I had a water spot developing in the ceiling of the bottom floor of my home. I new our master bathroom was above the spot, but didn't know how water was leaking from there. I feared the worst, that my bottom floor ceiling was going to have to be all ripped out to find the leak. I looked online, saw they were highly rated and had good reviews so I called around 9 am. When I called it sounded like it might be the next day until they could get to me. I explained because the leak was coming from our master bathroom I didn't fell comfortable running any water from that area so we weren't able to use it. To make a long story short, they came out that afternoon, found the problem, and was able to fix it right then. To make sure there wasn't any other leaks, they did have to cut out a small area in the ceiling, so I will have to get that fixed. But there wasn't any other choice for him. To end I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Very honest plumbers. Big name brand plumber told me I needed my house repiped. John gave me a good estimate but then told me my pipes were good copper and I didn't need it. They also fixed my shower and a leak. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

called and got a appt with in mins was set for 1pm to 2pm tech made it at 12 25 stress free diagnosis today I had a tech by the name Michael come out found the switch to running water for my sprinkler system had to water running last owner had no ideal if it was a leak or broken pcv he gave a detailed description of how and where I wish I could have gave the man a tip the least I could do was write a review stress free thanks to Michael thanks man this company has my business hands down thank to you

This guy is a joke. He was late on a Friday then it turns out he couldn't do the job until Monday. So my family was out of showers, toilets etc... for the whole weekend. When he finally shows up on Monday(he was late again btw) he said he'd be back on Tuesday. What a joke. I kicked him out of my house that instant. Biggest waste of time ever. So I decided to call a real professional.

Great service from Mark! We were looking around for plumbing repair here and they responded really quick and they have the most reasonable quote. Mark is such a nice guy, he came on time, wore mask the entire time, he explained everything to us and most importantly he did a really great job fixing the problem. These guys are quality, top notch in skill and politeness, they remodeled most of my house and I am more than pleased with their awesome work. My only regret is going against some of their recommendations! They knew how important a light above the kitchen sink was oh why did I not listen!!! They were also so patient with all my changing ideas and indecisiveness on things. Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Great communication from the start. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It's nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. We had a a copper pipe attached to our wall snap and had to shut off our water. We called for a repair and they came out in about an hour! We were so thankful. They were very professional and did a great job. Being almost 41 weeks pregnant and due at any moment it was a huge relief to be able to have our water back on and the pipe fixed. We will definitely be using them again and will refer them to others that need plumbing repairs. They are also very reasonably priced.

My garbage disposal was leaking. Jason came out and found a new unit was needed. He quoted me for the part and labor. Didn't charge me for even coming out to look at it. He was quick and customer friendly! Would definitely refer to anyone needing an honest plumber!

I like Carroll Plumbing and Maintenance. Typically use them for routine rooting maintenance. Easy to schedule appointments, prompt and courteous - and they always solve the problem. Much better than any other plumbing outfit we have used. One or two times they have either tracked in some dirt or left a little muck in the bathroom. Not a big deal, but for 5 stars, I'd like things to be left pristine. Recommended.

I appreciate the service I received from Payless Plumbing. From my first phone call to Payless to the completion of the work, I was very satisfied and made to feel comfortable. Chris, our service technician answered my phone call on a holiday weekend. I had a burst line going to our water heater. He told me there would be checkout fee that would be applied to work done if we used their services. Chris told me he would be out within one hour. (He made it in 45 minutes). Chris was very articulate and caring for our situation, knowing we had to turn our water off and told us he would at least get us running water for the weekend. After diagnosing the problem, (and getting our water turned on), he gave us an estimate and told us their dispatcher would be calling us the next day (MEMORIAL DAY) to tell us what time they would be there. Sure enough, I received that call and was told Chris and another technician would be at our house at 8:00 a.m. the following day. Like clockwork Chris and the technician were there. (on time).. The work was done and I was shown the problem items that were replaced. The bill was the exact price I was quoted. If you are needing a quality and honest plumbing service, I feel Payless Plumbing is definitely the way to go..

So my renters called and said carpet in master bedroom is soaking wet.  I figured it was coming from the guest bathroom bathtub because it on the other side of the wall where wet carpet was. I had prior problems with drain getting loose and leaking water so I made sure to tell the roto rooter technician Ben to check the tub drain.  He called me and left voicemail saying he checked drain and that's not the problem it's all dry under there and he has to knock down wall between bedroom and tub to find problem and it would be 1100$ to rip down wall and find issue and depending on issue it will be more.  I said I'll hold off and I went to house and took off panel and looked at tub drain and it was soaked under there and I turn on tub water and sure enough it's leaking.  So I go buy a $30 drain and fix it myself.  Then I called manager Brandon to telll him about experience and I even emailed him videos and copies of bens voicemails saying he checked drain and it's dry and he needs to rip in wall and will cost thousand. He offered to go to rental and double check my work but never went and never called me back.  I have videos, pictures and copies of voicemails showing technician was going to start ripping into walls and charging me thousands when issue was a $30 fix like I had told him and he lied to me.  SHADY PLACE DONT USE THEM

I would recommend reading all the reviews posted for this company. They have a middle of the road rating because they have poor customer service. They put a lien on my home because they under billed the HERO program by just over $1000 dollars. They could have billed the entire amount but due to their error did not. They messed up our rebate paperwork twice before getting it correct the third time and decided to say it was our fault they messed up. This resulted in a lower rebate payment than they promised. They also messed up on my neighbors paperwork resulting in a lower rebate payment for him. The office staff is very unprofessional and unwilling to work around problems that they themselves created. I would recommend calling another company for any work you may need done and avoid the headache this company will cause you.
