Best Drain Cleaning in New York NY

Due to the ida storm my basement flooded and my boiler was damaged (no hot water). Vuksani and their team replaced my boiler they arrived about an hour later after my call. They assessed the situation and replaced my boiler. They were efficient and nice guys! Id recommend their services!

Sam is the best!! Knowledgeable, courteous and on time! He also responded super quick which is golden now that we are stuck at home cooking 24/7. He explained to us all the issues and fixed it within the same day.

I called Pipe Monkeys after reading all the positive reviews here. I was greeted by a very friendly person and was told they would be able to stop by later in the day.

A few hours later, I got a call from Kirk letting me know he was on his way. He inspected the issue, told me what he thought was the problem and gave me a price and how long it would take.

Not 15 minutes later, he had cleared out the drain backup. He also gave me advice on the things I can do to keep it unclogged.

Kirk was a very nice person and overall, this was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to call him again should I require additional service!

After dealing with quite a few hack plumbers, we called Mike after reading great reviews of him online. Now we totally agree with the reviews! He returned our call promptly even on a weekend and was able to come by the next day to look at several plumbing issues we had in our apartment. Upon arriving, he was immediately able to identify the problems and had them fixed in no time. He was even able to help our neighbor who had a leak coming into our apartment. After Mike left, everything has been running smoothly and he even had tips for us as preventative measures to mitigate any potential future problems. Rob is a legendary British chap. He fixed up my bathroom within an hour or so. Don't bother with any other plumbers on Yelp - you have found the best!

I was moving out in 2 days time and needed a quick job on my toilet done. He responded within a very good timeframe and came that evening and completed the job. He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

Had an issue with a leaky sink pipe. Kirill fixed it with ease and pure excellence. The section of the pipe that was leaking was replaced quickly. Thank goodness I went with Bullseye! I contacted Joshua to repair a leaky faucet and fix an issue with our toilet mechanism.
He came the same day with his associate Robbie and they could not have been better. Professional, friendly and super thorough.

Eugene from Zabivay, did an excellent job assembling our ikea wardrobe. First of all, he was two minutes early, which is a minor miracle in the handyman/home service world. Then, he asked a few simple questions about placement and actively listened while explained exactly where I needed it to go in the backyard. I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

Robert is quick to respond and extremely professional. The kitchen faucet in my rented condo was leaking bad. I gave Robert the details and tenants contact info, he gave me the price best and worse case. Super easy. He set up the appointment w them. Turned out the faucet was busted. He let me know and even went to Home Depot to get and and go back same day to fix the sink. Wait it gets better. He saw that the grout was shoddy btwn the counter and backsplash, so he also picked up caulk and resealed the problem area.

We had used their services twice for some drainage problems in our sink and tub.  Spoke to Hassan twice on the phone and both times he came to save the day! He's very reliable and punctual and does a good job. We'll be using him again.

An unreliable company that doesn't honor their warranties! Stay away!

I hired Peral to install a new vanity in my bathroom and fix my leaky kitchen faucet. They stood me up twice, for both appointments I had to call and ask where they were and they'd forgotten the appointment. The vanity was poorly installed with a very sloppy silicone job (photo attached) and it literally came off the wall after they left, also they reversed the hot/cold taps; they installed a new kitchen faucet and the one they put in had poor water pressure.

On their second visit to fix these things they said I had to buy another new faucet and they refused to honor their warranty because they said it wasn't their fault the first faucet was defective (even though they were the ones who sold it to me).

In addition to buying a second new faucet they wouldn't honor their 30 day warranty and tried to charge me $375 for their time over what I'd already paid for the initial installation (I complained and they dropped it to $300). John told me it was my fault they had to come back because you seemed happy with the vanity when we installed it, you didn't say anything was wrong until later that day I'm like yeah, because later that day is when it CAME OFF THE WALL.

Save your time and money and hire someone else.

With these recent very heavy rains my backyard drain was moving incredibly slow and needed professional attention. I initially contacted 49.99 drain service and had a terrible customer service experience over the phone and will never use them again. I then contacted Roto Rooter and they came to my house looked at the drain and gave me a price of $385 plus tax!!!! I said no thanks! I turned to yelp and found so many glowing reviews about original
718. I  called  them after 9 am today (Saturday). Michael the owner answered. He asked me about my problem and quoted me a price of 100 dollars! He sent someone over that morning after 11 am!!! Incredibly competent and polite technician took care of my problem! Thank you for polite, efficient, swift and affordable service!!!  I will definitely use again and recommend to my neighbors as well!!

Hired for a video inspection and cleaning / snake of main sewer line - team was responsive, pricing was competitive and the service was great.
