Had issues with our old house's plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. The Plumbing Doc was the only plumber in town that could come that day. After calling he was at our house in less than thirty minutes. He was incredibly polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He lives in an old house and has a lot of experience working on houses with old plumbing (if you have an old house you know why this is important!). He got the job done quickly and the price was reasonable. Thanks for saving the day!

The septic tank was full on one of my houses and it was Super Bowl Sunday. When I called they were not available but said they could empty the tank the next day. They had another job first thing and would be by after that. In the afternoon my renter called when he returned from work to tell me the didn't pump the septic tank. In the late afternoon it is impossible to find someone else so I had to arrange for another pumping service for the following morning. I can forgive someone for being too busy to take another job but not for accepting the job and then not showing up or calling. I will not be using Liberty Pumping again.
The last time I used them I caught them using diluted acid. They claimed it was 92% or higher but I weighed the five gallon container and since sulfuric acid weighs almost twice as much as water they couldn't deny it was under weight for full strength acid. They did pour in 15 gallons instead of 10 for the agreed price. I shouldn't have to watch anyone to keep them honest. This time was my fault, I should have learned my lesson last time.

Mark was very thourough and helped us with what we need. Fixed the toilet leak quick. 30 day guarantee if there was wrong with toilet after it got fixed. He was on time and efficient. Reasonable price provided.

I called Mauricio for what I thought would be a simple outlet repair. He answered the phone right away and set up an appointment. The day he was to come. He was able to come early. As he troubleshooted the outlet, it wasn't as easy as I first thought it would be. This can be frustrating, but Mauricio was very professional explained what he was doing and why he had to do it. Unorganized, unprofessional. Make sure to check your invoices before you pay as they will try to overcharge you. They'll call late hours, 3/4x till you answer. If not they'll call you from a different number to collect payment in which I authorized them to charge.

The owner is an awesome guy. Met him about 2 and half years ago when our family friend who was a plumber passed away and we didn't know who to call. He arrived same day and after looking at our busted pipe and chatting with him we came to find out he was good friends with our family friend so automatically he became our go to guy. Has never faulted always communicated with us and have worked with us to get projects completed.  Honest guy who will offer advice to help you save money and time!

Professional, responsive and quick repair.  Very impressed with Jason.  Fair pricing.  Definitely recommend and will use them again.  I was dreading my repair bill as the house is 60 plus years old and the leak was under the concrete slab.  Had RayTec isolate and Jason was there the next day to repair.  Pleasantly surprised at my repair bill.  Very professional and kept me informed throughout the repair process.  Top Notch Company based on my experience. Tradition Plumbing did a great job with the few fixes that I needed. This included repairing our sink disposal leakage, re-installing the outdated piping in front of the home and many other items that were in our home inspection. I'd recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

I give 5 stars based solely on the gentleman that showed up to fix my mainline back up. His name was Mario, he called me 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time to let me know he was coming, was on time, masked, sensitive to our Covid protocols, 100% professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was polite, clean and cleaned up after himself, fixed the problem and took time to explain it all to me. I hope that if I ever have another plumbing issue they send Mario. We have had other plumbers out here from the company over the last 4 years for various issues and in my opinion, Mario is the best. He was also very efficient. Well done and thank you.

Needed a plumber to come same day in pine mountain and roto rooter was the only company of about 10 that I called that could accommodate. They sent their technician Eric who was GREAT! He was kind enough to wait for me to call my warranty to ensure that the services I needed were covered and they were which was an added bonus! He was fast, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend this company especially for those out in pine mountain where certain types of service can be limited.

Do NOT recommend Payless. Our property management company called them to fix some leaks in our house.  The supposedly fixed the problem, but one of the hose bibs that they repaired started leaking again less than a year later. When we opened it up ourselves to check it out, the washer was all cracked and old....so we replaced the washer ourselves.

I understand that this is a large company with a high overhead I'm sure, but I have found that their prices are high, you should get a second opinion on their estimates.
