These guys are great!!
We bought a new to us home in rural Vacaville with a very nice HVAC system that had a small issue that turned out to be just a maintenance issue I was not aware of. Ramnar returned my call and came out right away in the evening and did a full service check up on our system and even corrected an issue caused by the solar company that inspected our attic for a solar installation. He explained the system to me and was very friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Paul did an excellent job fixing our kitchen sink, mounting a baby gate to the walls, and installing a fixture in our kitchen.

I'll start from the beginning. I found Paul through Yelp, and out of the 5 handymen I sought out, Paul was the quickest to respond with all of my questions. Initially, we needed just the sink fixed and the gate mounted. But when he finished with those two jobs, he asked if there was anything else and we did need one fixture installed in the kitchen. He completed that job no problem and cleaned everything up before leaving.

On top of that, he was not only friendly to me but he was very friendly to our dogs; one of which barks at any sudden movement.

We have a few more projects that need to be completed before September, and I know I will already be contacting him again for those when we're ready. Thank you, Paul!

What can I say? These guys know how to get the job done fast and done right. A special shoutout to Daniel and Avi for being the 2 most patient and hardworking men I've come across.

When I initially sent out a request for help with my sink, they immediately got back to me and worked around my busy schedule. After a friendly consultation visit, we had a very transparent conversation about pricing and logistics - something that is hard to find in this industry riddled with hidden fees.

I challenge you to find another Plumbing and Household Repair company that has better service like these guys. I strongly and highly recommend Rooter & Plumber for all your needs, 10/10.

I can't believe how amazing this company is. Truly remarkable. Knowledgeable, skilled, honest, friendly, informative, hard working, reasonably priced, and stayed till the surprisingly complex problem was solved. To recap: I called their office and someone answered right away--no waiting for a call back. They said someone could come in an hour--and someone actually arrived within an hour! Marco arrived and was courteous and knowledgeable--and wise enough to know when he needed help. What seemed like simple clog turned out to be much more complicated. He called in Ido who clearly has been doing this work for a long time and REALLY knows his stuff. What they thought was going to be a quick snake-the-clog job turned into a remove-the-toilet and ultimately go-on-to-the-roof job (!!) to get access to the best line down to where the clog was. (That's after the 45 minutes they spent with me crawling under the house identifying in which pipe and exactly where in the long pipe the clog was.) They went above and beyond literally! They explained what was happening each step of the way. (Admittedly, I asked a lot of questions but they seemed happy to teach me as they worked.) I learned a lot about my house! They worked for 4 hours (till 8 pm) and only charged me the quote for the remove-the-toilet-to-get-the-clog even though they ended up having to go through a place on the roof and worked four hours instead of the expected one-two. As they left I gave them pizza and tips of $40 each and they left behind a very happy customer. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Very honest! We had some sink issues thought it was fixed but then I felt a drip and wanted a professional to check it. Got here right when they said they would said my hubby did a great job there isn't a drip. I will definitely be saving there number for any plumbing issues.

Very prompt reply to my request for quote and scheduled a two hour service appointment for the next day to take a look at the repairs I needed. He was very polite and showed me what needed to be done and provided a quote that day. He was also available to do the service same day , all in all very happy with the service provided and would use again.

We had a gas leak near our meter and Jamie was able to fit us in same day even though they were booked. Plumber arrived around 3:00 and was friendly, professional and fast. Precision could have charged us a lot more for emergency service and I was shocked at how little we were charged.  Thanks so much Precision!

I 100% recommend Keshab to help with your handyman needs!  I was having issues with my dishwasher drain hose, and from my first interaction with him on Yelp, I already appreciated his prompt replies.  He arrived on time and was very thoughtful in diagnosing and solving the problem.  He worked with the parts that I had, and I greatly appreciated his creative solution to getting my drain hose back in working order.  We have had no issues with it after he fixed it.  I found him to be very kind, thoughtful, honest, professional, and thorough in his work, and will definitely use him for all future handyman needs!

When my condo's garbage disposal broke I spent some time searching for plumbing help in the Oakland area.  After reading the reviews and getting some quotes I called Pelican for an appointment.  Closer to my appt time Dino called for some basic info, I texted him some pics of my broken one and the next day he showed up with a replacement and got it done in an hour.  Wonderfully pleasant experience and reasonably priced, thank you Dino!  (I'll be waiting for your speed metal band reunion)

I can also finally shower fully standing up, thanks to the new shower head you were able to put on.  I couldn't get that old thing off for the life of me!

Jorge replaced my hot water heater. He was professional, easy to work with, on time and completed the job within the cost quote. I am very careful about choosing contractors and I would definately work with him again.

Had an item lodged in the toilet. Was able to get an early morning appointment and assess the situation. Brian was very upfront with quote and what the diagnostics might show. He was quick and efficient. Would call on them again.

I chose this company because it is Diamond Certified.  What a disappointment.  I called to have an earthquake valve installed and  multiple lines from my gas meter cleaned up.  When the plumber arrived he took a look and said they hadn't scheduled enough time to do the job so he would write up an estimate and send it to me.  Two weeks later, no estimate.  I called them, and they said they hadn't sent it because they didn't have my e-mail (they had my phone number).  When I got the estimate it was more than double what my other estimate was AND they billed me $145 for the estimate. They are up front about charging for estimates and their travel time though.  Never again.

Friggin' awesome customer service. A few reasons:

1. Accomodated the urgent nature of the problem (clogged toilet that could not be fixed with normal plunging) by working with my schedule to get it fixed asap
2. Came right on time in the window that was quoted
3. Free, quick estimate
4. Lightning fast fixing. I'd say in and out in 5 minutes.

Everything I hoped for in a plumber. My dream of appliance service coming true. I can't think of damn bad thing to say. You need plumbing help? Need it now? Call atlas and ask for Mark.

Had to bring the sewer lateral up to code when purchasing a home and Pipe Spy did a very thorough, prompt job! 10/10 would hire them again for any exterior plumbing work that we needed. Made the whole process smooth, from inspection to quote to permitting. Thanks again Pipe Spy!

For over 20 years, I always called Nahman whenever I had a plumbing problem and I have given them a lot of referrals. They recently charged me over $8,000 for a job that took them 20 hours of labor and with minimal materials. The quality of the work they did was good, but the cost of plumbing work these days is shockingly high.

Rey came to my house quickly after I called him. Our water heater wasn't working and he went into the crawl space and immediately had it working. When I asked him how much I owed, he said no charge. Hard to find that kind of service. I highly recommend him.

At 3 o'clock on Friday afternoon, I was going to fix a leaky toilet in the back of my old house. As I went to turn off the water at the main, the valve handle broke off. So, the water was completely turned off for the whole house and the main valve was broken.

  I phoned the plumbing guys. The fellow who answered was very courteous and said he would return my call within five minutes after he checked with his two man crew out in the field. He phoned back within three minutes and said they would be at my house within an hour for a free estimate.

  Juan and Gustavo arrived about 30 minutes later and gave me a very reasonable estimate, $275, to replace the valve which was soldered into the main copper line. They did the work carefully and quickly and had it fixed in about 40 minutes.

  I was so impressed with their work that I asked them to take a look at the leaky toilet. They gave me another very reasonable estimate and had it fixed in about 20 minutes.

  Because their work is so efficient and professional, I have no reservations about highly recommending them for your plumbing needs, especially when a crisis happens.

We are first time home buyers, and bought a home with the pipes under the slab and of course we end up with a hot water leak. My 8yo son discovered the floor was really warm, and ultimately found the leak.

Fred was very professional and scheduled the next Saturday to have a full crew to run the pipes through our walls. He came in competitive in pricing; considering the services they offered that other didn't. He was  $900 more, but like my gramma always used to say; if you go cheap, u will end up spending more money in the long run.   I could hear her voice in my head as we reviewed the quotes.   The extra $900 was for the wall and ceiling retexturing.   No other plumbers provided that service.   We had over 8 guys on a Saturday; promptly arriving at 8:30am and left at 5pm.  The boys quickly set up, and put plastic in the living room, and cleaned up after themselves.   We were sooooo impressed at how quick and efficient they were.  

I believe he may be the only plumber that will cut out Sheetrock, replace and texture. I found this a necessary service, and was sure glad we got it all done in one shot.  Although they don't paint, it's ok.  We can do that.  

Fred and his team did a wonderful job and we sure are happy to have hot water again.

2+ years later and it is day one of a forecast for a 7+ day heat wave. I have not had AC for 7 years because the last place that came out to look at it said it would cost $1495 to repair.  Didn't have that kind of money then and now it is probably two times that amount.  I called Supreme and Mr. Harrison told me he would be over around 2:00-2:30 the same day!  He knew immediately what was wrong over the phone.  He came out to the house, diagnosed it and fixed the problem in about an hour.  He even involved me in helping with the repair which is really nice so I would know if the same problem happened again.  He is so knowledgeable, honest and it is so nice to have the feeling of NOT BEING RIPPED OFF!  I love these guys and will always call them first when I have a heating or air conditioning unit problem.   I would give them 10 stars if I could.  Call them.  You won't be disappointed.
