Best A/C Installation in New York NY

I was very interested in getting Vuksani to fix our plumbing issue, but after receiving a quote they stopped responding. I have reached out multiple times since but no response.

Sam is great. He's helped me twice now with plumbing issues. He is super responsive and helpful, explains everything and is reasonable when it comes to pricing. Very professional and friendly, even helped a neighbor get out of a tight parking spot on his way out! Accepts Zelle. Definitely recommend!

I called Pipe Monkeys after reading all the positive reviews here. I was greeted by a very friendly person and was told they would be able to stop by later in the day.

A few hours later, I got a call from Kirk letting me know he was on his way. He inspected the issue, told me what he thought was the problem and gave me a price and how long it would take.

Not 15 minutes later, he had cleared out the drain backup. He also gave me advice on the things I can do to keep it unclogged.

Kirk was a very nice person and overall, this was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to call him again should I require additional service!

After dealing with quite a few hack plumbers, we called Mike after reading great reviews of him online. Now we totally agree with the reviews! He returned our call promptly even on a weekend and was able to come by the next day to look at several plumbing issues we had in our apartment. Upon arriving, he was immediately able to identify the problems and had them fixed in no time. He was even able to help our neighbor who had a leak coming into our apartment. After Mike left, everything has been running smoothly and he even had tips for us as preventative measures to mitigate any potential future problems. If we ever have any other problems, he will be the first one we call! Mike is super knowledgeable, fast, efficient, has reasonable pricing, and is a great guy to boot. HIGHLY recommend!

I had a great initial experience and have now used TGH multiple times. He is efficient and thorough, and gave some helpful tips as well. Also very responsible with masks and safety.

We purchased a touch faucet and realized the installation would be complicated. I reached out to Rob via Yelp, and he responded quickly and came the next day. Extremely professional but still very friendly. Did a great job on the install -- we are very happy with his work. We will definitely hire him again if we have a plumbing need!

I knew that my lavatory faucet install was an unusual job, the cold tap was plumbed in with rigid piping. Marcel assessed the situation and worked diligently to find a solution.  I admire his dedication and willingness to make several trip to the plumbing supply store and assemble the odd pieces to get me connected.  A fine job.

Kirill is really nice and though I have not gotten the chance to work with him yet, the price that he came up with for the work we needed was very fair. He was even able to give me advice on other areas of my co-op. I appreciate an honest person and I am looking forward to doing business with him.

Was in a bind with my sewer main, John came out promptly diagnosed the situation and took the time to explain my options and didn't try to rob me like some of these other companies.

Eugene pulled off a miracle with my pluming issue under the kitchen sink.  The outlet pipe to the main sewage line was rusted and rotten and the threads were gone.  I suggested he cut the pipe and attach some kind of metal/rubber link.  He found one that fitted the pipe perfect and completed a clean job.  He is pretty good with responding.  Reasonably priced, but you will have to negotiate. I used him for other work in long island and he did a good job there as well.

Robert and his colleague did an excellent job installing our micro/hood combination. The installation was slightly tricky due to the location of our backsplash, but Robert navigated that situation with ease. In addition to his good work, I appreciate his professionalism: he was on time for the job, wore a mask, left the place clean and communicated clearly. His price was slightly above that of his competitors (~$80) but he was the only one who actually showed up when he said he would to do the work.

Though, I did not use the service from this guys, from the swift response of this people. I believe this guys are serious about their job and thats the quality we look for. What else do we need then a person or team taking their task seriously and solving our problem swiftly.

I'm a property manager so I deal with many plumbers and contractors.  I can tell you that Peral Piping is one of the first plumbers that I call when I have a problem.

Very Responsive.  When you call, he will either pick up or call you back right away.  This is important in my line of work because I need to get things done quickly.  It also indicates that he's organized and runs his business efficiently.

Fair Prices.  As a property manager, I know the general prices for repairs and installments.  Yet, I have contractors CONSTANTLY try to overcharge me.  It's amazing the prices that they try to get past you.  This is the majority of contractors so please beware.  John of Peral Plumbing doesn't play this game.  He will charge you how much something should cost.  He won't try to overcharge you like the MAJORITY of contractors.

My only complaint is that he's very busy and sometimes, it's hard for him to fit you in.  But, I guess that's because he's in demand.  It's hard to fault him for that.  He still tries his best to get the work done for you.

The work was done in timely manner. The work was thorough, no mess was left behind.  The sewer is good
The price was right for my budget.  I am very pleased would use them again

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Asked for a request from Yelp, response was nearly immediate. I called the number and spoke with Mike (mechanic). He was super nice/helpful even though I'd not gotten the office directly. Said I'd call back when I was sure. Chose them out of the bunch. He was here in an hour and done in 15 minutes. No mess, cleaned up after himself and was, for lack of a better term, very easygoing and positive. Great experience and great results. Adding the number to my contacts for future services.
