Best Gas Water Heater Repair in New York NY

These guys are amazing!  I had an emergency hot water heater leak which was going to flood my boiler room and they came within an hour to fix it and then replaced the water heater the very next day.  The whole time in the process they were very communicative, very helpful and let me know what everything was going to cost up front.  They are the perfect mix of speed and professionalism.  Thanks guys!

Michael was great. Highly professional and fixed our clogged drain quickly. I also appreciated how thoughtful he was about good COVID practices - wore a mask, social distanced from me, asked about my health and the building. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him and feel comfortable having in my home again.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Riverside Handyman is great. I woke up one Sunday morning to a leak in my closet seeping from the ceiling. No clue where it came from but I called Robert at Riverside who sent a guy within the hour. He was extremely helpful in determining the source of the leak and giving us good guidance on what to do (the leak originated from 5 floors up in my apartment building). The handyman was prompt, courteous, patient and delivered great service. Would definitely recommend!

Showed up within 40 min of calling.  Efficient.  No hassle and polite.  I had to clean up a bit after they left, but I was so satisfied with the speed and results, it really didn't matter.

Called and an appointment was given for a specific date and time.  Plumber never showed up and no one even bothered to call to cancel.  Kept me waiting, wasting valuable time.

Igor was a real life saver. We were looking for a licensed plumber with insurance to change the valves in our shower. Igor was very clear about what the issue was, gave us a fair quote. Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

Franco Belli recently installed a water meter in our basement and also reset and resealed a leaky toilet. They were easy to work with. Fast. Accommodating. Kind and efficient. I would be happy to work with Franco Belli again in the future.

Marinel was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was on site within hours of needing his services and price was exactly what was estimated. Will definitely call again for any other plumbing issues I may have.

Mike from Austin Plumbing is great! called him at 8AM showed up promptly to help fix my heating pipe leak on a Sunday. Very detail oriented and made sure everything is okay. He seems very knowledgeable. Will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs. 5 stars

TOP NOTCH!!! 10/10 Not even sure where to begin! First of all, after sending out a request for a leaky cast iron waste pipe in my crawl space, Pete responded within minutes with a fair price and exactly what he would need to do for the job. He was even ready to come out that day!! He came out on Saturday for the repair, just to work around my schedule with no issues at all. When he arrived, he was friendly, kind, and considerate. Most importantly, he definitely knew his stuff!! He fixed the leak and even came back later that same day to fix another issue that had occurred. He was there for hours fixing all of the issues my house was having. I will tell everyone about this wonderful company and Pete will be my first call for any plumbing issues from now on. This is my first time to call this guy to help, our air conditioner was not working . He really knew  how to fix it and very responsible, Plus , the price is affordable. Highly recommended!
