Giulio Romero helped us out with our running toilet. He called to let me know what window he was trying to get to me from another job. Called again when he was on the way. Wore booties in my house (we're a shoeless house so appreciated it), quickly diagnosed the problem and then helped us fix our running toilet. Also let us know next steps if it happened again. Really appreciate his professionalism and kindness.

I first had a shower head issue and a slow dripping outdoor leak. Yesterday, Joe came out and quickly attended to both. I then casually mentioned a concern about my sewer line though it had been functioning okay. Joe pulled out camera equipment and showed to me a number of problems. Long story short, Rockstar was able to return with a crew today and install a new line without tearing up the whole yard. Thanks, Joe and Rockstar, for professionally and promptly taking care of things at a reasonable price.

I called Victor's Plumbing because of the high Yelp reviews. I made an appointment for 11:30AM. However, by 12.30PM no one showed up. When I texted Victor, he said his guy had a flat tire but will be on his way. At 1:30PM, still no show; Victor says he'll come out himself and should be there at 5PM! Wait, my appointment was for 11:30AM NOT 5PM! Plus, what's up with the flat tire story?  I ended up calling a different plumbing company. Victor assured me that's not how they did business and offered to pay $100 of my plumbing bill. Months later that never happened either. When I called to follow up on my reimbursement he said he had sold the company and relocated to Texas, but would send me a check. Still hasn't happened. Don't make appointments or offer to reimburse if you don't plan on following through.

Great, prompt service.  They wore masks and booties while in the house and were very communicative about what needed fixing, how long it would take, and the cost.  I would hire them again.

When we needed a new water heater for our home, we called several companies all with various prices. Flood Brothers happened to be the highest, but they also made us feel the most confident and after reading all the Yelp reviews we gave them a shot. We haven't looked back. They are extremely professional, thorough, and they provide options with prices so you can make an informed decision. We recently had a leak and Flood Brothers was there within two hours to fix it. Brenden kept us up to speed with when he would be arriving and took care of the issue promptly. Everyone we have met actually enjoys what they do and truly wants to help you out as plumbing issues can be quite frustrating. Highly, highly recommend them.

Had a clogged drain.. it was an emergency.. I messaged Sals company via Yelp they responded with a number to call. My father called, they took our info and said a tech will be out within the hour. I forget the techs name who showed up 45mins later and fixed our drain in literally 15seconds. It was $98. We appreciate the work. Infinite Blessings to your company.

We have been without a regular plumber for years, and we had a semi-emergency. Our hot water heater broke less than 24 hours before we were to have out of town company for 3  days, and on a Friday no less.
We were not optimistic that we would find a plumber that was not only available but had the stock to fix or replace our hot water heater - same day.  We called Red Lilly as they had good reviews here on Yelp.
Carlos showed up late morning, and not only did he replace the water heater - same day, but he went completely above and beyond addressing other issues which contributed to the water heater breaking down, and staying past 6 PM on a Friday to make sure it was working in time for our company.
A weekend of cold showers averted.  
He was also so personable, professional, honest and trustworthy.
We have found our regular plumbers.
And the fact that they are local and family owned is such a huge bonus.
Can't recommend them enough.

I caution anyone who wants to use this plumber to get other bids before choosing them.  I wanted some faucets replaced in my home and was happy that they came out to give me a free estimate.  When they quoted me $1050, I chose another plumber who came in at $150.

This is the best plumbing company in California I don't care what anyone says.  In my line of work I have been working with plumbers for 10 years and no company has ever come close to Cali Rooters In Price nor service.

We are currently renting, and Mark was our landlord's go-to plumber, and I know why! He's been over 3 times so far to fix small things, a dripping faucet, backed up shower, etc. He has given me faith in humanity after all the terrible plumbers we've used in the past. He is reliable, honest, courteous, and has great prices. Plus he doesn't complain when he has my 2 young daughters as an audience - they like him just as much as we do! I will happily recommend Mark to anyone, and will continue to use his service when we buy our own home.

Today, I contacted Adeedo through my original Bill West contact number (apparently Adeedo bought out Bill West) and my experience was outstanding as it always was with Bill West.  Some people feel they like smaller plumber companies better because they feel they get more personalized service and maybe better prices.  But I feel I always get a fair price from Adeedo and the plumbers are always well trained and professional.  This is why I actually like larger firms like Adeedo because if run properly, they train their people right, they set standards and procedures for their plumbers to work against, and they have the supporting staff to insure the optimal customer service experience.  

And when a company implements these processes and they do them right, and they value their customers, then you wind up with good customer experiences time and time again.  So what do I like specifically about Adeedo as my go to plumbing company?  First off, when I call them, I know I'll always reach someone because calls do (and should) go into the back office support staff.  I can't tell you how many times in the past, I'd find a good, privately owned plumber and the not be able to reach him for days because he's on the job.  And when these smaller plumbers were good, I was just one of many trying to get scheduled and it was often a week before I could get him out to my home.  

The second thing I like about Adeedo is that while you might find cheaper prices from someone else, with Adeedo, I know I'm getting an price that was defined by industry standards for parts and labor.  I'm not getting a price that Joe Plumber decides that something may cost more today, because he thinks me or my wife might be willing to absorb more.  Adeedo plumbers have pre-set prices for the most part, and when more than one job may be involved, they have a set standard for price reductions based on the efficiency levels gained by being able to complete multiple tasks in the same service call.  The bottom line is that I know the price is fair and that there are standards in place for addressing multi-task service calls.  

The third thing I like about Adeedo is that they follow up with their customer.  A back office rep will usually follow up with me by phone, and/or email, so I have the opportunity to discuss any concerns I may have.  

At this point, I'm just glad that I have a plumber that is my go to plumbing company now and that I can check plumbing off of my needs list for go to services.  Now, if I can only find something similar for an electrician and I'll be set.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!
