Best Sink Installation in New York NY

called for a leaky bathtub spout. the person on the phone asked for pictures and said will let me know when someone will be on their way. i sent the pictures and waited for a couple of hours, then texted to check if the spout is even fixable, did not get a response.

so the lesson is.. call 3 different plumbers and see who actually would make it, just like calling for both lyft and uber at the same time and cancelling the lousier one lol.

Very friendly and honest about pricing. Helped fix our old valves and rusted pipe from under the sink. Taught me how to correctly close and drain my main water valve :-)

He recommended an important safety feature that is important that no one else ever recommended to our building. His prices are fair and thus far not the most expensive quote. He came out to work and fixed our problem.

Olsi did an absolutely perfect job! The rate he charged was very competitive as well. My bathtub drain was beyond clogged before this maintenance. He was quick and cleaned up before leaving. My drain is as good as new! Would recommend to anyone :)

He installed my Paulina faucet in no time and fixed my radiator too (despite the process of getting the building to cooperate being a hassle, he was calm and understanding the whole time). I have been using Josh and Bullseye for my condo in Manhattan for many years.  He is always communicative, professional and repairs whatever the problem is for what I believe is a very fair price.  I most recently had a shower issue and when he arrived he was able to fix it in just a few minutes.  He said he was not even going to charge me for his time (no parts needed) as it was such a simple thing.  He would not accept payment and I appreciate his honest and fair business.  I have recommended him to others in my building and trust him and his work.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

We had an issue with our switch in the bathroom. It should operate the ceiling light but instead, it shorts the circuit whenever we try to turn it on. So we reached out via Yelp and then text, and scheduling was super easy. They were super responsive and were able to come within the next two days. They gave us a time frame between 9 and 10 and came on time. It took them about an hour from start to finish to figure out and fix the problem (turns out we also need a brand new light).

They followed Covid protocols by wearing a mask (much appreciated!) and they also took off their shoes before entering the apartment (also appreciated!). Pricing was also cheaper than a few other quotes we received. Would definitely reach out again if we ever need their services again.

Hassan was able to accommodate a quick next day appointment for me, and hooked up two stoves.  He arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time, and was very knowledgeable about both type of units he was installing.  He made sure everything worked, and even quickly setup one of the units that need some assembly. He provided a good price and professional service.

At the wee hours of this morning, I put a bleach tab in my toilet tank and my toilet was filling with water so I thought that the tab was in the way and accidentally broke a part within the toilet. As a result, water came flowing out and flooded my bathroom. I messaged John Luca thru yelp and he immediately got in touch with me and showed up not too long after, which I was shocked because it's Sunday. In all my years of renting apartments, I have never had any plumber or handyman for that matter respond to me so quickly, tell me they are going to come right away, and arrive on-time. Furthermore, John Luca took the time to assess what was wrong, was honest about what needed to be fixed, and rectified the problem right away. He did a great job in a timely manner and was super professional. Also, he made sure to clean up the area nicely when he was done, which I truly appreciated because many companies, in my experience, don't clean up well after they are done with their repairs. Therefore, if you need a plumber, especially one who will respond quickly, want the job done right, and want someone who's not going to sell you more than what you need, look no further. I want to thank this company for their prompt service today at my mom's house in Queens NY. The technician was very polite and he was able to clean the kitchen drain within 20 minutes when another company trayed to open the drain and was not able for over 30 minutes. I requested a quote at 2am for a clogged bathtub. I received a quote and time slot at 6am. Luckily, I got my troubles sorted out a little earlier than my scheduled time (which I appreciated). It took 15 minutes and believe me when I say it was the cleanest experience with a clogged drain. The gentleman came in and used the snake and left the bath tub nearly immaculate. I would recommend this company and use them again (hopefully not anytime soon).

I called Mike of thesewerguyinc.com aka L & C Sewers and Drains late in the morning a couple of days ago. I had already hired two different plumbers who had tried and failed to clear a sewage line from a kitchen sink, and dealt with two other plumbers who strung me along and then dropped me before ever showing up so I was getting pretty stressed out.  Mike and I talked briefly about the problem and he told me he'd get someone over there in the early afternoon, and that he felt confident that his guy Giovanni would succeed where others had failed.  Because of some challenges his guy had at the first job, he ended up coming later than expected, but there was pretty good communication, so it wasn't such a big deal. Mike ended up coming with the other guy Giovanni and with an arsenal of plumbing snakes, cameras, and other tools to get the job done. After a couple of unsuccessful first attempts to clear the line, he told me that he was the best person for the job because he was committed to figuring out a solution, and that he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. After four false starts with other plumbers, I loved hearing that!  He suggested several possible last resort measures he could take but ended up going with something much less costly and that didn't require opening any walls. He charged me a reasonable fee, was very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well before he left. I recommend this business 100%. I feel so glad to have found them.
