Friday afternoon. Gave them access to the cleanout from the plumbing in our home(under floor of closet) cleared everything out of the way. They left a MESS. Super unprofessional. Didnt tell me about the mess even. They just left.

The team at Kenneth Asire are absolutely first rate: my kitchen sink P-trap sprank a leak at dinner time. In the morning I was able to schedule same day srvice. I was given a 2 hour window for technician arrival, text message and e-mail confirming appointments, regular updates on progress. Tech was corteous and fast in changing the hardware and fixing the problem. He tested thoroughly for leaks before leaving. No mess left behind. I am a very happy customer indeed!

Had an a emergency with my water heater 1am. My water heater was leaking everywhere! My toilet wasn't working/flushing and they were able to get me a quick appointment and were super flexible with my scheduling( on the day of my sceduled appointment i was running late and they made it work). Vlad came and replaced my toilet filler thing and flapper and stayed to make sure it was running. He tried mutplie flappers to make sure there was no more leakage at all. Amazing dedication and very impressed with the thouroughness in his work. If i ever need anything plumbing related i will be sure to use you guys again. So pleased with the result. I called Kenneth Asire Plumbing because they had great reviews for repairing water heaters. I wanted someone to troubleshoot and repair the water heater and not just replace it. They were courteous, responsive, and got the job done. They located the part that failed and replaced it for me right away. Will call them for help again if needed.

Kenneth Asire Plumbing was professional, efficient and fairly priced. I had a water heater replaced. I was impressed by Justin who came out with an assistant to do a free estimate and later the work. He took the time to explain everything and the install including haul away was about 2.5 hours with team of two. Justin also provided me an estimate for some other plumbing work to replace a shower valve which was smarter approach more reasonable than another plumber.

KAP stepped up to help us out of a pinch on a short-notice, same-day service request.  The technician was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and from a trades perspective 'worked clean' which is highly appreciated in a residential job-space.  We found the costing to be fair and unlike some of the larger Magical plumbing firms you may also check-in with, KAP is anything but dismissive and clearly values their client relationship.

Justin from Kenneth Asire Plumbing did a great job! He helped me remove a stubborn bathtub faucet cartridge that would not want to come out. Unfortunately there was no access point under the bathtub so he figured out a way to remove it. He also helped me find the replacement cartridge and came back to instal it. Ken did an outstanding job of helping us with an old, under the floor pipe that needed replacing. We had to take the floor out and get rid of a mound of dirt to get to the pipe.  He was knowledgeable, personable and kept us informed of the process as he went along.  He is definitely our go to guy for plumbing needs.

We needed a faucet installed in an existing sink. Also the garbage disposal, which the company advised us to replace. This was done efficiently. Also our new cooktop had to be connected to the existing gas line. all was done correctly.
Communication was excellent and the tech showed up on time.
My only concern is that the fee seemed high. We were charged $850 for these two projects which took under two hours. I didn't get competing quotes so I can't be sure. Maybe plumbers make $400 an hour now but I doubt it.

My old water tank heater was almost 20 years old and is no longer manufactured. I wanted it replaced with energy efficient kind (amongst other updated features) before issues arose. I considered a tankless heater, but this would entail much reconfigurations and higher costs.
I did my own research on a few tank heaters that are not sold in big box stores, and it boiled down to two competing popular (somewhat high-end) brands. After interviewing three licensed plumbers with good reviews I chose Asire Plumbing due to the owner patiently discussed the two brands in detail, since I couldn't decide which to pick. The KSP website also has a few photos of past work, and the office staff were professional and responsive. Added to all this was the reasonable price and extensive knowledge of the different brands.
I also had good experience with the installer, Vladimir and his work partner: they were honest, careful, efficient, cleaned up the work area and professional. Kenneth Asire Plumbing is true to what they said will  deliver. I have no qualms about using them again. Thank you, Kenner Asire and Staff!

Very pleased with the work done today by Vladmir and his partner. They replaced two 40-gallon water heaters in just a couple of hours. They were super quick in every aspect. Same-day estimate, ready to do the job just a couple of days later, faster-than-expected completion time. They also came in at the absolute best price of about 5-6 estimates. Old water heater sprung a leak. A PG&E rep said it needed to be replaced and had some failing connections. I contacted three places, and Kenneth Asire Plumbing was able to come and give a free estimate first. Vlad was efficient, clear, and able to give me what seemed (from my PG&E recommendation) to be a fair price, and he could get started pretty much right away. I took it. About an hour-and-a-half later, after working with an assistant, Vlad had the job done, and even made some adjustments to ensure I was happy with the work. Couldn't be more pleased.

Team arrived within an hour of my desperate phone call. All work was done quickly, without fuss and without making a mess. I will definitely use  Kenneth again.

Earlier this year, my husband and I bought a house that came with old tank water heater. The water heater worked fine, but we didn't want to risk having a flood in our garage and live without hot water. We wanted to change to a tankless water heater because of good things we heard about it and also the size of it being small. We had about 5 plumbers coming to give estimate to install tankless water heater unit. Everyone including Kenneth gave a different suggestion, but we felt more comfortable working with Kenneth because of his communication. He sounded like he knew what he was doing(or going to do). He also didn't recommend us changing to the tankless one because of how the price is much higher and it also has its problems. He gave us estimate, the highest estimate of all the plumbers that came to my place, but not too high from others. I trusted reviews from Yelp and other websites, so I decided to go with him.

The crew came promptly on time and worked really fast and carefully. Dissembled the old tank and hauled away, installed gas line and water line to a new place for the tankless, installing tankless, drilled wall for outside pipe, installed recirculation pump, etc, etc, testing water, done. They did all of this in 4 hours. The job is nicely done. My garage didn't turn into a dust room or a trash room. I'm very happy and pleased with the quality of the job. Plus, the crew has their mask on and took off the shoes when walking in the house.

I would hire them again for any future plumbing job. I just hope they weren't too busy!

Jerwyn was on n time, honest, friendly, professional.  I don't give 5 stars to just anyone.  Just a few days ago, another company, the antithesis of what this company stands for, came and basically made up a bunch of bull + $$$$$ for something unnecessary.   Go with Kenneth Asire Plumbing and ask for Jerwyn; he's great.

I called them late one afternoon; two guys showed up right on time the next morning.  They fixed a couple of leaks on different faucets very quickly and effectively, and the price seemed very reasonable.

The shower valve was broken and there was a steady stream of water leaking into the tub. We called kennethasire plumbing , and they despatched Vladimir and another plumber and within 30 minutes they arrived, replaced the valve in 15 minutes and then left. I was impressed. They are very professional, efficient and prompt.

This is how a service business should operate!  I've relied on Kenneth and his team three times for various problems.  Kenneth communicates promptly and clearly, shows up when I need him and gives me confidence the job has been well done.  I'm getting ready to hire him for another project, and he'll have my business for life with performance like I've seen from him.

The lady who handled my call was very nice and offered me two choices of times for the plumber to come out - which was really helpful because I have a weird work schedule.

Justin, the plumber, was on time and very friendly.  He quickly figured out the problems we were having with two of our toilets and he fixed them really quickly (we needed new fill valves and shut off valves).    He was friendly, explained things well, and was polite.

Kenneth has been a reliable part of my home management team for 3+ years now.  I was amazed the first time I had him come to fix what I thought was a complicated problem, and he did it within 2 hours and had the replacement parts in his car - even providing two options for new sink stoppers! We live in a modern home with contemporary, custom fixtures throughout, fixtures that other plumbers have found intimidating and not wanted to tinker with. None of this scared him. He was worked on extremely upscale properties and knows the various toilets, sinks, back end plumbing systems, etc,  I trust him completely and find that he is a consummate professional - always picks up the phone and makes an appt on the spot. No back and forth leaving voicemails. He confirms via text, and his team is on time. Upon arrival, he outlines the plan and executes quickly. Never wastes my time, which I appreciate.  Can't be better....

I'm now facing over $3000 dollars in property damages after my experience with them and still have to find another plumber to fix my original issue. Please think twice before using them.

I had a mysterious water leak coming out between my baseboard and the bathroom floor in my condo unit that would appear after taking a shower. I was really dreading trying to solve this situation and praying that no neighbors were the cause or would be affected since that would be a huge headache with a possibility for neighborly dispute.  KA's dispatcher (Colleen) got back to me right away and was super responsive over text and phone and gave me a requested 1 hour heads up before the technician arrived. The first technician didn't end up diagnosing the situation correctly, so when the leak appeared again, I reached out to Colleen to ask someone to come out again and Kenneth himself appeared to figure out the mysterious leak. Kenneth was patient and brilliant in trying to re-create the leak: he checked the shower head, the mixing valve, the drain before finally spotting an opening in the caulking of the bathtub spout. After pouring water into that crack, the leak appeared - apparently water was splashing off a person and running down into the crack and going behind the wall.

Kenneth sealed the gap with caulking and went ahead and caulked the overflow and the shower plate for good measure. I really appreciated the thoroughness and how I did NOT have to open a hole in the wall to determine the source of the leak, which would have been truly awful. Saved me a huge amount of time and effort and $. Thanks, Ken!

Courteous, punctual and professional. They replaced a wax ring for our toilet and snaked the drain to get everything moving smoothly again.

Kenny did a GREAT JOB for my family! My daughter flushed her toothbrush down the toilet and it got stuck causing the toilet to overflow. He was very upfront about the different scenarios he could use to try to retrieve the toothbrush (and the expense for each). He was able to do some plumber magic and retrieve the toothbrush without having to take off the toilet from the floor base (which would have been more costly). He was friendly, and you could tell he was mindful of being clean while working. I definitely would use him again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any plumbing needs or emergencies.

I contracted with these folks to fix an issue with our tankless water heater.  The two gentlemen that came out were fine, took time to explain things and was professional.  The problem is they did not fix the problem.  They probably visited us 4-5x - the first few was to diagnose the error code with the manufacturer technical support.  Eventually, they concluded we had gas going into the system and had to install a regulator. That took a couple of weeks to procure and schedule. Came out, installed it and declared (and guaranteed) that our error codes will not reappear anytime soon.  WRONG!!  Not only did it reappear but sooner than before they made changes.  After a final visit - they just cannot fix it.  So I asked for a refund - because the problem was not fixed at all.  And now the error is even more frequent.  $800 for nothing.  And worst, they won't even bother emailing me back or acknowledging the failed service.  Do NOT use them as they are very prompt to get your business but radio-silent once issues come up.

Great response time, easy to schedule. The technician was able to fix 2/3 of my issues and offered to replace more than the gaskets on the toilets (but wasn't necessary) in under 10-15 minutes. He said he could fix the 3rd issue with the shower and spent the majority of the time doing that, took it apart, but unfortunately was unable to do so. Total bill $395.00

Kenneth is the best plumber that I have used in San Francisco (past 8 yrs).  I have had two service calls at two different locations.
One call was for a blockage which included a pipe to the street.  He was thorough and communicated potential costs clearly.  The tenant, in this case, was so pleased with his friendliness and kindness to her and efficiency.  I felt that his prices were very fair for the work involved.
   In the second instance, he responded the same day and he was efficient and cleaned up quickly after the work.  I would highly recommend Ken for any plumbing issues in the future.  I clearly will

Where to begin! What a wonderful plumbing service and customer experience I had today. From the moment I had minor flooding in my garage and reached out on Yelp to the very kind assistant eve scheduled me the same day, to the less than hour later when Vlad showed up, I was treated with thoughtfulness, respect and urgency to rectify the situation. To say Vlad went above and beyond is an understatement. He not only diagnosed the problem effectively but then did a ton of work to correct it. I will most certainly use this company again. So so pleased with how it all went today. Thank you!

TLDR:  Do not hesitate, if you have plumbing issues call Kenneth Asire Plumbing, especially if you have a tankless water heater!  They are honest, knowledgeable, reliable and affordable.

I have PTSD dealing with another plumbing company that shall remain nameless in San Francisco months prior.  The problem they were supposed to fix - low flow of hot water from a single bathtub - remained after being billed thousands for work I didn't need or ask for.  My house was built in 2016 - a rare new construction in the city, and the company I had the misfortune to call is utterly unqualified for modern plumbing let alone tankless water heaters.  I know this because I happen to have a ring camera monitoring the interior of my garage that's always recording with movement and the tankless just happens to be in view of the camera.  In the following days after this disaster of a company jacked me around I checked footage of the 14 hours the dude spent playing with my tankless.  He was completely guided by watching you tube videos on tankless water heaters on his phone telling him what he needed to do.  He'd turn off his phone as soon as he'd hear me coming down the stairs to check on him.  Anyway he told me he had to install a shut off value he insisted needed to be installed because not having this valve was dangerous on my tankless.  Yeah well Ring footage showed him watching a you tube video that said it was dangerous so he then presented that to me.  Adding a valve because it needs to be done turned into him ripping out *all* the pipes and replacing them because he insisted it would fix the flow problem.  But get this.... I learned later we didn't need any of that on the model of tankless we have because its a newer model and the danger was eliminated in newer models.  Either my guy wasn't watching videos for the correct model of tankless he was working on or he took that opportunity to take advantage of my ignorance so he could bill me.  Either way the pipes he reworked sure looks fancy but functionally carry water the same way the 7 year old pipes did.  $4000 was charged to my credit card for that shitshow and he hardly looked at the tub I originally called him out to look at in the first place.

Fast forward 8 months later and our tankless water heater started making a high pitched whistle that developed into a house shaking scream.  On the rec of one of my neighbors I called Kenneth Asire Plumbing.  Ken and his assistant was at my house within 2 hours.  He immediately started getting to work and I could instantly tell he knew his way around a tankless water heater with zero need to pull you tube videos explaining the parts and functions to him.  In record time he figured out the issue and fixed it.  Debris in the blower or whatever.  He popped it out, cleaned it, popped it back in and the noise was gone.

I also had Ken look at the bathtub that started it all - the hot water was still low flow but I've been dealing with it because its in the 2nd bathroom so it wasn't a priority.  Ken took about 3 minutes to look at it and tell me it was the spout. He texted me an Amazon link of replacement spouts that would fit and left me a tube of caulk to seal up the replacement myself.  Let me tell you, when that *same tub* was looked at by the other plumbing company that shall remain nameless - after the guy spent 14 hours ripping out pipes and adding valves and charging $4000 to my card - he told me he needed to rip out the marble to check the pipes in the wall at an additional cost of thousands of dollars on top of the $4000 he charged me to replace pipes that didn't need to be replaced & install valves that didn't need to be installed to fix low flow from a single tub that it didn't fix. Looking back now, if I actually agreed to let him do what he insisted needed to be done I would have had to pay $10K+ in plumbing charges from that other shitty company plus god knows how much more to hire someone to patch and repair the wall ripped into.  It turns out all I needed was an honest plumber not looking to gouge and take advantage of a woman to recommend a $25 spout from Amazon I could order and install myself in under 10 minutes.

Ken charged me a service call to clean the blower and recommend a new spout.

Don't waste your time and money! l have hired Kenneth Asire Plumbing three times. Justin was the technician that was assigned each time.

The first visit was last year to install a new vanity sink in my guest bathroom. I thought everything had gone smoothly, more to follow on this. Unfortunately, Justin didn't caulk the back of the sink where it connects to the wall, despite protestations to the contrary and it looks really sloppy, and is not waterproofed.

The second visit was a due to very strong smell of mold coming from the master bathroom sink. I was reticent to call Asire Plumbing again, but thought l would give them a second chance. Justin arrived and without even inspecting the drain, and other parts of the sink, made a bold assumption that the smell wasn't mold at all, but old soap scum and other detritus in the drain. Ughhh! l knew there was mold in there so l called a mold inspector and sure enough there was a massive amount of mold in the drain hole at the top of the sink. The mold inspector was able to treat it and instructed me on how to treat it myself going forward.

The third, and definitely final visit, took place a few weeks ago. l was extremely reticent to call Asire Plumbing again, but there was a sense of urgency and l knew l could get a quick appointment with them. The vanity sink that Justin had installed in the guest bathroom was beginning to flood (and rot) the bathroom baseboards due to the water falling from the side of the sink bowl to the floor and then baseboards.

It was obvious that the entire piece would need to be replaced by a model with a larger bowl and a different faucet. l am not a contractor or a plumber and honestly wasn't sure what kind of vanity sink to purchase. Justin promised to text me some links to possible replacement options during an upcoming long flight to the Midwest. As for the baseboards, he said that l would need a handyman to fix those.

Well, l waited and waited, and never did l receive the promised text links to replacement sinks.

The very last straw came when a very reputable handyman came to look at the water damaged baseboard. He spent considerable time inspecting both the sink and the baseboards. It turns out that one of the main reasons that the sink was leaking into the baseboards was because it was not properly installed in the first place! Well, that was down to Justin and Kenneth Asire Plumbing!

Please think twice before using these guys for your plumbing needs. If there is a problem, they will vehemently deny it has anything to do with them no matter how many other professionals tell you otherwise. Oh, and thorough is definitely not an adjective l would ever use to describe Justin. I think my experiences speak for themselves.

Called Kenneth for the third time and just like the first two times, he was easy to schedule for a visit, communicative all the way leading up to and after the appointment, and more than fair on pricing. He is trustworthy and does great work! His office manager who takes appointments and calls is equally professional and efficient. Couldn't ask for a more genuine, efficient and honest small business!

Upstairs toilet was leaking downstairs.  Called at 9:00.  Appt. Was between 9:30-11:30.  They showed up at 9:45.  By 10:15 problem was fixed.  Plumber who I had used before still has not responded, so this is my new go to plumber.

First time do unclogged with professional service, so i don't have any previous experience can compare with.
Kenneth did a good job during this time experience, they are professional and fix the issue very quick and efficient. The price is 425 for unclogging, not sure it's a fair price or not, like I mention I don't have any experience can compare.

I called Ken with a significant issue that I was dealing with and instead of just adding me into his queue of jobs, he accounted for the severity of our issue and prioritized accordingly. I don't really write reviews, but this guy was great!  On time, fast, polite, professional and technically good.  I had a leak in my condo that came from a broken faucet.  He came over immediately and fixed it.  Won't use anyone else now.  In the past I've had some bad experiences with contractors not come or canceling,  This isn't the case.

They replaced a very tricky water heater for me the same day I called. Other companies said they couldn't do it-it's in a very strange location. They needed 4 people to do it but they took care of it right away. They are true pros!

I needed a new water heater and Kenneth was able to come out the day I called. There was a problem with the electric box and he came back the next day at no charge until my water heater was functioning. Great service, pleasant in a frustrating situation and even gave me a senior discount. He will be my first call when I need a plumber.

Kenny was truly a lifesaver! Our kitchen floor was flooded and the landlord said they'll have someone come out on Monday... It was Saturday! I almost had a panic attack! I contacted Asire Plumbing and even though it was a weekend they came out promptly and fix everything! Great service and reasonable pricing, I now have a plumber for life!

I needed help with a broken toilet, sink, and drain. Justin came out, diagnosed the problem, installed the appropriate replacement parts, and gave me several great recommendations to make sure it runs well going forward. He was committed to making sure the job was done right and not making sure that every minute was billed. After I couldn't get a part I ordered a week later to fit appropriately, he came out again at no extra charge. I will be calling Kenneth for all future jobs!

In February this company came by to unplug a drain in the bathroom that apparently was causing the shower, toilet, and sink to overflow.  The smell was really bad so I started making calls for a plumber.  Justin was sent to help with the problem, which consisted of him having to remove the toilet and run a snake.  The entire job took about 15 minutes  because I had to go get cash from the bank, at their request.  They submitted an invoice and we were able to run it through the insurance for reimbursement due to it having been an emergency.

Unfortunately, today when the shower was running the water started coming up from the toilet.  The toilet Kenneth Asire Plumbing had installed again when they completed the job.  They charged for today's services because of the 30 day warranty.  This has to be most greedy inconsiderate company I've had the dis-pleasure of working with.

Who in their right mind does not have a moral compass and would consider this to be an extension of the work performed by them previously.  They came back and did the same thing they did in Feb. 2019. If they had done the job right the first time we would not be paying another $220 for them to do the same thing.  

I HIGHLY recommend you find an honest company with which to do business because this is not the one. Run don't walk away from this one.  They are just get overs who feel its ok to steal money from people.  For all I know they created the problem to make more money!

Had work done on a clogged drainpipe. Kenneth provided wonderful service and was extremely helpful. Quick to respond, patient, efficient, thorough, definitely a professional job and we are more than highly satisfied. Left no trash or debris behind after he was done. He even took all the old pipes away to recycle! Discounts for public service employees (including postal service employees! not just policemen & firefighters), so we were grateful of that! Our building is a vintage 1910 Victorian structure, and it required a complete and comprehensive gas re-pipe.
Kenneth, Justin, and JP put together an excellent game plan and the results were spectacular. We had a leak under our bathroom sinks and when we called Kenneth Asire they were able to get us booked extremely quickly. They arrived towards the beginning of the time window and, while they had to go purchase another part, were extremely professional and timely. They explained the repair well, and provided a great invoice/follow up experience.

I thought I had an issue with my kitchen sink. It was. And it was also an issue with my dishwasher. Kenny came over and explained what was needed, worked fast, cleaned up after, sand was reasonably priced. Have 5 stars because I couldn't give 10!

Kenneth is simply the best plumber I've ever hired. He is pleasant, professional, and is truly an expert. Kenneth did an amazing job on the plumbing issues I had in my apartment! I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was prompt with his appointment time and was able to fix the issues within a short amount of time. Also, his fees were reasonable. I would definitely contact him again for any future plumbing issues I have and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Kenneth and his team are great and honest plumbers. I called them to come fix a leak that had started on one of the 3 waters heaters they installed 1.5 yrs previously; not only did they fix the leak free of charge, but they also noted some ventilation issues that needed to be resolved (done by a plumber who is no longer with them) and scheduled a follow-up to redo the ventilation, also free of charge to honor their original commitment. We'll definitely go with Kenneth for all future plumbing work.

We recently had two maintenance services from K.A.P.
It was very easy to schedule the appointments and the service provider gave the estimate while on-site and before beginning the work. We had sent the parts in advance for the bathroom repairs (toilet parts & faucet replacement) and he had additional parts with him that were needed as well. Everything went smoothly and looks good.

During the COVID-19 pandemic I decided to tackle replacing my bathroom vanity and giving the bathroom a little facelift. Thinking I could tackle installing the new vanity on my own I quickly realized I was well out of my comfort zone and decided I should call a plumber. Found Kenneth Asire via Yelp, called and told me they could come between 11-1pm the very next day (awesome)! Next day I received a text at 11:45 saying the technician was on his way. Justin F. arrived shortly after noon, and evaluated the situation, offered what he could do and told me a price right then and there. I said great and he started right away, half way through the realized they didn't have all the parts necessary so they had to run to the plumbing supply but that didn't take more than 15 mins. They came back, got everything hooked up, let it run for a few minutes and checked for any leaks. I paid and they were on their way. Really nice guys, and when I told them I didn't want to do the more extensive recommend work they shifted and offered a new plan. All in all couldn't be happier! Thanks Justin & your buddy (couldn't catch his name) you guys are awesome!

Kenneth was fantastic.  My son, a journey man electrician, installed a vent on the utility porch of one of our apartments to vent the dryer to the outside.  However, the City and County required a plumber to certify that it was done to code.  I contacted Ken and he came out and looked at it and said that it needed an outside vent.  Ken said he could do it or if my son did the work, he would be able to certify that the work was to code.  We did this and everything was taken care of.

This man's company will have my plumbing work on this building as well as any other apartment buildings that I acquire forever.  He took care of what was an awkward and potentially costly situation in a generous way and my gratitude will not be forgotten by me or whoever in the family inherits the property.

First of all, Kenny and his crew did a really good and fair job on what we thought would be a simple removal and re-install of a claw-foot tub in my very small bathroom.  I met not only Kenny but also several of his team and they were courteous, smart - as in good problem solvers - and they wore their masks at all times.  Even when there was a bit of a question about finding the right pipe connector size, I had a strong feeling of confidence and knew they would work it out.  And they did.  Bottom line, they were available when I needed them, they put in the effort, and they were very nice.  Thank you, Kenneth Asire Plumbing!

After unsuccessfully doing some DIY drain unclogging techniques, I called this morning to make an appointment to professionally unclog a bathtub drain. I was happy to hear that they could have someone at my house sooner (between 12-2) because of a cancellation earlier.
The plumber showed up around 12 and was able to remove a lot of hair that was stuck deep in the pipes. He also saw a leak and I gave him the OK to replace some old pipes.

Honestly - I get nervous calling up plumbers because of what kind of bill would pop up at the end, but I'm really happy at how professional he was and that he quoted me prices before starting (unclogging the drain $$$ including labor, adding new pipe + $$$).

I have hired Ken and his team to do several projects in my home and every time they have been professional, polite and extremely thorough. In every project I have hired them for, they have patiently explained everything I needed to know, made sure I understood costs up front and made sure all the work was done before departing. When they had ideas for improvement to my home they let me know, but without any pressure or sense of up-sell. I will be calling Ken for all of my future plumbing needs!

I had called these guys to come and evaluate a problem I was having in my tenants bathroom.  They arrived at the specified time and said the issue was due to sediment buildup and it wasn't a big deal.  He flushed the pipe and informed me he wasn't charging me anything!!!!!  I was so taken aback and pleased!  I mean who does that???  I think these guys are awesome, they couldn't have been nicer from setting up the appt to arriving on time and then to fix the issue without charging me anything!! they will certainly get my business!!
