Our water heater, which was at least 20 years old, started leaking badly and needed to be replaced. The plumber that we used to call wouldn't be available until 2 days later despite being informed of the urgency of the problem. Advanced Plumbing, through their service technician, Christian Moore, provided excellent same day quality service. Christian answered our questions clearly and was polite and respectful. We made the right choice of plumbing service provider! Highly recommended!!

Very honest plumbers. Big name brand plumber told me I needed my house repiped. John gave me a good estimate but then told me my pipes were good copper and I didn't need it. They also fixed my shower and a leak. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

I spoke to the guy now regarding the plumbing issue in one of my rental unit , he came through choice home warranty , but he was saying that plumbing line was blocked and he can't do anything , I questioned him why can't you run the snake , then he was going very rude and talking with out manners and started abusing . Better stay away with company and person .

Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Great communication from the start. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It's nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. Called Jason to replace a section of copper pipe that leaked behind my fridge.  He was very responsive and was able to come out on short notice on a Saturday to do the repair so I could turn my water back on.  He is honest & very professional. I highly recommend Avid Plumbing.

Eugene Frye is the best!  He has a great work ethic and is reasonable.  It is difficult to find anybody like this anymore.  If it is an emergency, he will be right out.  Even if it is not an emergency, he works with your schedule.  He diagnoses the problem until it is solved.  I have referred him to several people, and they have all been very satisfied.

He also contributes to the community and volunteers.

I am very picky, and for me to commend somebody like this is a very big deal!

Will is awesome! He installed some light fixtures, a chandelier and smoke detectors throughout my house. He's knowledgeable and recommended products when I asked for solutions to problems around my home. He is now my go-to guy for all of my home improvements!!

Mauricio was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.  We had a toilet that kept running all of the time.  He replaced the toilet at a reasonable price.  He wore a mask the entire time and kept us informed of what he was doing and why he was doing it.  We also ended up having him replace a broken tile in our kitchen.  We will definitely be calling him for future jobs.

Do not use them! They don't stand behind their work. Bad people to deal with. Shame on them.  I had Carroll Plumbing install bathroom faucets. About 6 weeks later, I noticed the cold water faucet was loose. I called them back to fix what was an apparently improper installation and they sent me an $86 bill for the recall. When I complained about the bill, they said it was my problem because the faucet requires smaller holes. I said if that was the case why are you telling me this now, why didn't Jay, the owner of the company, who installed them tell me that at the time... before they were installed and I could still return them. They were obviously aware of the problem before they came and before they sent the bill.

Do not use this company. I called to schedule for services and was racially profiled by the woman who answered the phone after I gave her my name. She kept asking me for a credit card payment and would not give me the option for cash or check. She told me someone needs to be there during the time of services, um obviously. Then said she needs to have a credit card on file for the services, as if it was not going to be paid in person. When I asked her do they take cash or check upon services she said cash, check, or credit card but kept inquiring she needs the card on file. I told her I didn't appreciate the way the call was going and she hung up in my face. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called another company and was not being forced to give them credit card information. I had a much better experience.

I called multiple times, I always just got put on hold and had to listen to their adverts. I never got to speak to anyone. This was over a two-day period. If you want customers, you should answer the phone.

We purchased our home approximately two years ago and just had our first issue with the air conditioning unit. I called out to 2 separate AC companies and set up a request for help through yelp. I was able to set up two appointments through yelp, one the same day as I called, they squeezed us in and one for the following day. Gundlach was speedy honest and knowledgeable for this area.  Jared Alvarez was quick to diagnose and was able to fix on the same day. He was courteous and knowledgeable and the front office also tried to cater to our needs. Thanks again!
