudely.

Called them up and their communications, response and work was perfect.  Able to come out and solve the problem on the same day I called them.  Very friendly guys, when their prior job was running late they called to let me know as well as ask if it was still OK to come.  Will use them from now on when I have any plumbing issues.

Paul was excellent to work with. Pricing was great and he was very punctual and efficient. He did a great job. I would definitely hire him again and refer him to friends and family.

They are good at what they do, and I have no complaints there. In fact, I've interacted with many of their employees and everyone seems very professional and clearly wants to do good work for their customers. In particular, I noticed that they know when to appropriately 'bump things up' to the boss if they encounter something they are not familiar with.

I was also very impressed with their persistence in finding a replacement part for my space heater connection, which - in the process of replacing my water heater - also had to be replaced. After the replacements, I have had no issues, and everything is working as it should. However, it did take almost 2 months for the entire fix.

My biggest issue was with the difficulty in scheduling appointments and being stood up a few times after I was told that someone would be 'stopping by shortly'. I hope they learn to keep in better contact with their customers and at least follow up if they are not planning on showing up for a scheduled appointment!

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Called and receptionist had no personality.  Spoke with a guy that said it would be about $75 to replace a shut off valve, shouldn't take more than 15-minutes.  Replaced it in about 10-minutes but wouldn't leave a bill, said they would mail it to me.  Two weeks later I get a bill for $148!  For 10-minutes of work!!!!

Make sure they give you a written estimate so you don't get swindled like I did!

I had clogged drain in an old system.  They showed up on time, analyzed it immediately, gave me a good price, and did a great job.  No reservations at all.  I will use them again.

This star rating is based on price, not on actual performance.  These folks came highly recommended from an architect I trust.  He vouched for the quality of their work.  My problem is their pricing - it was astronomical.  On top of that, there was a solution they didn't think of (or offer) that ended up being fantastic.  But the main thing was price.  I called back my architect friend and he was amazed as well.  I am sure that the best work commands the highest price, and maybe that is what's going on here.  Either way, you are sure to be able to get safe, professional work done at more reasonable prices.  Whatever you do, you should get multiple bids from legit licensed contractors (with insurance, etc.) and compare before just taking one estimate from Lunt Marymor and plunking down the cash.  Unless you're some rich person, in which case, time is money, so then go ahead - I am sure they'll do a fine job.

As always in my experience Albert Nahman Plumbing does the job effectively and pleasantly.  I've never had anything but the best experience with them.  Their workmen are knowledgeable, tidy, timely and efficient. I couldn't be more satisfied and confident with their service.

We've used Valley Home Plumbing 3 or 4 times now for plumbing work on our property..  On simple jobs and some large, complex jobs.  They have done a great job every time!  I'm a big fan.  I feel like they are very professional, very honest and trustworthy.
