John surpassed our expectations!  It's tough getting home repair folks out to Hart Flat.  John had no problems driving out to assess our plumbing issues.  He returned at our next appointment, fixed everything efficiently and to our satisfaction.  Highly recommend!

We returned home late at night (10:30pm) to find a pipe had busted and flooded our entire front yard along with the hole where the main water valve is at so we couldn't see where the knob was to turn off our main water line. We did a quick search for plumbers on Yelp and I believe his business, Liberty Plumbing & Septic, was a sponsored ad since it was on the very top of my search results. I called and Alex answered. I told him about my situation and he said to text him my address. He showed up in about 10 minutes and in just a few minutes he was able to shut off the main water line but it wasn't easy since you couldn't see the valve and he had to stick his hand in the freezing cold water to search for it and that was still a challenge.  While he was searching for the valve he said man this water is COLD.  I said why do you think I called you? We had a good laugh, I paid him and he'll be returning tomorrow for a full repair. I will definitely be using them again.

I took my time searching for a good plumber and went with Roman Rooter after speaking with other companies. His prices were about the same as the other quotes but the difference was that this guy (Richard) returned my call right away. He was not pushy, just ready to serve. Very straightforward. I did not have to play phone tag as with other companies. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that made perfect sense. He was very focused on solving the plumbing problem and completed all work according to estimate. Work required 2 men
(himself and co-worker) and they were both very courteous and respectful in our home. No one likes plumbing problems, but I would hire them again if needed. Once we find someone we like, we stay with them ( tree trimmers, painters, mechanics etc.) I appreciate that he was very very knowledgeable how problem happened, how to fix it and how to prevent future problems.

Great experience!  Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Also very prompt in calling back if you leave a voicemail. As a female, it can be a little intimidating having to deal with these situations. He made me feel comfortable right away (I have trust issues). I appreciate that he did not take drastic measures just to make money. Turns out, my situation was way less of an issue than I thought. I would recommend to anyone. This guy is seriously a genius when it comes to plumbing! Even though he was busy he came out at 9pm just to see what was flooding our side yard... within 60 seconds he figured it out and noticed it was an issue with the neighbors pipes. I was so impressed and will never look else where for our new homes plumbing concerns! I highly recommend this guy!!!!

Our family home had some plumbing issues in the last week. They came out fixed the problem and told us what we needed to do to permanently fix it. They came out the next day and fixed our lines. They are hard working, honest people who hold true to their quotes.

I requested a quote on Yelp for toilet installation. I was quoted a price and asked if I could use the Yelp discount. The business manager responded and said yes I could use the new customer discount. I scheduled a time for them to come. The appointment window was 10-2 today. At 1:45 pm, I haven't received a call or message. I call and they say they have been busy. It should be 30-45 minutes. So after an hour with no call, I call again. They said they will be calling me. They call and then show up a little while later. Now, they quoted me a higher price. I ask why it is more than the original quoted price and they say that is the price. So I show them the messages from the business manager and they say when did you talk to him? I said Wednesday and they say he was fired yesterday. Ok, that just sounds shady so I said forget it and we will schedule something another time. I wasted my whole day for this inconsiderate, shady company. It sounds like bs just so you wouldn't have to honor the original price and discount.

Very nice man. They were quick, courteous, and affordable. Really glad I chose them over anyone else.

I found this company on Yelp.  I had them come out and fix a broken tub/shower plumbing assembly.  They removed and replaced the spout, on/off valve handle, and shower head.  

Long story short, I was going to fix it myself.  After discovering broken off screws, mass corrosion, and parts that were not compatible, I decided I should hire it out.

I could not be happier with this company.  Professional work, reasonable prices, prompt response, and just plain nice.  Thanks to Servin and Sons.

Matthew C. was our service technician. He was prompt, professional & took his time to determine the source of our issue. Highly recommend.

The guys showed up and want $175 to change .38¢ worth of o-rings. Said they could change the o-rings without replacing the whole valve. Never even took it apart to see if the valve was bad! Rip off artists!!!!!! Stay away from these guys unless you like getting robbed!!!!

The good feedback was our tenant had the sewer backup into their tub (well that's not good, yuck!) on a Thurs. evening and this co. was the only service I could find to come out that night; the technician was pleasant and did what appeared to be his best. The tub slowly drained but clearly the line was not clear, water was still present in the cleanout. He'd told me the cable he used was 75', the lot is 150', this unit was at back of lot. So for starters, why would one of the best known names in sewer cleaning provide inadequate equipment?
The next four days were spent trying to get them back or another service to come finish snaking the line; our tenants used water very sparingly and front house unit folks were out of town, so that helped. While there was a tiny bit of communication on Fri. a.m. by Fri. afternoon they texted that they couldn't do it that evening; that was the last we heard from them; from their end.
We Hired Another Service and the job got done and line Cleared with a Longer line.
Calls to this company with questions over those 4 days were met by a dispatcher that, again pleasant, but had no information to give other than she'd pass along the messages to the supervisor, Ruben, and technician. Since she couldn't do anything to help; we asked for the person's number that could. She was not allowed to give out his direct number; we still haven't heard from him 9 days later hence this review and rating, which I rarely will do.
We are disputing the bill since he didn't have the equipment needed and never finished clearing the line; causing us to hire someone else at yet more expense. Will they contact us to discuss? At this point, it appears to not be a very reliable company at the top and we're not holding our breath; had the tenants tub not drained I would have been in a very different situation.
Even if they are having hell'va time with numerous issues, personal and/or biz wise (most generous I can be, it happens, not that I know anything!) ; they could have given the dispatcher or technician some info to explain why they weren't responding. They had our cell numbers and email.
So if you've got 75' to clear, it may be a job they can handle after hours but beware they tell you it needs a camera inspection or something else beyond that; it may not be what the issue is and any further needs may not be addressed.
Now 11/1/21 - After this review was written Ruben did call us (he'd seen the review) and we discussed the situation. He offered to refund us $275. of the $354. they had charged us that evening as the line had not been fully cleared, we had to hire someone else and clearly we weren't happy with the follow-up communication with our issue.
I have waited to revise this review until I saw that we were refunded that amount which we agreed to ($79. was for after-hour call and that a tiny bit of line drained, enough for tub waters to subside but not enough to use water normally). We see that he did come through on the refund and are thankful that much was resolved. Thank you for that Ruben.

I will billed $1350  total (3 separate invoices) for one of my  rental properties, with invoices that were generated manually for work supposedly done 4 months ago, yet no supporting job orders or invoices from the date the work was supposedly actually completed.  In other words, fake invoices were generated and billed to me 4 months later, In hopes that I dont Keep track of all of my accounting records  all of my properties - very combative and argumentative when addressed - not trust worthy - not to mention some of the dates on the invoices were scratched out and written in by hand with an earlier date, To try to make them look like they were not just manually generated, and that they were from months back, which they were not

I can not say enough from Mike, Chris and their crew. I'm a rental property owner always in need of a  good and honest plumber, from the most dreaded problems like replacing the sewer pipes, cleaning septic tanks or an after hours clogged bathroom, I know I can  always count on them to save my day .
Stop scrolling and just give them a call, I'm glad I did

We purchased our home approximately two years ago and just had our first issue with the air conditioning unit. I called out to 2 separate AC companies and set up a request for help through yelp. I was able to set up two appointments through yelp, one the same day as I called, they squeezed us in and one for the following day. Gundlach was speedy honest and knowledgeable for this area.  Jared Alvarez was quick to diagnose and was able to fix on the same day. He was courteous and knowledgeable and the front office also tried to cater to our needs. Thanks again!
