I called advance plumbing this morning and Tina was very nice and helpful.  She set me up right away and sent out Tony.  Tony was awesome he diagnosed and fixed our clogged sinks.  Very reasonable and honest.

John the Plumber has taken care of our plumbing needs for years. He always has great prices. He recently installed some risers for us so we no longer need to dig out the septic tank. Couldn't be happier with the job.

I called on a Sunday afternoon about a leaking water line in my attic and they had someone at my house within 20 minutes. The line was fixed and working again within a half hour of their arrival. Great job!

My toilet backed up and the problem could not be corrected with a plunger.  A call to The Plumbing Doc at 4:50 pm and one hour later the problem was resolved.  And I live 20 minutes from town!  These guys are great.  Fast, courteous and reasonably priced!

This guy is a joke. He was late on a Friday then it turns out he couldn't do the job until Monday. So my family was out of showers, toilets etc... for the whole weekend. When he finally shows up on Monday(he was late again btw) he said he'd be back on Tuesday. What a joke. I kicked him out of my house that instant. Biggest waste of time ever. So I decided to call a real professional.

Amazing job by Mark Anderson, I was a few days into my new home and he came the same day to diagnose and start repairs on my plumbing issues. He did this on a weekend, showed receipts and prices up front and was very honest. He would text and call me with updates, arrival times, and extra parts needed. I am beyond grateful for his work ethic, reliability, and honesty. I would call him without thinking twice about it.

Came in and did our remodel while  we were out of town.  Came home to everything done and amazing! Would defiantly recommend!

Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Great communication from the start. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It's nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. We have been using Frye Plumbing since 2012. Eugene is fair on pricing and comes right out day or night when needed. You can trust Eugene to take care of you.

I took a chance on this business, and it paid off. I have to say that the prices are very reasonable, especially with everything else going up I really felt like Will took care of me.

I also like the follow up Will did after the work was done to make sure I was completely satisfied.

The work done was exterior lights installation, metal gutter repair, and a leaning wood fence was repaired.

I will definitely call again for any future repairs I need. The invoice and payment method of using a credit card made it very easy! The serviceman was on time and friendly, also he was a great communicator.

Called Carroll Plumbing, guy showed up, when he said he would and called to let me know he was on his way. Unclogged drain, and then cleaned up mess and left.

Taking Care of Business in a Flash!

This plumber was contracted by FNHW to go to my home last Monday to diagnose a water heater that was not working. The person they sent stated that the temperature sensor was not working and that they would bypass the sensor for the time being and order a new sensor to install. The sensor was bypassed but the water heater remained inoperable. When I called Payless back to inquire as to when I could expect the new/ordered sensor to be installed I was told my order ticket had been closed out already as only needed pilot light to be lit and there was no other work that they were going to do. In my opinion this company should be avoided at all costs due to poor/substandard work, indifference towards customer's concerns and lying. Note: they got one star because 0 stars is not given as a choice.

I would like to thank Mark West for his amazing customer service. Mark has helped us out since this summer. I was converting our spare bedroom into a nursery as we were expecting our first child in November of this year. Along the way I noticed a leak. Mark made multiple trips and worked tirelessly to find the culprit of the leak. He climbed in the attic multiple times.  I called him multiple times and he answered every call and made time to come check on the leak. Eventually the leak was located and fixed and the nursery was completed. I should mention, yesterday I had an issue with my water heater. Mark came out fixed it with no issues and he was his usual polite and positive self. Roto rooter could only hope to have more employees like him. Hats off to you Mr. West. The Tittlemier's thank you for all of your hard work.

Excellent service.  Highly recommended!  I called them in after getting an extremely high quote from another HVAC company.  in the end, Gundlach's saved me $500, which was pretty sweet.
