Best System Maintenance in Los Angeles CA

We do regular snaking of the main sewer line for our condominium complex. Kevin once again provided us professional, courteous, and competent service. I highly recommend him and this company.

I called on Thursday for a Friday appointment, they said they would call between 9am and 11am Friday. At 11am I called them to see where they were. I was told things were backed up. I said I would wait. At 11:44 I got a call from dispatch that the tech was on his way. At 12:28 I cancelled the appointment because I was too angry to have them in my house.

I should have read these reviews first. I know someone will come on to respond to this bad review, so let me tell you something: For the work I requested, I carved out 2.5 hours beginning at 11am. I thought that was generous. When the work hadn't even begun by 12:28, my day was ruined. And when I cancelled, I got a sheepish I'm sorry from your dispatcher. Wow.

Call Western due to outside main line back up.  I've been using them for a long time. Homar did a fantastic job and was very professional.  Would definitely use them again!

We had a bathroom clog that needed to be snaked on a Sunday with a house full of guest and Lugi made it out to our house within an hour!

A Team did a fantastic job clearing a shower clog in my apartment. I had requested quotes from multiple businesses and A Team was one of the first to respond while getting straight to the point. They also quoted me a price far more affordable then the others! They were able to come before my appointment and fixed the issue in no time! Thank you for pulling out that big wad of hair A Team!

I contracted with them to pump my septic tank before I purchased my home.  I needed someone to do an inspection of the tank and unfortunately, it required the entire tank to be pumped.  Because they only pumped and did not inspect, I needed to hire another company to do the actual inspection.  All in all, I'm pretty happy with them.  They were responsive and arrived on time.  Because I was in another state, they had to let themselves in but they were self-sufficient and took care of everything.  Not the cheapest service but reliable.

I'm glad that I found them and will probably be using their services again if sheet hits the fan.

Thank you Chris and Anthony for  identifying and repairing the problem on our air conditioning unit. You guys did a great job! Finally some relief.

Arlan plumbing saved me $3,000 on a sewer repair. I had a couple companies come out to quote me and Arlan plumbing was much cheaper then the others. I know they are not in the business to take your money.

Robert Richardson is the best. He came to my home promptly and took the time to explain what was happening regarding my situation. He did not try to sell a dream and also pointed out all possibilities whether good or bad.

A five-wrench salute to Alex and crew. After getting a few Yelp and in-person estimates on replacing some copper piping and a P-trap & overflow mechanism under our house (the ancient stuff had corroded and was slowly leaking), he offered the absolute fairest price and gave the clearest diagnosis of the problem. What I love is that he never tried to up-sell (and, like I said, we have old pipes) and there was never any drama or fear tactics that you get with almost every other plumber. Super calm, very neat, quick and efficient. Don't even hesitate. Call Active and Alex.

We were having some plumbing issues with our toilet one morning and I called Tony's, they told me they would send someone at around 1pm. About an hour later they called me again and said they had someone in the area so I rescheduled and they arrived right on time! Both Jimmy and Paul were so kind and courteous, they took the time to show me what the problem was and what they were going to do. We live close to the area so it's refreshing to find someone local and fair! Definitely will be calling for all our plumbing needs.

Enviro Plumbing from start to finish was a five-star job.  I initially called a few days before Christmas when seemingly every plumber in LA was busy.  Daniel, the owner, was able to get a member of his team to my house within an hour or so of my call.  The plumber, Pepe, also delivered great service.  He was very thorough, courteous, got a very difficult job fixed and cleaned up after all was said and done.  Really good, honest guys and a great experience!
