Where do I begin. I had issues with my main sewage line. I had company X come out (no names given to protect their business) and their plumber determined we had tree roots in the line. I then asked plumber from company X what the cost would be. I agreed to the price and the company and i scheduled the plumber to come back the following day to begin work. The next day while my wife and I are at work he ran a camera (so he says) to determine areas of concern. He began to dig. When I return home at 5PM from work I have a 4x4 (3 feet deep) hole dug out in my front yard. I understand this has to be done so I wasn't upset, I thought there would be more work done given they worked all day. Friday comes around and I take the day off to ensure the job is completed as promised. The plumber continues to dig. 7 feet later I ask if he has found the line. He said not yet but he has a camera coming to inspect again. After a 2nd inspection with a camera he determines he is not on target(dig area to main line) and says it is 3 more feet to the left and that the blockage is worse than he originally thought. He calls his company and the price doubles. So here I am with a 7 foot hole, no pipe, digging in the wrong area, price doubles and I've wasted 2 days. I told company X thanks but no thanks.

I then called a handful of companies and came across Plumbing Connection. I called on a Saturday and Plumbing Connections came out on Sunday (father's day) to inspect the main line. It took him 15 minutes to look at it with a camera and tell me the line was not where the hole was nor was it to the left as previous plumber said (it was to the right). Within 7 hours I had a brand new line free of roots! No more backups. No more issues. I can't thank Plumbing Connection enough. They turned a 3 day nightmare into a 1 day resolution. I can't believe the turnaround they had! My wife and I are very thankful they finished in the promised time and did stellar work. They even filled the large hole left drom the previous company. I would definitely recommend and use again for future issues!!

I sent a quote request in the afternoon and within a few hours got a very reasonable number to fix a toilet that was seeping water (the wax seal needed replacing).

They said they would be by next day between 9am and 10am. They arrived a few minutes after 9am and were done by 9:30am. Perfectly professional throughout.

Over the phone, Mr. Khan is very patient and helped me diagnose if I need to replace my water heater. He managed to fit me in his schedule and got it replaced very quickly. He did a good job and I'd start having him fix any plumbing issues I have. Glad to find a good and honest plumber!

Absolutely would recommend them to anyone!!! Mr. Khan and his crew were professionals - Fast, on-time, and straightforward. Even handled unforeseen complaints from neighbors (one that gave him 1 star review) professionally.

Plumbing connection had nothing to do with the miscommunication issue that made our neighbor give the company a 1 star review. The issue was a result form misunderstanding, miscommunication or confusion from me (the client of Pluming Connection), our HOA Property Management, and our neighbors. I already wrote an explanation to the person(s) involved. And as I mentioned above, Mr. Khan handled it professionally.

They did an awesome job with our leak problem. They were efficient and got it fixed in no time. They even gave us a ninety days warranty. And they stuck with their quote even though they have to come back another day due to HOA issues.

Thank you Mr. Khan! would definitely use them again. They deserve 10 stars if yelp would let me! :-)

This review is for the RESPONSIVENESS of this business. He responded to my request within minutes of me requesting a quote on a service. We had to get an emergency service which was the only reason we did not proceed with them. Otherwise, quotes are fair and they are very quick and accommodating. Had main line stoppage issue, couldn't find some one to come in quick and clarify the price. Khan responded with very reasonable quote. My house didn't had access point so he had to go over the roof to clean the stoppage. Later had asked him to install the access point he is very professional and did a excellent work on Sunday. Waived the price off from previous day work and did the installation very nice and he went above and beyond to get things right. He would definitely the first person I would contact for any plumbing needs.

I found this company on Craigslist and I am glad I went with his service. My mother in law sewer line was clogged and we could not un-clog it with a snake so we have to call in the professional. What we were looking for was someone with a longer snake and a camera that can record what was clogging the sewer line. This company have both plus a Hydro jet. The Hydro jet was a bonus because they tried their snake and it did not work and the Hydro jet cleared it up with no problem. Khan and his helper came on time and finish in one hr. Very competitive prices too. I would recommend this company.

Our waterheater was not working when we got up one morning. We called Plumbing Connection they came right out. They found the part that was broken but also found the water heater was still under warranty. They came out twice and provided more info to help us get the water heater replaced under the warranty. They even helped us when the company the warranty contracted with didnt show up to install it. They are an honest company and saved me hundreds of dollars. Israr is top notch. I had a discussion with him briefly about a plumbing issue yesterday because the city came by without proper notice and replace their crappy water meters. While the swap wasn't too long, they did not notify us properly of when they began and when they left. During this time I tested my faucets and something apparently broke loose and caused my cold water faucet in my Master BTRM to fail.

Israr explained the situation with me, straight forward, and then came over after making an appointment with me and greeted my wife.

She was happy with the interaction and it's hard to get my wife to be happy with repairmen. So that's always a +.

Israr is straight forward, tells you what is happening and is kind enough to run through the problem end to end. Forget about what the other guy says in the post on 3/28/2022. It does not reflect the straight forward attitude that we all want from proper plumbers. This guy's prices are reasonable and for an adhoc appointment, quick and easy to solve.

I am a property manager for some of my mother's bay area real estate investments, and was very pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and overall customer service provided by Israr Khan.

I typically am very hesitant when I use non referral based services, and yet Israr was able to help me out in a jam, (they literally came out within the hour! Meanwhile my regular service plumbers were completely MIA, hard to reach, and/or unreasonably scheduled out ).

Plumbing connection is now my #1 go-to plumbing company. I am so glad I stumbled upon their services on google!

I had an EMERGENCY situation with flooded backyard and I was so worried. Luckily, I contacted Plumbing Connection and was able to reach the owner Israr within minutes. They literally showed up at my house within 10MINUTES for assessment!!!!! After few minutes of their arrival, Israr informed me that the broken sprinkler system was causing the flood/leakage in my backyard!!! And since I no longer use the sprinkler system, they showed me that I just have to turn off the sprinkler switch to stop the flooding issue!!!!

Israr and his team are super professional, friendly, helpful and HONEST!!!!!! Since I don't know much about plumbing, it's extremely easy to be taken advantage of, especially there are many dishonest plumbing services out there!!!

Israr was great. He responded within just a couple of minutes via the messaging option and scheduled an appointment for the next day that fit with my work schedule. He and his co-worker (whose name I missed) arrived and his right to work after confirming the problem, all in all they were here for maybe thirty minutes to fix the problem, double check to make sure it was really fixed, and gave us advice about how to avoid the problem in the future. Incredibly professional and fast work at a better price than I was quoted by anyone else. If we have a problem again, they will definitely be the ones I call.

The company reached out to me after my review of them, so I will give them a break here by increasing to Three (A-OK) stars. My main concerns were the tech did not indicate they were running late (takes 30 seconds) and I did not receive any more messages from them. It sounds like they primarily had communications problems with their technician, and they took responsibility for that, thus an A-OK rating. I admit I have high expectations in this area; I'll leave it up to readers if they are too high.

Unfortunately I have already scheduled an appointment with another Plumber so cannot give them another try. I will keep them as an option for the future and update the review accordingly.

Called this place to get value replaced on Saturday. Not an emergency. Was willing to wait or pay more.

Was surprised he replied (via text messages only) with a time that very day! Then he backed away from the time because he could not get any tech available. Not a big deal, I asked if they do Sunday. Again surprised he replied 11 to 12. Great! We both work long hours and weekends are our only days to get things done.

No show! After waiting till 12:45 the next day I gave up and texted saying to cancel.

I am not giving a bad review because of work they did. They may be Great plumbers, the best in the area! But if they cannot even call or text saying they won't be there or even reply to my cancellation text, what's the point. In fact, my iPhone says they never even read my last text message!

I thought of giving 2 stars because I did not see their work. Then realized communication with your Plumber is VERY important. You have to know if/when they will be there as water rises above your ankles in an emergency. It's not hard to do, especially with todays technology. Text messages are a great way to do it and are easier for everyone.

There are many good Plumbers in the area (I hope :), and I will be trying them now. Reviews to come!

I am so pleased with the quality of service I received from Israr and his team.
Before I contacted him, I had a previously confirmed appointment with a popular plumber (based on Yelp reviews) and it did not work out for what I see as unprofessionalism on the part of that plumber. I told them I was cancelling the job and returned to Yelp to research. This is where I decided to take a chance on Israr and contacted him. Response was quick. He wanted to see pictures of the problem. We made an appointment for him to come out and review. He came out and then we made a follow up appointment to get the work done. It was completed over 2 separate days because I was replacing a number of shutoff valves in my bathrooms and under the kitchen sink. His team performed the work the first day. Israr joined them on the 2nd day. They are a professional,m and skilled team. Thanks to you and the team Israr. I also appreciate the advice about not getting freaked out about the water heater . In the process you saved me some money. As long as Plumbing Connection remains in business, they will be my official plumbing team.

I needed to have a frozen ice maker supply valve replaced in preparation for the delivery of a new refrigerator. I was quoted a price and he explained exactly what needed to be done beforehand. Kahn and his assistant were wonderful. Called on a Sunday evening after shower, tub, laundry sink and toilets all backed up. They slowly receded so asked him to come in the morning. Arrived right on time, removed his shoes before coming in the house, recommended that I have a clean/clearout ? installed (I knew this years ago, old house) and the main line between house and sewer were blocked. Not surprised, lots of old trees/plants with roots. In only a couple of hours it was done, everything running perfectly, everything cleaned up beautifully. He was extremely polite and helpful and yes, I would recommend and use him again!

We had an issue with a clogged toilet that was also leaking, so I asked my neighbors and searched on Nextdoor to find a plumber. Plumbing Connection popped up a few times, so I decided to check them out on Yelp to see the ratings. I was a little skeptical of all of the high reviews, since it's almost too good to be true.

I called on a Friday morning, and they came out later in the day. They diagnosed the issue as a bad toilet ring seal, and within an hour they replaced the seal and snaked the toilet to clear the clog and had everything operational again.

They also gave me a tip that I shouldn't use a plunger too vigorously when a toilet gets clogged, because the pressure can cause the toilet ring seal to rupture. Instead, they recommended buying an auger and using it to snake out the clog. Their advice worked on subsequent clogs of other toilets, and I saved a potential headache and call to the plumber! So, all of their high reviews are true and well-deserved.

I recently called this plumbing operation because I had a leak in one of my pipes between the irrigation system and the main to my house. I tried several plumbers/landscaping operations with no success until I called Plumbing Connection. The plumber, Nevy, surveyed the leak and gave me a quote that was reasonable. He had the job done in an hour an a half and did a good clean up job around the work site.

After moving into a house, we found that the kitchen drain line seemed to be clogged. I asked around for quotes on Yelp, and went with Israr because he was very responsive and his quote was very reasonable.

He came out and tried to clear the drain with the snake, but it did not work. So they went down to the crawlspace to look around, and found that 8' of the pipe was clogged solid, likely from glue and other construction materials from people who did the remodeling! He gave me a quote to replace the pipe, told me to think about it, and drive away without collecting any payment (which was amazing - some plumbers charge you $100+ just to go under the house to look around!)

I asked him to come back and replace the pipe, and they did a great job, and very carefully moved the clogged pipes out of my house without dripping or making anything dirty.

Could not be happier with the experience. Would definitely work with them again!

Plumbing Connection was super fast in responding to my query online and provided me a confirmed time to come over to look at the issue. The tech Nery showed up right on time and reviewed the problem. The tech figured that it was a loose flange connection. He tightened the connection and thoroughly tested it for leak. The old water heater finally gave out and it's no fun living with no hot water (I know, I know...1st world problems). I called several contractors and Plumbing Connection had the combination I was looking for (good reviews and competitive pricing). Mr. Khan contacted me before arrival, brought the water heater replacement, removed the old water heater, quickly installed the new one and hauled away the old one. During the installation, he even helped explain what all the pipes and knobs are used for. I highly recommend Mr. Khan and Plumbing Connection.

In today's Covid-19 new normal it is very refreshing to find someone who is honest, professional, and with a heart of gold. Israr, the owner just blessed us with his amazing work and unselfishness.

We had a plugged cold water line in our kitchen sink. He directed his employee to clean the plugged line and the water was flowing as before. I asked him what he preferred, credit card or check, and he said it didn't matter.

He walked over to his van, got in and drove away. My mouth dropped to the floor and I almost started to tear up. In mist of all this stress, uncertainty, and hardship someone was kind enough to let it pass.

I was able to get a same day appointment which was great but the person who came was a subcontractor type with very old equipment and was having a really hard time trying to clear the clogged kitchen sink. He was almost about to give up it felt like. He eventually got the clog clear but I was disappointed that a subcontractor was sent. I used the services of this place because they had a 5 star rating was expecting someone from the actual company to come.

Solution:
Purchased a toilet and canvassed Yelp for quotes and decided on a company based on quick response time, professionalism and cost. Nery and Santiago replaced the toilet, took away the old toilet, and cleaned upon completion. They were professional and engaging so I would recommend them.

Wonderful! Mr. Khan had very reasonable prices and came out within an hr of me contacting him!!!

Let me start by saying how upsetting it was to have to drive 20 mins out to my parent's home at 2AM just to use their shower bc our main sewer line was clogged and backed out!! Gross... We knew that we could not go another day with this plumbing issue so first thing in the morning I started calling around for plumbers for estimates and availabilities on a Sunday of holiday weekend.

Mr. Khan was the only one who was available to come out the same day and had more reasonable prices than the others I called. He came in and in the hour was able to clear our drains, cleanup the mess, and had us test it. What I also appreciated afterwards was that he explained the situation with us and our best solution for a more permanent/ long term fix. We will definitely call him again for any issues.

I am very disappointed with this small business. I called Monday night at 9:00 pm for an emergency kitchen sick backup. The ad states their service includes emergency repairs 24/7. It is now two days later, and they have never responded to our call. Needless to say we will not call them in the future. Yes, the sink has been fixed, by someone else. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Water was leaking into the garage ceiling from the bathroom on the second floor. Yelp messaged a few plumbing companies in the area with some pictures of the leak. Most of them responded saying we need to open up the ceiling to see the leak and the appointments were not on the same day.

Israr from Plumbing Connection responded to my yelp request immediately and was able to come and check it out the same day. He looked at the water damage and then tried to evaluate what was causing the damage first before opening the ceiling. He checked the bathroom above which had a minor problem that was fixed easily.

Savior! It is hard to find people who has the best interest for you. Once you find such a business... you will always want to work with them.
Now working with him to fix another problem in our house. Hopefully that gets fixed soon too.

Made an appointment for Sunday between 1 and 3. Called at 3 after waiting and they said no appointment was scheduled since they don't schedule appointments for sundays. I find this highly strange as the business is open sunday. Such a horrible experience. The condo I just moved into has a shower that wouldn't get hot. Responded to me on Yelp very quickly with a quote. Nery came over to diagnose the problem, went out to buy the necessary part (new cartridge), and fixed it right away. I'm finally able to take a hot, relaxing shower!

Also worth noting that he took off his shoes before stepping into my home without me even asking, and even tidied up before he left. Nery was also incredibly polite! Great customer service! Would definitely use Plumbing Connection again if another plumbing need arises.

Very impressed! So far have used these guys twice on two separate occasions: 1. for a clogged kitchen sink where they had to replace a busted up pipe and 2. for a clogged double vanity bathroom sink. Time Line:
July 3rd, 5:00 pm: I get home from work to find a HUGE pool of water in my garage. It turned out that my hot water heater leaked.
July 3rd, 6:00 pm: i was forced to shut the water off to my home. I a panic, I attempt to repair the hot water heater my self. No Luck.
July 3rd, 8:00 pm: reached out to anyone who would help on Yelp.

Here's where it gets good: Israr from Plumbing Connection gets back to me IMMEDIATELY that night. He tells me he can come by the next day...on the 4th of July...a national holiday...to replace my hot water heater in the morning. And he doesn't quote me an outrageous holiday service fee as matter of fact, the price he quoted was LOWER that what other plumbers quoted for a non-holiday job!
I had nothing to go on with Israr or Plumbing Connection except what other Yelpers have posted. So when he told me that he could come on the 4th of July and quoted me an extremely reasonable price, the first thought I had was, Does he know that tomorrow is a holiday???

So July 4th comes around and he tells me that he only needs an hour to complete the job! ONLY AN HOUR! He was fast, courteous, clean and even took the old water heater.

Would give more than 5 stars if there was an option.

Mr Khan and Neri, both were amazing to work with. They really went above and beyond.
Our kitchen drain pipe was leaking in the crawl space and also overall sewer piping was ancient. First off they were quick to respond to and were able to start work the right next day.
They are a dream team really- Mr Khan is the kindest guy, Neri is super diligent.
They redid all the sewer pipes under the house, patched the drywall and cleaned up the crawl space.
They also have a very reasonable pricing.

I would definitely recommend them and hire again for my future projects.

My bathtubs hot water valve started leaking, and Plumbing Connection got the repair job since they could accommodate my schedule. They recommended that I also have the cold and diverter stems replaced in addition to the hot stem. I got a quote beforehand, and it was in line with what other plumbers charge.

Israr Khan and his assistant showed up right on time. Israr kindly covered his shoes after he went outside to shut off the water to protect the carpet. Between the two of them, it took about twenty minutes from start to finish. They did a first-rate job and left no mess behind. I had a $25 off coupon for first time customers from their web page, and it was redeemed without any problem.

As with the two other plumbing companies I have also reviewed, I highly recommend Plumbing Connection. They were there when I needed them.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink pipe. My husband and I tried all efforts to plunge and unclog it ourselves for hours and finally gave up at 1030pm. In the process of DIYing, we also gave ourselves a leaky pipe
After looking on Yelp to request some quotes and the earliest available time (I can't go long with a dysfunctional kitchen sink), Plumbing Connection responded in literally a few minutes and said they could come the next morning and quoted me a really good price! I had a toilet leaking water to crawlspace when flush.

I contacted a few plumbing vendors to get quote. Israr got back to me within a few minutes with the exact quote. Other vendors either couldn't give a number or asked me to call a number to get the estimate. A few vendors even charge to take the toilet out and extra premium for working on weekend while Israr's quote is flat quote.

Israr was available sooner than scheduled so we met earlier on Sunday. His team went in and fixed the leak in 30 minutes. He even gave us a 30 days warranty for his work.

Best experience!

I urgently wanted to replace water heater due to loud popping sounds.

I had tried HomeDepot guys first, they came and said we cannot take out old heater due to not enough space and asked us to reach out HOA to break wall which would have been very costly, that job was cancelled.

Then I reached out multiple plumbers by seeing reviews on yelp, Mr. Khan responded quickly among all. He was very reasonable, explained us reasons in details and provided all possible options and gave me next day appointment. I told about space constrain to fit new heater, Mr Khan addressed that by getting exact size heater needed.

Installation went on time and very smooth. Two guys handled everything in about 2 hours, they replaced heater without any problem
The new heater is very efficient and quite and comes with led indicators for easy inspection.

We had an issue with our mainline that started on Christmas night (worst timing possible). Israr was the first responder and gave me a quote, along with an appointment at his earliest. His prices were reasonable, given that he was coming from Union City, and we live in West San Jose.

We didn't have a cleanout, so he had to go through the roof air vent. He openly said that it may not work and that the best option was to install a cleanout. He tried the roof anyways, and while it looked like that had worked, he said he was not satisfied and was able to reproduce the problem again.

We ended up having the cleanout installed. He was upfront about the limitations of our current sewage implementation, and told us what problems we might have in the future.

Overall, I was quite happy with the results as well as the explanation and timelines of the work.

Waking up to plumbing issues is no fun! We had a leaky garbage disposal and water was pouring everywhere under our sink. So i took to Yelp to find someone who could fix our disposal in a timely manner that didn't break the bank. I didn't use these guys but let me tell you - don't! They shut off the MAIN water supply to our complex because of work being done to another unit's pipes. NO NOTICE from anyone! It's your job to inform the people you are impacting. Aside from that, our HOA Property Management did not know that the whole complex was going to shut down or that they were doing work. It's my understanding that if you're touching the main water supply, our HOA management should have been aware. Totally irresponsible of this company and their customer for not doing a courtesy check with all the neighbors. Additionally, I had my pipes redone and my plumber did not shut down ALL the water to the complex - only my unit. We noticed my neighbors in my unit because it impacted them.

To top it off, ATTITUDE from your contractor or workers or whatever you want to label them because it certainly is not a professional outfit. Want someone professional, try another company.

Had a outside pipe leak. Israr and his team came over to take a look. They arrived on time and didn't charge me anything for this fix because the plumber simply helped me tightened the connection up. Super job at reasonable price!!!

We had a leak in the main water supply line, not a big leak, but enough to cause a puddle of water, and obviously not a good thing in this drought.

Plumbing Connection is fairly busy, but we got an appointment 3 days from the day we called. The quote was reasonable. They were very efficient - came down with the right tool, did a few tests, and then immediately jumped on the fix. The supervisor/owner explained the issue and the fix well, and also gave us some timeframe when we couldn't use water (again, this is the main supply line). There was slightly more work than expected, which delayed the original estimate half-hour or so, but the owner was very good at explaining that as well (with no extra charge either).

Fast forward, pretty much on time, the fix was dry enough in the early afternoon to test. The test passed (no more leak), and we lived happily ever after :)

Anyway, after our experience with Plumbing Connection, we aren't that worried about future plumbing issue anymore as we now have a trusted plumber (knock on wood we don't have anymore plumbing issue though).

My water heater was not producing hot water, so I checked the unit and found out the pilot light/burner flame was out. I called a couple of local water heater/plumbing companies in my area and most of them would charge a fee just to come out and check my unit. They would then ask how old your unit is and if it is 7 years or older they would automatically recommend replacing your unit and no options for repair. Replacement price would range from $2100 up to $3500. for a 50 gallons unit. My brother in law told me call Plumbing Connection which he highly recommended since they did an excellent job when he had his unit replaced. It was last Sunday when I called Plumbing Connections and the person who answered my call was very accommodating and he told me he would come by 9am Monday to my house and check my unit. And impromptu at 9:05 I think it was the business owner Israr and his technician arrived and immediately took a look at my water heater. Nesy the technician did some inspection and reignited the unit. The unit restarted and Israr and Nesy told me the unit is still okay and just wait for 30 minutes and hot water will be available again. I can thank enough this people for the free service they provided. They never mentioned charging any fee when they came out. They are an honest people to deal with. I will surely call for their service in the future. I give this company a five star. Very professional and honest.

Plumbing connection is the most professional, affordable and dependable plumbing company I have ever worked with! We had a stoppage and we received the same day service for fixing it with clean out. In addition given the deteriorated sewer line pipe we also had the clean out to USD's main sewer line. The lateral sewer line was installed with state of the art trench less method. Plumbing Connection has been great helping me sort out an issue with my mother-in-law's main sewer line. It was clogged and her house did not have a cleanout. They first used the rooter through a vent line on the roof but due to the clog being very sludgy, they weren't able to get it cleared completely. They installed a cleanout on the side of the house and have now gotten the line clear although they discovered that the main sewer line is orangeburg pipe that is probably near the end of its life. It's likely we will need to replace the line in the near future but through it all, Plumbing Connection has been great to work with. They are always on-time and do a great job of showing and explaining the situation. They may not have been the absolute cheapest but they are competitively priced and worth what we paid them.

Saying Thank you would be less for the service provided by Mr. Khan and his team member. We had a gas water heater leak and Mr. Khan came to our aid. We contacted a few people, but my neighbor suggested Mr. Khan and he provided the best service, the best price and he was able to provide us with same day appointment. He came right on time and didn't waste a single minute, In 2 1/2hrs he changed our water heater, brought it up to city code. He also fixed our sink for free. He and his team mate took care of not wearing shoes in the house, they would carry the shoes each time they went in and out. We live upstairs, there was extra work and level of complexity of carrying the water heater upstairs and they handle it without any problem. My Husband and I would definitely recommend his services and would surely call him for future plumbing services.

I'm not sure about the price for other plumbing works because i only used them to snake the drain. His snake price for drainage is best out there. it's clearly said no warranty to snake the drainage on his invoice. Mostly, he said it depends on the user & drain pipe so no warranty. With normal usages, dissolved toilet paper, hair & grease take a while to clog, It would be best if he gives at least 6 months warranty on snake job.

we tried to install the toilet flushing system but broke the water line that was actually permanently sealed to the pipe. So we called Plumbing Connection because of the high Yelp rating. Israr came within 25 min (told w/in 40 min), and replaced the water line and installed the flushing system in 25 minutes. We are up and running in total 50 minutes. The price was also very reasonable. We will be calling Plumbing Connection from now on for any plumbing issues and also spread the word.

I always resort to yelp to avoid getting shortchanged. Plumbing Connection texted back to call Nery. I called Nery early in the day. Despite his busy work schedule planned out today, a Saturday, he said he could drop by in 10 minutes to check on the problem; but gave notice his next available opening was Monday.

The problem was a simple faucet fix for the kitchen sink but gave expert advice on using the lifetime warranty to save on costs the next time there is a problem. We decided to change the whole assembly and he completed the work in no time.

He's a very competent, honest, friendly plumber who knows his stuff. Kudos to him!

These guys are Awesome . I had what I thought was a major issue with my shower , it wasn't closing properly and hence was leaking . I called 3 different plumbers . The first one came , inspected and quoted $400 for the work. He told me it was very complicated work . Second one quoted $700 after inspection . Israr and his team came for inspection , fixed it within 10minutes, taught me how to fix it myself if the issue every resurfaces and refused to take any money . They said it's too small a job for them to charge

They came out tried to snake the drain with no success and because of that did not charge me for his first visit. He recommended installing a clean-out we did not have. Got a response from a different number. I believe I contacted them on Friday but got a text on Sunday. Although I did not use them, they were very on point (e.g. only plumbing and no woodworking).
Cannot fault them for not giving me more suggestions, even though it was initially a plumbing issue (sink blew and caused water damage). Apparently you still need a plumber but you also need a bunch of other stuff. Hence if I knew what I know now, either:
1. Hire a plumber to determine cause/fix
Then a Remediation specialists
Then a Contractor to put back up the pieces
Then a Plumber to fix the pipe/plumbing
Or 2. Hire a contractor that has all those listed and knows what you need for insurance.

I did 3. Hired a contractor with specialties in remediation, which is coming back to bite me.

I feel SO relieved finding Khan. He responded right away and arrived on time. He told me he won't charge me if he can't unclog it. Very few plumbers can say this. Many actually charged even though they didn't know what to do or how to do it. We have paid couple before getting help from Khan. The worst one even broke our toilet. Then he found out the problem was more complex and quickly fixed it on the same day. His price is very reasonable and most importantly, I feel he is honest and take pride of his work and knowledge. I had a really good experience with Plumbing Connection. I had a faulty faucet that was leaking, and I needed to get it fixed same day. I called a few other places but Khan at Plumbing Connection was the only one who was able to come by the same day and on a Saturday which was amazing, plus the price he quoted me was the most reasonable out of the 3. We scheduled a time between 2pm and 3pm and he showed up right on time. The replacement didn't take much time, and the work they did was impeccable; they even cleaned up the water on the bathroom floor that had leaked through the faucet and was already there before they arrived. The price was exactly what he had quoted me over the phone. I highly recommend them; this was the best experience I had with Plumbing company. I chose Plumbing Connection after getting a few other quotes. Their quote to install new plumbing for a whole-house filter and replacement water softener was very competitive and easy to understand. We also had a problem with low pressure hot water in the kitchen, which needed plumbing replaced due to corroded and blocked undersink valves. I also asked to include this repair along with replacements for the faucet and instant hot water tank + filter + mini-faucet. Adding this work was also quoted competitively and straight-forward. The completed work was superb, and we love the results! Unfortunately, the kitchen faucet was missing a part, so I had to contact the manufacturer to have it shipped. Plumbing Connection was great! They just asked that I call when it arrived. They came as soon as I had the part to complete the work as part of the original job. I will definitely go directly to Plumbing Connection for future projects.

Plumbing connection is really trustable. We had a tricky case and not knew where is the leaking. We thought it was the problem of main water line and already decided to replace it, which would cost a lot. However, after some digging and active investigation, they found the problem is actually coming from a single point leak that got easily fixed. We saved a lot of money. They could have replaced the main water line any way but they were so responsible to solve our problem. We will come back to Plumbing connection in the future if needed.

Called them when the pilot light for my hot water heater tank will not relight after following the instructions and trying it for about 30 minutes. It was almost 6 PM so I hoped they will be able to help me on the same day. He said he will arrive within 45 minutes to check it out.

Because of tree root damage to the clay pipes, I have my main sewer line snaked every August/September as a proactive caution to avoid more costly clogs and a messy cleanup. Mr. Khan and his assistant Larry did a fast, efficient, and thorough job of it using the larger 3 cutting head which clears the entire pipe. Our issue was a bad seal on a toilet that was intermittently leaking - until finally giving out.
Our water bill had steadily risen the past month or two.
While it's possible we could have fixed ourselves, it was very reassuring to have Mr. Khan check various culprits and fix the toilet quickly -- water damage is no joke!
We'll have them install a instant hot water kitchen faucet in the next few months and will update the review if and when that occurs.

The perfect storm hit us - guests arriving from overseas, and the main sewer pipe in our home blocked up! Aaargh!!! Frantically, I tried several plumbers found on Yelp, but couldn't get through any of them. Finally, saw the reviews for Mr. Khan's services, and called. He patiently heard me out (through my hyper-ventilation), and realising how critical this was, managed to fit me in first thing after lunch.

Mr. Khan arrived promptly, and explained the process to me in detail. He and his helper (Orlando) then got to work immediately, and drained the main pipes out. They were done in about 15 minutes, and verified that the issue was resolved before updating me. He also gave me a tip on what to do the next time till a plumber arrived, to let the backup flush outside (rather than being inside) the house.

In addition, I had to be in a conference call, and got delayed more than I expected. Mr. Khan was already done, and was waiting patiently. I apologized to him, but he brushed it off.

All in all, a great experience (well, not the main issue, obviously ) working with him. I'd definitely recommend Mr. Khan's services to anyone who's looking for an honest, reliable, and customer-oriented plumber.

They were quick to respond and quite unlike other plumbers visited our place, diagnosed the issue that involved opening the ceiling, and gave us a quote - all free. The first time we used them it was because our toilets were making a weird noise and we didn't know what was happening. I called him and within 20 seconds of talking to him on the phone he knew exactly what was wrong (clog in the pipes), and showed up to my house within 30 minutes. The job was done in a timely manner, after he thoroughly explained my options and what they were going to do. Very reasonably priced as well.

The second time was today, when he installed a new water heater for us. He is knowledgeable and helped us decide which water heater was best for our home. Again very reasonably priced, quick (about one hour), and yes he came on 4th of July!!

Plumbing connection repaired the leakage under my kitchen sink a month ago. It was working fine until about a week ago when it started leaking again.

I called them again last week to have the leak fixed. I explained them the problem that they attempted to fix a month ago. They told me that they can only come a week later and will confirm the timing via text. Since then they have neither responded to my text or call or voicemail.

It seems like they don't want to repair the poor job they did in the first place. I spoke to a guy named BK who never seems to respond.

If you guys cannot or don't want to fix your failed job just say it- don't let you customers hanging in a limbo and waste their time.

These guys are simply AMAZING. I had a bathroom leak from the second floor that was dripping into the bedroom downstairs. I had at least 5 plumbers come in to detect and fix the problem. None of them could give me 100% guarantee on the leak detection and that the repair would fix the problem permanently. Israr and his team spent a good time diagnosing, fixing and testing the fix. On Tuesday, 8/11/2020, we had the unfortunate misfortune of having water gushing out from underneath our kitchen sink. After our family ran around and finally contained the situation, I began a search for a plumber. Israr was the first person to literally respond back to me within a minute of my Yelp correspondence. (This was around 9:00 p.m.) Thank you, Israr!

Following that initial correspondence, my husband took charge of all the communications, so this review is based upon his experience.

Israr and his assistant Nevy (?) showed up the next day right on the dot of the appointment time. Apparently, Israr took one quick look and diagnosed the problem. He told my husband that we needed a new faucet which comes with all the hardware that we would need, including a hose. (The hot water hose was the culprit.) We got a new faucet that very day, and Nevy came in the early afternoon (on time again!) to install it. Forty minutes later, we were happy campers again.

Let's just say my husband was astounded at the speed of Israr's accurate diagnosis and Nevy's professional installation. He is indeed a grateful customer!

Wish I can give more than 5 stars to Mr. Khan and his crew.

Just a few days after moving into our first home we noticed the main drain pipe was clogged. Both toilets wouldn't flush and both showers were flooded with sewage water. The first plumbing company did an inspection and determined roots from our nearby tree were penetrating the main drain pipe. They tried charging us an insane price to replace the entire piping system, which was completely beyond our budget.

We then found Plumbing Connection. From the very beginning my fiancee and I were very happy with the honesty and detailed information provided by Mr. Khan. He saves time and money for his customers where he can.

Since we didn't have a clean-out, his first approach was to use a snake through the roof. It only worked temporarily due to the long distance between the roof and the problem, so we were not charged. A few days later, Plumbing Connection came back to install a clean-out (at a very reasonable price), allowing them to clear and pinpoint the exact location of the root problem. Mr. Khan honestly explained the risk of the roots coming back, which they did. A week later the crew came back. In just a few hours they managed to replace the exact segment of the pipe that was causing the issue. This costed less than half of what the first plumbing company tried to charge us.

I can go on and on about their spectacular service. But to summarize it all: if you're looking for honestly, good prices, flexibility, speed, friendliness, go with Plumbing Connection.

Even though I didn't ask them to and it wasn't necessary I appreciated the gesture. I had a leaky pipe under the bathroom sink. I had a drain clogged, so I tried the Yelp message service to reach out to several plumbers for a quote. Mr. Khan was one of the few that responded with a reasonable price, and I was able to book the appointment right there.
Mr. Khan showed up the next day on time. His crew was actually still busy with another job, but he didn't want to let me wait, so he came over by himself. He drained my main line and I think he did a fairly thorough job. He took out a piece of roots that was clogging the line.

Overall, my experience was excellent. Mr. Khan was professional, responsive, and has a great attitude. I am really glad that I have found them and will definitely use them again.

I had a leak from upstairs shower and water was dripping through downstairs ceiling. I called multiple plumbers for estimates. Plumbing connection came the same day to take a look an provide estimates. They showed promptness and they had good reviews on Yelp so I hired them.

I hired Plumbing connection to snake out my main sewer line and also to hydro scrub it as well.

I have large tree in my front yard and the roots have intruded into the clay sewer lines below. I know that every other year the roots grow too big and back everything up. I found Khan and Plumbing Connections on yelp and decided to give them a call to see if they can beat the price that I've been paying for the last 5 years with another reputable plumber.

Although I paid more that what I normally do I got a good deal that also included hydro scrubbing of the main line to rid all the build up of crap and to cut off all the roots in my main sewer line.

Service was fast and friendly. They were in an out in less than 2 hours!

Contacted Plumbing Connection on 12/04 and spoke with Khan about a small leak under my home. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday 12/07 between 12-1pm and when Saturday came, I received a call at 11:30am saying something urgent came up and he could not make it. We rescheduled for Tuesday 12/10 (today) between 9am-10am so I took time off from work to be present. At 10:05am, I gave Khan a call to see if he was on his way. When Khan answered the phone, it sounded as if he had just woke up. Needless to say......he was not on his way! Khan said I forgot and didnt write it down. I could come later today between 11am- 12pm or tomorrow if today no longer works for you. That was enough for me, so I said thank you and proceeeded to find a new reliable plumber based on a recommendation not yelp stars. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality of Khans work but based on my experience, I can speak to his unreliability and I would not recommemd him for your next job!

Fyi - I cant help but think that most of his reviews are fake. Afterall, a good majority of the yelp reviews not recommended have 5 stars!

Our tub leaked into our neighbors ceiling due to 50yr old piping. This was due to normal wear and tear of aging copper pipes. Israr repaid the damage with a 90day warranty, however the drainage leaked worse then ever in less than 2yrs and now my neighbors whole roof is damaged, has black mold and I spent 300 for repair. I was also told I should replace the whole drainage due to original install not been aligned, uhe sed putty to plug a leak on a replaced junnciton see image and multiple gaskets and clamps for drainage which should be a single pipe. These are all indicative of poor alignment and bandages to fix the plug. Israr mentioned he provides a 90day warranty and he is not responsible, however all damage is from his install and the original lasted 50yrs I should hope for atleast 20 without an issue. Now he states it is the caulking which should be replace every 2 years. Down over 1000 and still not confident it is fixed, will need to pay an additional 700 for new compnenets and proper install. Would not recommend, pay extra and find someone reliable

Being accused of altering receipt, see image the cross out for overflow is actually the tail of the g from the word Leaking above. Did not change the overflow see before and after. This illustrates my point perfectly, he can not admit his install was unreliable and attacks you personally, enjoy working with Israr.

Home warranty company (FNHW) and the plumbers they assigned left me with a mainline sewage blockage problem and -$65 (warranty service fee) in the hole with nothing to show for it. My wife found these guys on Yelp ~11:30AM (actually through JK plumbers who apprenticed with Plumbing Connection!) and they were at my house at 2PM, had a new ground sewer line cleanout dug out and installed and the blockage cleared out by 6PM. Its been a brilliant experience with Mr Khan. We had a nightmarish situation when one of our faucets gave way and water started gushing out. Called a different plumber and he said we would need to replace the entire water pipe. I needed a new garbage disposal connected after realizing the one I bought was going to be WAY too complicated and difficult for me.

I found Plumbing Connection on Yahoo and they had good reviews. They quoted me $95 to install, if no extra parts were needed.

They said they could be here in an hour. They showed up about an hour later. Right at the door, they impressed me by putting on booties to insure they were not tracking in any dirt. They got right to work. I should mention, they being Israr Khan, the owner, and one of his workers, which I forgot to ask his name.

They had the new disposal installed before I knew it. A few minutes later I'm hearing sawing. I came around to see what it was and the worker explained the disposal we bought was much bigger than our old one so it wouldn't fit within the existing piping, so they had to make room and reinstall new piping.
A few minutes later, I'm hearing the low hum of the new disposal! I was surprised they had it running so quickly. A few minutes later, I see the worker packing up and walking out the door. I look under the sink and it is done! This all done in LESS than an hour!

Mr. Khan said due to the piping problem he had to charge extra. (Here was the hammer falling, I thought in my mind.) He charged me only $15 extra! No extra labor. Just for the small amount of piping.

Mr. Khan and his worker were professional, friendly, worked quickly and very knowledgable of the pricing and locations where the new and old disposal came from.

My wife and I will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing issues.

Now if I could just take a half star off, it would be for not letting me know there was going to be extra work involved and thus, adding to the cost. Granted, the extra work was absolutely needed or no disposal installed, it would have been nice to be kept in the loop of this as a courtesy.

He came with intentions to clear main drain for the price he has posted but wasn't the issue he cleared main drain first but not the only issue went a little more in to kitchen pipes so those needed clearing also pulling p-trap and clearing out that and continue to main line but he didn't try to over charge just a little more money but expected but unlike most ppl they would probably try to get u for a lot more but not him very honest. We found out this morning that our kitchen sink had a clog. Worse yet, when we ran the shower, it started filling up the sink even more, so we had to find a plumber who could come fix it quickly. Called from my work phone to make an appointment for my stopped up toilet, and I gave him my cell phone number to reach me if he could not find my condo. Unfortunately when I called about the missed appointment the guy rudely said he was at my place but called my work phone which he probable kept on his caller ID, instead of calling my cell phone which I verbally gave him since obviously I would be at home when he would come. I understand mistakes happen but the guy on the phone was pretty rude about it and did not even offer to reschedule although it was his mistake.

Telephoned company to replace a valve in shower. Guy tells me to take it out, take a picture and go to the store because it might be a long or short valve. Apparently, they have no inventory. If I were going to do that, what is the advantage to hiring them? More time wasters.

It is customary to get an idea of what the costs may be in advance. An estimate is hardly free if the work is performed. If the plumber doesn't wish to provide cost information he would be right not to provide it and should not do it. But people can accomplish more on the phone..In this case, I was able to gauge competency and establish what I perceived was his unwillingness to perform the work.

The subsequent remarks identify his lack of ability to exercise customer service that promotes his business in a positive light. No estimate was provided-only information related to an hourly rate.

Got a problem with roots in the sewer line. Called Mr. Khan and he showed up the next day. He quickly did an inspection and gave me an assessment and the potential cost. What I very much appreciated was the sep by step explanation and allowing me to take some photos along the way. After having original valves in almost 30-year home, Best Buy refuses my washer deliver until these were replaced (see before and after). A portion of the wall had to be cut to gain access but even the cut into the wall and placing back to almost original condition (no texturing as that is not their job) was amazing. I would dot the i and cross the t in the contract to make sure what work you are getting done before starting the job with this company!!!

I had clearly explained the requirement to a technician for a repipe of my home and he gave a onsite verbal quote but later the owner sent a quote which was missing those details. When he and the technician (who gave the quote) visited, I wanted to make sure he knew all the things needed to be done and wanted it be documented in the contract. During the visit, he said all those items are not included and cannot be done. I said that the technician was aware of the repipe requirements which I said during the initial inspection and even agreed that i had requested that when the owner was there.

After all this, I said I would think about this contract since there were a lot of exclusions and was worried about the kinda a service i am going to get from a company that talks to a prospective customer and I kinda-post service support I can get. The owner just walked away, he didn't say anything or tried to explain.

I got the job done elsewhere but wanted to make other people aware of my experience with this company.

There are lots of plumbers out here, and most are probably good, but not great. Reliable, knowledgeable and well, just average. This is not the case with Plumbing Connection. Mr. Khan is exceptional... a five star rating.

In June, We had a broken the sewage pipe in the crawl space in Newark. Mr. Khan made his free estimate appointment on time. He gave us the best and most affordable solution. Another contractor almost cost us about 3x more. Since it was emergency, Mr. Khan postponed his other jobs, and replaced 10 feet pipeline the next day.

In September, my parents' sewage pipe in Walnut Creek clogged. Plumbing Connection helped us unclogged the blockage, and precisely detected the broken pipe 9 feet from the clean-out under concrete driveway. Plumbing Connection finished the job in two days. His job passed rigorous city inspection flawlessly.

Plumbing Connection is everything you want in a plumbing company. Honest, professional, and punctual. Plumbing Connection will definitely be called upon again. That is why we are Royalty Club members of Plumbing Connection!!

Plumbing Connection is awesome. My husband and I will definitely used them again. Mr. Khan and his employee was 30 minutes late but I am okay with that because they called to give us a heads up. We really appreciated that because we won't be left wondering will they show up? Will they not show up?

I am so glad that I called Plumbing Connections. They help installed a new toilet, fixed our faucets and dealt with the crazy faucet in the kitchen with ease and humor. There is water leak coming out of the bottom of the drywall adjacent to the bath tub. Nery came and figured it out what went wrong. It turned out the water was sipping out of the crack in the tile wall of the bathroom. Nothing is wrong with the pipes. Nery was so nice to show me how to do a temporary caulking or hire bathroom remodeling company to renovate the whole bathroom. He did not charge me for this diagnosis work. This is the second time I have used their services. I was very satisfied Both time. First was a leak in the basement. They fixed the leak properly. They waited sufficient time and made sure that the pipes were properly drained and dry before soldering the connection.

This time the second leak was in the garage. Luckily they were available to come and take a look within a couple of hours. They gave me a reasonable quote and the fix was done properly in about 45 minutes. Again another nice clear repair job.

Toilet and shower clogged. They came promptly.
Tried to clean it thru the roof. Costs me $350 for half an hour of work!

This company's fix lasted 2 weeks! Then again two tubs and toilets were filled with sewage water right before new year's. Not able to reach them.

At the very least offer 3 months guarantee. $350 for half an hour of work where nothing was fixed. I had to deal with the same issue two weeks later, right before New Years

Find yourself a company that offers some warranties. Such as if recur in a month, fix it for free. This was ridiculous.

Ishrar was courteous and prompt (FIRST to respond) in his messages with me and sent Lesley to my house. Lesley successfully relit my pilot light after brushing away dust around key parts of my water heather. Apparently, the strong winds associated with recent storms likely blew out the pilot light, and there was just enough dust that re-lighting the pilot on my own did not work well. Khan did a sewage cleanout installation in a property we manage. Did the job professionally as usual.
Went there to clean the sewage clog same day we called, then finished cleanout installation next day. After cleanout was installed, he used 4 blade on sewage snake to cut through & clean up the tree roots along the sewage pipe.

Called Plumbing Connection after receiving what I thought was an unreasonably high quote ($1250) from a large local company to repair a stuck shower/tub water faucet. Nery answered after a couple of rings, said he could be out THE NEXT DAY.
He arrived on time, checked out the situation and gave a very reasonable quote ($265) to replace the old defective cartridge.
An hour later he was done, cleaned up the bathroom and was out the door.

When I reached out, Israr replied quickly, and when he arrived, he patiently answered all the questions I had as a new homeowner, and performed a thorough inspection of the plumbing I had concerns about.

He identified a few issues, and was upfront about what was urgent, what could wait, and what didn't need to be addressed. The follow up appointment was quick, and went off smoothly.

I have a wet spot on the wall. I requested quote from many plumbers. Israr got back to me very quickly and his response make the most sense to me.

When he came, he didn't think that was any leaking issue and he didn't charge me for coming to my house. He also estimated a few other plumbing issues I have in the house, all prices were very reasonable.

Honest Gentlemen Khan does the right thing and resolved water leakage issue magically.

We had a water leakage in the 2nd floor bathroom. Couple of plumbers (including one of the america's top company) recommended to replace the bathtub and remodel the bathroom which might be costing huge dollars, time and effort.

I needed to have my sewer line checked and wanted to get a quote how much that would be.

Mr. Khan responded to my inquiry within minutes. Not only that I had a few follow up questions which also he answered within minutes during our brief email / chat.

He was able to quote me and make it within a day to inspect the situation.

He was able to inspect the situation and showed the details what is the issue at hand and what is the solution. He was able to show me via pictures the other lines under my home to know there conditions.

Lastly he said he would have it fixed within a day and that's exactly what he did. As it was day off I thought it would be a week long process but no Mr. Khan said he would make sure the damage line would get fixed no less than a day.

Mr. Khan and his team I highly recommend for the services. I also value their level of communication and response time.

I highly recommend Plumbing Connection. When I used their service first time, it was almost two years ago when two bathrooms had clog problems.

I called several plumbers to get estimates. All of them did camera inspection and gave me the possible cause of of the problem and the quote for the solution. After watching their inspection and comparing the quotes, Israr's analysis and quote was the most reasonable to us and the least expensive because the impact (digging and re-piping) was minimum. Since then, we didn't have any problems in bathrooms and we're glad we chose Plumbing Connection.

This time I noticed that kitchen sink drainage has been getting slow. So, I contacted Israr Wednesday afternoon and he told me he could visit Thursday morning. Since the issue was not so obvious (My husband couldn't notice the slow draining, either), they did a couple of different tests then acknowledged the issue and performed snake clearing from the vent on the roof. It fixed one of my problems. Another problem was it took a very long time to shut off flushing of guest toilet occasionally. He suggested to do some trick when it happened next time. If the issue is persistent, he told me that he would order the part to be replaced.

It seems to me that they always try to help customers not to spend unnecessarily. Highly recommend them.

Our garbage disposal stopped working. Luckily I was able to get a reasonable quote over the Yelp app which I was happy about since it seems like a lot of techs want to come take a look first before providing a quote. I can understand, but it's just a little less convenient. Anyway, a tech was available for next morning service. Leslie was on time and done with the job in around 10 mins. So quick! Turns out we had a rubber glove and a screw lodged in the disposal... so odd, I can't even try to explain it. I didn't have cash at the time and he didn't accept electric payment, so I texted Leslie my address and he sent me an invoice thru the mail. I'd definitely reach out again if I have any future plumbing issues.

We had kitchen sink problems that included a mysterious dripping sound (although no evidence of water anywhere) and extremely low water pressure. We feared a leak in pipes in the wall. Khan came out trhe same day we called. He and his partner did some troubleshooting and reassured us that there was no leak, what we were hearing was a faulty water softener that was constantly running into the pipes. They also diagnosed the low water pressure as a faulty faucet and replaced it with a beautiful new faucet and didn't even mind my curious dogs constantly checking out the situation.

They were professional, timely, friendly and more than fair on their pricing. I will definitely refer Plumbing Connection to anyone that needs plumbing services and I will make sure to call them, when we have a need in the future.

I contacted plumbing connection when my usual plumber couldn't make my timetable. As with most plumbing jobs, you need them right away and you also have to understand that there are people that need them just as much as you do who requested their services before you did. Obviously it's first come first served. Since I needed someone ASAP, I contacted Plumbing Connection because of their equally stellar rating on yelp as the plumber who does all of my work. Plumbing Connection came out and did my repair quickly and guaranteed all of their work. While it was just a simple fix, I'm glad they were able to come in and help. I now, thankfully, have 2 plumbers that I can rely on...but as far as this review goes, I highly recommend Plumbing Connection.

They're amazing! I'm really happy to have found Nery at Plumbing Connection -- he is honest, calm, and professional. I tried to install a new kitchen faucet myself after some shady warnings from competitors about the faucet brand and high installation quotes. Unfortunately, I got stuck on the install because it's really hard to get at the bolt under the sink without the right tools and expertise. Nery came in and removed the old faucet and put in the new one in 20 min (at a reasonable price) and gave me some handy tips for the future. He also reassured me that the faucet I chose is solid and has a good warranty. On top of that he fixed two other low-pressure sinks in the house with ease. Next time I'll save myself the headaches and call him at the beginning!

I needed to replace a water heater. I had called sears, lows, and about 6 other local plumbing companies. sears and lows are too expensive and will charge $100 more for same day service. Mr. Khan and Netti at Plumbing Connection are the best you will find in the East Bay! Our two showers and sink in the master bathroom were clogged so I started calling around for quotes and assessment. One plumber told us we will need to break the walls open to get to the pipes and quoted us $250 just for breaking the wall, it didn't even include the job they will be doing, plus cost for putting the wall back together and texture. Mr. Khan took one look and told us he can unclog from the main pipe downstairs located in the water tank closet. Netti went to work and they finished the job in less than 1hr. AND saved me an enormous amount of money!

Mr. Khan is a honest and a reliable person. He doesn't BS with you and doesn't waste time talking about the weather, he comes in, does the work, cleans up and gives you your house back in better condition than before.

Had a very good experience with this company. Arrived on time. I had a problem with running water, he fixed my toilet and my shut off valve then found a break in my pipe beneath my front lawn. He fixed the pipe while I was at work and took pictures so I could see what the problem was . He quoted me a price and that's what I paid he then found a leak in an old water softener in my garage he fixed the pipe and removed the softener and didn't charge me extra. I will call them again for my plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service!! Approximately one month ago I called requesting a quote for a broken anchor on the toilet. I was given a quote that is very reasonable, so I scheduled the appointment ASAP. They arrived on time, even covered their shoes as they worked in the bathroom. We had a few backflow toilets at our school site and needed to snake. The facility is very old, but they managed to troubleshoot the problem and snaked two holes and found the culprit. Generally I do not write reviews but will like to share my experience for benefits of others. I have had a leakage in water pipe under the concrete. I called my handyman and he tried doing some tape around and but leakage was always there, though used to dry in day time. I decided to call plumbing connections out of few yelp review and availability to have repair on Saturday/Sunday. The pluming connection is a team of Mr.Khan, the owner and one assistance. They looked my job and estimated a amount..it looks more to me at that time but since I have to get it done, I set the appointment. The repair job was to break the concrete and have new joint with some very labor extensive job. It took over 5 hrs but I realized that they were not doing any quick fix to just do their job. Once the job was done, I was given a warranty of 3 months. After around 2 months, there was very little leak or wet around pipe and I did txt them ; they did come and looked into it and asked me to watch for few days as it could have been moist. Everything was ok but after few weeks, I was seeing that leakage and called them again. They made up an appointment and looked into it and realized that the connection on top was little loose. They repaired it and its all fine. At the end, I feel I could trust these people: you might find the cost little higher at the beginning but at the end, I felt that it was very well job done and they stand to their quality work.

This place had a very quick response time to my yelp estimate request. They not only got back to me quickly, but they were able to come out and fix my issue in two days. I was texted right back on my phone, as I had asked, when I contacted them via Yelp message. I texted them some pictures of my old water heater and they responded quickly with a fair price. This company had done great work for me in the past, so I was confident that their price would be fair and their work top notch. They came RIGHT on time the next day, did the work quickly but carefully (a better installation than another company had done 11 years ago), and were very informative about my new water heater. A+ job. Both men were polite, sharp, and professional.

I like that they included a pan to catch any leaks that may occur when the water heater eventually fails (average lifespan about 10 years). See picture. Without the pan, if I hadn't noticed the leak of my old heater quickly, the cubic wooden platform the heater stands on would have gotten waterlogged and had to be replaced.

I called Mr. Khan about a standing water clog in my kitchen sink and asked him how much it would be. He quoted me a fair price and when he arrived, he and his apprentice went to work quickly, being sure to take their shoes off. I had mentioned to him that I also had a problem with my washing machine leaking water when it drained and I hoped that clearing the kitchen sink clog would fix both issues.

Once they had cleared the sink clog, I went and tested the washer to find out that the clog was different, as it continued to leak. At no charge he tried to snake the washing machine's drain line to no avail. He told me that the shape of the piping prevented a snake from being successful. Because he was honest and helpful, I asked if he would clear this line as well, to which he agreed to return at a later date.

Fast forward a few days and he came back with his helper. They tried their best to clear the washing machine clog without having to cut into the wall to remove the P-Trap, to no avail. They then cut into the wall, removed the pipe and snaked the drain line, which ultimately cleared the issue. Afterwards they patched the wall back up and put everything the way it was. He even offered me more competitive pricing for the work because of the great conversation we had while they were working. Overall a nice, honest guy and small business owner. If I ever have any plumbing needs in Fremont, Plumbing Connection will be who I call.

My toilet has been serviced last December 2022 because it was clogged fast forward in less than a month problem seems to reappeared again. Let me break down my experience

1. I used Yelp to Request a Quote on a Sunday. Israr responded under an hour and was very transparent on expectations and pricing. We was willing to work with me over text to look at photos of the job areas and was able to give me a fair pricing. He was even able to schedule next day, to get the work done.

2. Israr came out with his crew. Showed him the job areas and he they went to work immediately. Great professionalism and they tested everything.

The workmanship looks and tested great. I'm very happy with the results.

Israr was very easy to communicate from the Request for Quote moment through paying the bill.

Being friendly is not a requirement as the quality of work and timeliness matters more. As an added bonus, Israr and his crew were friendly throughout and patiently answered my questions.

Called before coming like requested around the specified time.

Very professional and honest- straight to the point- they get to the root of the problem quick. By that I mean- they know what they are doing. Mr. Khan was able to figure out that there was an electrical problem involved also and was able make that connection and resolve it. Impressed.

Walking out to the car this morning to go to work, noticed a damp spot coming from beneath the garage door. Our water heater was leaking. Based on the reviews here, called Plumbing Connection at 7:15am. Mr. Khan picked up and said he would be at our house by 9am. He arrived, evaluated the situation and determined the water heater needed to be replaced. By 11am, the old water heater had been drained and removed and the new water heater (which Mr. Khan procured for us) was installed. He was very efficient and I'm so happy to have this problem resolved so quickly. They even got rid of the old water heater for us! I would highly recommend this service and will utilize them again if the need arises.

Israr responded in a few min once I sent him an SOS msg. Then I asked when are they available ASAP and Israr told in 30 min! And boom the technician is here and got the problem investigated and fixed. All within an hour from I contacted them till the job is done! I also learned a few tips from the technician on how to maintain the drain pipe more proactively especially now we all stay home and the sink drain just is being under heavy duty. Now, my kitchen sink just got back to normal and everyone is happy in the house! I really appreciate Plumbing connection's professionalism, responsiveness and great help!
