I'd give a 4.8! Just because I rarely give a 5 star review.

Unluckily I had to face the plumbing issue in Manhattan at one point of my life. I def know that I should not use Building Management's suggested plumber so I started Googling.

Vuksani and Waterhouse popped up both with great reviews. However I still question when a establishment has all/only 5-star review coz a lot could be fake.

After 3 calls of each I made to inquire about the potential cause and the potential cost, Vuksani patiently responded to me all my questions while Waterhouse blocked me.

Then since I wasn't gonna use the Buildings suggested plumber, they asked a lot of paperwork. It was quite a stressful back and forth since I never encounter this matter.

There was a lot of back and forth but Vuksani helped through the end with patience.

His two guy came, follow Covid guide. Everything was smooth during the repair.

I was also very worried about over charging with the original quote as that's just a normal scene in Manhattan. But he didn't. Wheeew.

Anyways I'm glad I stick with him and didn't give up during the hiccup of the paperwork with building management.

Sam was great. Fixed all of our problems with our toilet and bathroom sink and gave us guidance along the way. Hard to find a good plumbing service in Brooklyn. Glad to have met Sam and will definitely call him again for future work.

Really happy with Pipe Monkeys. Called on Friday to schedule an appointment for Saturday - they would have come same day if I didn't tell them not to!

The tech showed up right at the beginning of the 2 hour window on a Saturday and unclogged my bathroom sink in 20 minutes. He even cleaned up the sink basin after he drained it out and checked for operation. No overtime, no extra charge, just quick and easy. I'll definitely call them again.

Desperately needed a plumber on a Sunday and my super was no where to be found. Olsi immediately called me back and was at my apartment within an hour. He unclogged my toilet within 2 minutes. Extremely fast, reliable, and affordable. Highly recommend!!

Christopher responded super quickly, came in the same day (beating the rush hour traffic) and helped fix a tough clogging problem in the bathroom with the tools available, and offered a very reasonable rate too. Would  definitely recommend.

Another great visit from Kirill! He installed a new showerhead and a bidet attachment for my toilet and checked out another running toilet. And he helped me remove the plate over my ceiling fan too! Once again his rate was totally reasonable and he offered to come back anytime if I need anything adjusted. Kirill is a gem!

I live in a single family, 101 year old house.  We moved into the house in June 2014.  

We have 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms.  1 half bathroom, and 1 full bathroom are in the basement.  We never use the basement bathrooms.  

Today, while using the laundry machines in the basement, my wife noticed something really nasty coming out of the half bathroom.

We had a main line sewer clog, and every time any toilet was flushed in the entire house, it was getting backed up into the basement bathrooms.  We have two kids under 6.  We use the bathrooms a lot.  The smell in the basement had gotten so bad that it was like walking into a wall of crap.  It was nasty.  

I called these guys, and even though it was 8:00pm on a Saturday night, and they were in Manhattan, they came to Queens.  They were here in 45 mins.  They checked out the situation, which had gotten worse since the water had slowly seeped away and only the solid crud remained, and figure they could do the job that night.  

90 mins later they guys were done. The toilets all work.  All the bathrooms in the house are working.  They even cleaned up.  And not just like a surface clean, but they really got into it and cleaned.  

Two minutes after they left i checked one of the upstairs bathrooms - i should have checked before they left, but i totally forgot.  The toilet wasn't working.  it was still slow.  I called them, and they came back within five mins.  They checked the upstairs bathroom, found that it was an unrelated issue and fixed it.  No extra charge.  They just fixed it and went on their way.  Amazing.  

If you have any kind of plumbing issue, these guys will fix it.  They will fix it professionally, quickly, and cleanly.

As far as price is concerned, i thought they were perfectly priced.  No issues at all on that front.  

You want quality, and reliability?  Give these guys a call.

Had a good experience and found the pricing very reasonable for a straightforward bit of plumbing work, though in the end I had to go with someone else due to timing changes on my side. They were very responsive and easy to discuss/talk through the task. Would definitely contact in the future, including for electrical work.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I am writing this review to protect other naive first time homeowners like myself! RUN AWAY from this plumber. We had a very stressful experience working with him. He took a huge deposit from us (close to $5,000), said I'll see you tomorrow to start the job, and then didn't show up. Didn't pick up the phone. When we heard from him he didn't apologize for blowing us off. Things got worse from there. He promised to come DOZENS of times and never showed. He never finished the job completely, left a mess in our house including our old boiler that he said he would remove, and two months later still did not. Now I have to risk injuring myself trying to haul it up from the basement somehow. This plumber repeatedly did not come when he said he would, and always had an excuse. He did not finish the job. Please learn from my mistake and work with someone else.

Had another company come to clear a clogged main sewer line and after running 60 feet of cable it still was clogged. Told me I needed high pressure flush to clear years of sludge that acculturated.
Price offered $1200 and I was like WTH and he could not do it that day. I decided to call the original 718 sewer and drain company to see if they had somebody that could help. I spoke with Jimmy on the phone although it was his day off he was quick to take a call and see if he could give us some assistance. Within three minutes I got a call back telling me a technician Victor would be there within the hour. Upon victors arrival I explained the situation with the other company what they did the first thing he did was open up the manhole cover in the street to check the main drain. Everything seems to be functioning normally there so he came in surmised the situation and said traditional snake would not be effective. He also recommended the high pressure cleaning although at half the price the other company had quoted. Still a bitter pill to swallow being a homeowner what choice do you have I put my faith in him he took care of the problem immediately courteously and  efficiently. My pipes are now clean, LOL I did not think that they took advantage rather offered immediate and sound advice to remedy this situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and if you get Victor consider yourself lucky.

My basement flooded on Saturday night, and after a bad experience with an emergency plumber that evening I called Safeway on Sunday morning. They were able to send a plumber that night and Javier was not only professional, thorough and knowledgeable, he was extremely nice and patient with me as a nervous new homeowner.  He charged a very fair price and gave me clear, logical next steps that I needed to take to resolve the problem permanently. They will be my go-to plumbers moving forward - call Safeway first!

Mike was great. He actually had to lowest of three quotes and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. He came the same day to give me a quote and came back the next day with Miguel to start and finish the job. Miguel was on point. They removed a pipe that was no longer working and then bricked and cemented the hole closed. Miguel then used the rest of the cement to patch up a couple of old holes that were in the wall as well (at no extra charge). They also replaced about 20 feet of a damaged cast iron drain line. Mike guarantees his work for 10 years and writes it on his receipts.
