Highly recommend. Quality work at affordable rates. We live in a Mobile house and have found not many plumbers can do the necessary work. Precision can and did an excellent job.

Precision Plumbing installed a salt free water softener for me. The office called me letting me know when the plumber will arrive. The plumber was courteous and did a perfect job consulting me about how I would like the tank and filter positioned. He spent time leveling and securing it. The softener is adjacent to my water heater and he noticed a gas smell which I verified. I had him replace the gas hose. He was done in an hour and a half. I didn't mention how he helped me remove my old salt water softener. They just became my plumber!

We had a gas leak near our meter and Jamie was able to fit us in same day even though they were booked. Plumber arrived around 3:00 and was friendly, professional and fast. Precision could have charged us a lot more for emergency service and I was shocked at how little we were charged.  Thanks so much Precision!

I have to say this company is great. I called frantically on Monday and spoke with Christine regarding my water heater that decided to stop working on me over the weekend. She had me send her photos and all the details of my existing water heater so she could get some numbers put together for repairs and replacement. She called me back with all the information and I decided it would be best to just replace it. She was able to have a technician out the next day with a new water heater. Keelen our technician was extremely professional, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this company.

Requested bid for recirculating pump for newer tankless water heater.  The plumber took pictures and said he would get back.  After one month and several calls to company, owner was scheduled to come out.  No show and no contact.  After another call he was scheduled again.  On day of appointment, secretary called and said he wasn't coming.  She attempted to provide over the phone expertise, but had no clue.  Very unprofessional.

After having several issues with our toilet clogging, we did a camera inspection to determine we had a broken cast iron pipe. We got quoted a price from one plumber and Precision beat the price by a significant amount. Christine was wonderful to deal with. Ron was so nice to talk to. Christine made sure we knew about potential problems that could arise once the digging began. We did run into an issue, but Precision did everything they could to solve it, including planning to come out on a Saturday. Thankfully they were able to come back a day earlier than expected. Jose and his team did an excellent job and were able  to dig up our bathroom without also opening the wall like originally thought. We now have a fully functioning bathroom again!

Requested a quote for my parent's home, which we felt was very reasonable at $150/hour plus parts. A valve and hose bib had to be replaced. Our appt time was 2:00p.m. so I was a bit concerned because they stated if the technician continues to work past 4:00p.m. anytime after that is considered overtime at $215/hour. Usually, overtime is considered at 5:00p.m. so this was a bit annoying.  The day of the scheduled appt, I was notified by their office that the technician could actually arrive earlier than scheduled, so I agreed, the technician came by replace the necessary parts and was done in about an hour. I am extremely happy at the work perform on my parent's home because as many of you know, when seniors are involved, many unscrupulous people try and take advantage, Precision Plumbing did not. They were fair, honest and completed the job in a timely manner.  I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues at my parent's home. Thank you so much, I am overjoyed with the work performed and the price was fair and reasonable.

We had a great experience with this company.  They help move some plumbing lines when we renovated our backyard.  We were so happy we called them when we considered doing a grey water system.  The owner came by since he was the most experienced with installing them.  He was honest and discussed the pros and cons and was able give knowledgeable information about the installation.

Precision Plumbing will always be my first call, and I will recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

At little back story, I recently moved into a new home and was not from the area. I was informed the area required water softeners and the house was built for one. After watching some YouTube videos and contacting a friend we decided to install it ourselves.

After a week of leaks and issues it came to a head, on Saturday I found my garage to be filled with water which required turning off all the water to the house. I thought for sure I was out of luck because it was a Saturday and Valentines day.

After contacting Ron he came out within 2 hours to help me. Ron was able to fix the issue quickly and was more then reasonable about price. He was nice, and kept me in the loop of what was going on.

I do not usually write reviews, but because of how impressive my interaction was with Ron I wanted others to know this is a great company to use. I also want others to be comfortable and confident in contact him.

Our water heater broke and flooded our garage. We had another plumbing company come out and gave us an estimate. The cost didn't seem honest so I decided to call around. Some places hesitated to give an estimate over the phone (even though I gave exact details) and others just had such inflated costs. We were charged $700.00 less than others quoted us.
Im so grateful I was able to book Precision Plumbing.
Friendly, affordable, professional, punctual and very efficient. We contacted them Tuesday, and they were out by Wednesday and done by noon. I called around several other local plumbing locations and Precision Plumbing beat all the other competitors by far. You can't beat a fair price and friendly service.
I would definitely book them again for future plumbing related issues.

I thought I had a leak under my slab concrete floor in my house. I called Precision Plumbing on Thursday at 5pm and was surprised at how fast I got an appointment: Monday morning. It's Monday now and Ron the owner just left. After he inspected my home and looked at my water meter, he determined that I didn't have a leak after all! The low water pressure I have was from a broken gate valve, which is the valve on your house that turns on and off the water...an easy fix! I am SO grateful that he was honest and didn't take advantage of me. He has definitely earned my loyalty if I am ever in need of a plumber in the future! Thanks so much, Ron! Also of note is that his office person Jamie was very friendly and helpful on the phone. What a great experience! I highly recommend this company!

Just had my kitchen sink leak repaired and the technician Steve was very professional and efficient! He explained everything he was doing and got the repair done very quickly. The price was very reasonable and he itemized everything on the bill so there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

Recently moved to Brentwood and we immediately needed a new plumber.  We've used Precision twice now and I had a great experience both times.  Recently, we found ourselves in need of a new water heater and they were able to get a crew with a new unit out to us next day.   The team was fast and friendly and did great work.

Needed old stop valves replaced and was able to get an appointment same day.  Alex was great, friendly, transparent, and honest.

I had a hose bibb that was leaking. After talking to them on the phone, I was able to send pictures of my problem. They ordered the part & scheduled me for the next day. The plumber showed up early & completed the job quickly. I couldn't have asked for better service!

We had another plumbing emergency (don't get me started). I spoke to Jamie over the phone. She was very responsive and set everything up quickly. She said the tech would be at my house around noon. He showed up at 12:00pm. Work was done exactly as expected. Troubleshooting complete and we were good to go. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing!

Great work! Darren Mayberry was excellent! He was on time, professional, and experienced. I needed a shutoff valve and a new hose bib. I really appreciate his attention to detail. Precision Plumbing has the right people and price to be the most valuable plumbing company in the east bay. I 100% recommend.

I've flipped three homes over the past 7 years and I've worked with a lot of people but I have to say that this guy is one of the most patient and professional guys I've worked with.  I received Ron's information through another contractor and I'm glad I did.  Precision Plumbing sent out a couple guys to install several new faucets in my home this past week.  They arrived on time and didn't leave until almost 7pm.  They were tired after such a big job but they got it done and did incredible work!  There was one very small issue with a loose connection under one sink but Ron came right out (on a holiday weekend) and took care of it for me!  

I had to meet a deadline for a garage project which required me to get a plumber out to remove a water softener sooner than expected.  I hesitated in contacting Ron because I know how busy they are but although he was on another job, he responded immediately and told me he would fit me in his schedule.  Even though my appointment wasn't until the following week, Ron made time and took care of it.  That kind of service is rare these days.  Also, my conversations with the lady in the office (Deborah) was always very courteous, kind and she took the time to explain the specifics of the final charges on the invoice.  I appreciated that.

I HIGHLY recommend Precision Plumbing for any work you may need!  These guys (and Deborah) are awesome.  But thanks again Ron for your consistent patience, professionalism and for coming through when I needed you!

Called 10 AM on a weekday and was able to get a 2 PM appt to fix the cause of water gushing out of a tub diverter.  David showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad cartridge.  He worked efficiently and replaced the bad cartridge.  Also changed the showerhead at the same time. We are very happy that it is all working properly again.  Would most definitely use Precision and David again.

This was our first experience with this company & it was a pleasant one. We didn't have a referral but would certainly recommend Precision Plumbing & Company!

The very best in customer service!!!  This whole team is so pleasant to work with.  Jamie on the phone who sets up the appointments was really pleasant and patient with our scheduling.  Their prices were fair and beat out other competitors in the area.  The bonus was not only were they the cheapest I found, but that their customer service was over the top.

We recently remodled our kitchen and they arrived to install my new kitchen sink and faucet.  During the install, Cameron recognized that my old air gap did not match the new appliances.  He went out to his truck and brought in one that matched and replaced it at no extra charge.  In addition, he saw recognized that our stove top still needed to be hooked up.  He completed that task as well at no additonal charge.  He looked at our reverse osmosis system, tweaked some things, cleaned it up and has it working better than ever.  Again, no extra charge and was not part of the original service request.

The next day, Danny came out and installed our new water heater.  He was just as nice as Cameron and did a great job. Danny also ran a pot filler line for us.  The job was clean and everything turned out great.  These guys are so friendly and trustworthy.  I haven't had a chance to meet Ron, but I can tell his focus is on hiring those that deliver good customer service, are friendly, and are trustworthy.  

I never write Yelp reviews, but after having such a great experience, I felt that Ron and his team deserved it...   Thanks again and I look forward to working with your team again in the future

Very happy with Precision Plumbing.  The inlet valves to our washing machine needed to be changed. They provided timely service at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had an earthquake valve installed at gas meter by Precision Plumbing on our home in Discovery Bay. The service was required by my Real Estate agent and State of California for the sale of our home. Apparently the agent was supposed to be present for the installation, he was not. My husband and I were out of town and unable to be there. The technician did the valve without anyone being there. It is a requirement that a homeowner or other responsible party be there during the installation process. This way the technician can inspect all gas sights to determine correct and safe operations. We got home that evening unaware that a Precision Tech had been there. There was No Furnace, No Hot Water, No Gas. We called their service line and spoke to Christine. She told us no service tech was available and walked us through resetting the valve. The furnace still would not ignite and there was smell of gas. Our next call was to PG&E . They were there immediately. PG&E explained that there was a gas leak from an elbow that was installed. He also stated sloppy work. More fittings were used than necessary. The main gas valve was half way turned on which was not enough gas to ignite furnace or pool heater.   We called Christine and she appeared to be defensive and truthfully rude. She said we should have had her technician do the repair instead of PG&E. There was a strong smell of gas that required immediate and skilled attention. REALLY wait with a gas leak until they had time to do the job. Gas leaks are nothing to be taken lightly. Precision is not the correct name for this company because they are anything but PRECISE. More on the Incompetent side. Save yourself a lot of stress and grief and stay away from this company.

I'm the executive director for Kaleidoscope cancer connection in Byron CA, and 3 days before a large event for our children with cancer we support the hot water heater in our facility gave up and caused a flooding situation in the garden where the event was to take place. I called Precision Plumbing and they dispatched a plumber named Eric who did the work needed to save the event.

I had some leaks under my slab and hired Precision Plumbing to redo my whole house in pex. They also roughed in the plumbing in my bathroom and did the finish work. They came when they said they were they were clean, they were reasonable, and I'm so happy I used them.

I've used this company for both of my salon businesses.  They have always been responsive and provided professional plumbing services!  Their prices are very fair for the work that they do!

I called the owner, Ron Harrison mid-morning about a flow issue we had with our shower. He arrived when he said he would. and had it fixed and running again within 30 minutes. No mess.

Ron has been to our place 3 times since end of 2011 and every time he has the work done quickly and efficiently. This shows how experienced with plumbing he is. I believe he could fix anything. :-)

The first time we used him our General Contractor Jim Cary brought him out to complete a job that was started by another subcontractor but was not finished. He was in and out, job fixed in no time.

Second time we needed to have an earthquake valve installed for final inspections and once again in out and done. No stress!

My mother needed a new kitchen faucet and one of her toilets repaired. This company did a really great job for her!  They came out fast, and did the work fast too! Danny the plumbing technician, was really knowledgeable and very friendly. He was very patient with all of our questions. He did a great professional job, and also left no mess.They also gave my mom a senior discount. We were very happy with how everything turned out. I had never heard of this company before, but now they've got my business! I'm also going to recommend them to my sons!

I needed to find out the brand for the valve I currently had installed (but the key identifying parts were broken off) and couldn't tell what the brand was.
I called and asked if they could help and I was told to just send some pictures and they would try to figure out the brand.
Within a minute I had my answer and they were right!

The company I contacted previously wanted to charge me $140 to identify the brand. So I was thrilled this company could help me without needing to send some one out or charge me for a min worth of research.

Absolutely Awesome

They were contracted to install an earthquake valve, prior to the closing of our home by the previous home owner/agent.  They turned off the gas to do such work and failed to turn it back on.  As a result of such, when the Home Inspector came to do the Home Inspection, he did not inspect the water heater because he said the gas had been turned off.  We had to call PG&E out the following day, delaying work for the other contractors on site.  

Fast forward to about two weeks or so when we moved in.  Our first shower and attempt at dishes proved no hot water from the water heater.  Given escrow had closed, it was now on us to fix/replace the water heater.  After the $75 home warranty fee, we had to spend an additional $410 to have a new water heater installed with the new required code upgrades not covered by the home warranty.  Had they turned the gas back on upon the completion of their work, the Home Inspector would have inspected and noted the hot water heater was not producing hot water.

Our agent contacted them and was given an evasive answer, when asked why the gas had not been turned back on.  She stated they didn't seem to concerned about the error either.

I have emailed them twice to attempt some type of reimbursement, with no response ....... I guess small claims court and BBB is my next recourse unfortunately.

Terrible time getting someone out to give and estimate. Never called back to keep us updated. Waited two days and contacted them multiple times and still never got them to come out
