Martin and John showed up and quickly went to work doing what the last plumber couldn't do and that was to actually fix the toilet. Martin and John were extremely professional and personable and I highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs. Vuksani really came to rescue and now I finally have a plumber that I can call and guess what ? They will actually call you back, give you a fair price and do the job the right way the first time out. Thank you Martin and John you guys are great !!

Sam repaired my pipes after they froze and burst this winter. He arrived as soon as possible, was very clear about what work he would be doing, and was speedy about the repairs so that my water was turned back on as quickly as possible. I just recently purchased a house. Only a week after moving in the Damper motor broke off on my Burnham Boiler. Michael walked me through everything he was doing and why.  He replaced the motor. In addition, he replaced the broken pressure guage, updated the pigtail from steel to brass, and recalibrated the pressure. This made the system so much quieter as I was experiencing a lot of water hammer also.  The pricing was very reasonable as I've been charged more for less work by other plumbers in the past.

We had a kitchen faucet leaking for quite sometime and we decided to change it. I called Tim Golden hands because of the good reviews he had. Atraen, the owner came and was on time, changed the kitchen faucet and also hang a towel bar that was loose in the bathroom.
He was fast, polite, with a nice smile, and I would call him again for another. Highly recommended

Olsi did an absolutely perfect job! The rate he charged was very competitive as well. My bathtub drain was beyond clogged before this maintenance. He was quick and cleaned up before leaving. My drain is as good as new! Would recommend to anyone :)

$95 to come talk a look at a clogged shower, wouldn't give me any sort of estimate over the phone. $375 for a snake that he said would take 20 mins. No thanks.

He replied with an estimate right away, came right on time as agreed! Brought all the tools and hard installed our countertop dishwasher. No leaks no hassle no problems! He did all the work in about 30 minutes! The most affordable and reliable person in the market! I recommend him for any plumbing job. Its been about a week since it was done and no complaints! Will definitely call again when I need it.

Would definitely recommend them! They were not only responsive, but quick to come and do the work. I had them do some wall patchwork, bidet installation, light installation, and moving of a light box in the wall. I don't think there's anything they can't handle! And reasonably priced as well. This should be your first call if you need ANYTHING done!

I rely on reviews and I always carefully read reviews before I hire anyone online.

I own a few properties in NJ and for many times I have been tricked or stood up by handy men...

For example once Home Advisor Mr. Galen sent me some pro with 0 experience in fixing roofs and they even promised me that these pros have insurance and have tall ladders to climb up to my 3 floor buildings.  Until they showed up in front of my property with a backpack and bare hands, I asked them how they gonna clean gutter with no tools no ladders? They said that they never did gutter cleaning before and they do not even have license or insurance... all they do in the past was assembling IKEA Furnitures!  OMG...!

I am so glad that I found this company Peral through Yelp!!! My tenant's kitchen faucet was leaking and we tried to switch cartridge ourselves but the leaking got worse, so I yelped and started contacting them.

Ms Britney was such a knowledgeable Frontdesk who picked up my call and from there she let me text to her personal phone to send pictures and video about the leaking situation. Then she tried to explain some different options about how to get this done within the same day!!!(which is beyond my expectation!) Finally we solve the problem. I purchased a new faucet on HomeDepot.com and she sent Handy Man Mr. Brian to pick it up then went to my property and installed it for my tenants. Around 6/7pm (after work hours) Ms. Britney sent me 2 photos of the new installed faucet and under the sink photo, everything looks beautiful and neat!

I had issues with my 2 sewer drains in the basement. He fixed that problem and since at the time i also had a clog in my upstairs bathroom and sink. So i asked him to alleviate the problems with those as well. Respectful guy. Good service.

I put in a project request last night and within 15 minutes Luigi responded to me and asked me to give him a call. We agreed on a time for this morning and a man named Miguel came over and fixed our problem within 30 minutes! He was so nice and explained very well what the issue was and he was very honest about what he can for the most affordable solution and we appreciated that very much.
We would definitely be using L&C again and will specifically ask for Miguel!!!
