Josh went above and beyond to fix what turned out to be a lot more complicated than just a leaky shower head. He took the time to source parts and when he found out they were no longer manufactured, he had to rely on his expertise and ingenuity to resolve the issue.

Very happy with Joshua and his services! Of the three plumbers I called off Yelp, he sounded the most on top of his shit and his prices were reasonable. He was also the only one wise enough to tell me to block off a four hour chunk of time for water turn off just in case a bigger problem arose, and mentally prepared me for what the worst case scenario would cost! Thank goodness it didn't come to that, but I love that he thought of that, since the unit was in a condo building and we had to keep all the other tenants informed. Would happily use again, although would be even happier if we never have to lol.

What a pleasant surprise to find a plumber who keeps you informed, follows through and delivers as promised. I had a blockage, he jetted the line and found a break. Truly could not recommend Joshua more! I needed to have some gas lines removed for a kitchen renovation and Joshua was able to see me within 25 minutes of my initial call for an estimate, and was able to complete the job the following morning which was amazing! He was extremely professional and on time, and is a genuinely super nice person who clearly takes pride in his work. He was very fast and efficient but completed quality work at an amazing price. He was very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to get the job done, and was very fair and transparent about his pricing. Honestly could not have gotten a better deal and he was done with the whole job in about an hour. After calling multiple plumbers who gave me much higher quotes and much later time frames, I am very thankful that I found him, and have definitely found my go to plumber. I will only be using DrainFast from here on out for any future plumbing needs, and I cannot thank Josh enough!

I was really happy with this service. I found this company on yelp and was really happy with the quality of service they provided. They showed up early and finish the job on time. I was having some issues with my toilet and shower backing up for a few days so I called up drain fast. Technician josh showed up with clean boots and bootees on which I appreciated. He diagnosed my issue within minutes. We ended up having to repair my sewer line in my front yard because of roots and a break in the pipe. I've used Josh 3 times over the past 4 years. Every single time has been fantastic. He's a great communicator. He obviously knows his stuff. His prices are fair and to top it off he is reliable and he does great work. What more could you ask for in a plumber?

I had roots in my clay sewer line and Josh and his crew dug up a 10 foot long section of concrete, and dug down 4 feet to replace the clay pipe with ABS. His crew then fixed the concrete and cleaned up like new. The total cost was $4550.

Josh kept me updated with photos along the way and he was always on time.
